The younger generation will continue to grow up with unlimited access to digital technology and have different thinking patterns from previous generations. If it is not balanced with knowledge, it will easily become an instant generation. Digital literacy is needed in this situation to search, find, classify and understand accurate and relevant information. One of the difficulties of the digital literacy era is negative content. For example, material related to various issues and concerns related to SARA, which often triggers various horizontal conflicts between citizens or communities and various issues both on a local and global scale. Digital literacy must go hand in hand with individual capacity to access the internet, especially information and communication technology, so that everyone can understand it completely and there is no gap in understanding due to only obtaining one-sided information. Digital literacy plays an important role in improving students' skills in this digital era. . This really allows generations already at various levels of education to gain the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in the world of education and their future.

Pemberdayaan komite sekolah dan madrasah untuk kemajuan program Pendidikan melalui sharing program dewan Pendidikan di pamekasan perlu untuk kami lakukan mengingat kegiatan tersbut memiliki daya Tarik dan keunikan tersendiri kami, diantaranya adalah komite sekolah dan madrasah masih belum faham terhadap tugas dan fungsi untuk membatu Lembaga Pendidikan, selain itu, komite sekolah dan madrasah belum berdaya dari beberapa aspek, seperti aspek pengetahuan tugas dan fungsinya maupun dari aspek finansial dan anggaran.Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan beberapa taknik yang diantaranya adalah: 1) identifikasi kegiatan program pengabdian, 2) Menyusun perencanaan kegiatan pengabdian, 3) implementasi pengabdian, 4) Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut pengabdian, 5) publikasi dan penyebaran hasil pengabdian.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersbut kami lakukan diantaranya adalah: 1) Pelaksanaan tentang sharing program pemberdayaan dengan Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Pamekasan tahun anggaran 2023 yang meliputi: a) Peran dan fungsi komite sekolah dan madrasah, b) Pengembangan program kerja, c) Keterlibatan masyarakat, d)Kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait yakni dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Pamekasan. 2) Hasil pelaksanaan sharing program pemberdayaan dengan Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Pamekasan tahun anggaran 2023 yang diantaranya adalah: a) Peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan, b) Peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, c) d) Penguatan kolaborasi kelembagaan dengan dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Pamekasan, e) Berdampak positif bagi lembaga pendidikan yang berupa lembaga pendidikan sekolah dan madrasah.

Transmission of the Tagline Bismillah Serves in Improving the Human Development Index (HDI) of Sumenep Education Policy Perspective. The location of this study, the researcher took the location or object of research on Sapudi Island, Nonggunung District, Gayam, Sakala and Pagerungan Districts, Sapeken District, and Talango. The type of research used is a qualitative research method, this research seeks to obtain information in more depth on the focus of the research. A research approach is a research plan and procedure that consists of steps based on broad assumptions as the basis for determining methods in data collection, analysis or interpretation. This approach is descriptive. The results of this study in 2018 showed that the HDI of Sumenep Regency was 0.16 points lower than that of Pamekasan. However, in 2019, the HDI of Sumenep outperformed the HDI of Pamekasan by 0.28 points. The difference between the HDI achievement of the Sumenep Regency and the HDI of Pamekasan is relatively small, namely 0.88 points in 2022. Sumenep Regency's policy can increase the level of welfare of GTT and teachers who are critical-constructive and strengthened by Education Regulations (Perbub/Perda), so that they can improve the welfare of education and get the Human Development Index. This study shows that the transmission of the tagline "Bismillah Melayani" contributes to Sumenep's HDI through education policies that are oriented towards service, equal access, and learning quality.

The concept of maqasid al - Sharia is a basic guideline for the legal establishment , although ultimately they also influenced the value of tradition, politics. In addition, maqasid al-shari'a also plays an important role in understanding the various sources of law such as the Qur'an, Sunnah, ijma, qiyas and others. Therefore, the validity of any results of ijtihad was dependent on the level of achievement of maqasid al - Shariah .As a doctrine, maqashid as-Shari'ah intends reached, guarantees, and preserve prospirityto mankind, especially Muslims. To that end, the priority scale provided three differenciesbut complementary namely; adh-Necessities, al-Hajiyyat, and at-Tahsinat.Adh - Necessities named primary objectives as a goal to be there, that absence will result in destroying life in total.There are five interests to be protected; religion, life, intellect, property, and offspring. To save the religion, Islam requires of worship, as well as prohibit the things that ruin it. To save lives, Islam requires mankind to eat according to need. To save sense, Islam requires good attitudes among others, at the same level, it forbids damaging things like liquor sense. To save the property, Islam requires to be good to the others, as well as mu'amalah laws prohibiting measures that would ruin it like theft and robbery. To save descent, Islam regulates marriage and prohibits marriage. These efforts with one another interrelated. Effort to protect religion means also protecting reasonable efforts, possessions, and heredity.

Lately Indonesian nation knocked over by crisis, both economics or moral crisis among others marked with existence of interpreted terrorism as fisabillah jihad, corruption which runs in all governance rule, and Drugs which not merely among student, society even have happened among all judges. Jihad and Terrorism is two matters which always have implication to discredit Islam in life of nation and state because it can break perfection of State and nation. Terrorism can bother stability of State and affect collectively. Its meaning is one who do not understand and keep off direct in problem which is being happened have to become victim. So that we can give information one another which can anticipate and get dubiously of real correct law.

Pesantren are now able to respond to changing times (khalaf) has added value because of the completeness of education in various disciplines of science. It must be responded to many people untuknpesantren leaders assess that the education system should be able to last for delivering the nation achieve development goals in education, which is integral human development.

Madura merupakan salah satu pulau di provinsi Jawa Timur yang terdiri dari empat kabupaten yaitu Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, dan Sumenep Sumenep berada diujung Timur Pulau Madura merupakan wilayah selain terdiri wilayah daratan juga terdiri dari kepulauan yang tersebar ke 126 pulau. Sumenep merupakan salah satu wilayah penghasil garam di Madura, Per 30 Agustus 2021Produksi garam di Sumenep mencapai 40,775.39 Ton. Dinas Perikanan Sumenep mencatat produksi garam pada tahun 2015 sebanyak236.117,96 ton, tahun 2016 sebanyak 17.109, 20 ton, tahun 2017 sebanyak 232.393,29, dan tahun 2020 sebanyak 236.368 ton. Namun demikian sektor produksi garam masih termarjinalkan karena daya saing SDM rendah, kapasitas produksi kecil dan dengan mutu garam yang tidak seragam, lemahnya kultur kewirausahaan petambak garam. Sampai saat ini produksi garam dalam negeri hanya laku untuk garam konsumsi sedangkan garam industri masih impor. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memfokuskan kajian tentang analisis sosial masyarakat sumenep dalam meningkatkan kualitas garam rakyat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan mengambil lokasi di dua desa; Desa Pinggirpapas dan Desa Gresik Putih. Analisis dilakukan melalui tiga teknik: observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapai petani garam didua desa tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor berikut; (1) siklus cuaca yang tidak menentu; (2) minimnya modal; dan (3) rendahnya harga jual garam nasional.

Keris dalam sejarahnya selain ada nilai mendalam terlebih nilai estetika pendidikan diman keris merupakan salah satu bentuk senjata tradisional yang berkembang di Nusantara. Keris bersanding dengan beberapa senjata tradisional lainnya, seperti pedang, tombak, golok, belati, pisau, parang, dan sebagainya. Dari sekian banyak senjata tradisional yang ada di Nusantara, keris sering disebut-sebut yang paling kesohor dan dikenal luas, baik dari sisi filosofi, penamaan, bentuk, bahan tempaan, penyebaran, sampai kreasi seni rupanya. Keris bahkan oleh sebagaian komunitas diyakini memiliki kekuatan supranatural. Keris adalah benda budaya yang eksotik dan original. Keris merupakan karya yang memilki estetika tinggi dengan lain kata 'karya seni' sekaligus 'benda budaya' asli Nusantara. Sumenep memprolamirkan diri sebagai kota Keris, beradarkan banyak Mpu yang ada di Sumenep.
