Abstract

Abstrak: Komunitas perempuan berdaulat adalah komunitas yang lahir atas pemikiran kaum muda khususnya perempuan yang ingin berdaya baik secara pemikiran maupun solutif dari segi pemikiran. Apalagi ditengah-tengah pertentangan faham feminisme yang penuh pro dan kontra. Namun pada komunitas ini memberikan informasi dan solusi tersendiri tentang bagaimana bersikap dan menempatkan diri sebagai perempuan, ibu, anak, dan anggota masyarakat. Ciri khas dari perempuan berdaulat ini adalah dengan adanya moto Perempuan berdaulat Indonesia hebat. “Cerdas yang mecerdaskan hebat menghebatkan”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten Mojokerto kecamatan Pacet Provinsi Jawa Timur yang mana komunitas ini dicetuskan oleh mahasiswi Institut KH. Abdul Chalim Mojokerto. Tujuan dari komunitas ini adalah agar perempuan berdaulat secara pemikiran dan berdaya di segala bidang di masa mendatang. Adanya komunitas ini selain memotivasi, mengantisipasi, adalah memberikan edukasi kepada orang lain, memberi stimulus dengan menggali ilmu yang mendalam sehingga mereka mampu memberi solusi yang ilmiah dan mampu diterima dalam masyarakat.   Kata kunci: Perempuan, Faham feminisme, Komunitas Perempuan   Berdaulat Abstract: Sovereign women's community is a community that was born of the minds of young people, especially women who want to be empowered both in thought and solutive in terms of thinking. Especially amidst the contradictions of feminism that are full of pros and cons. However, this community provides its own information and solutions on how to behave and position themselves as women, mothers, children and community members. The distinctive feature of this sovereign woman is the motto of a great Indonesian sovereign woman. "Smart, smart, great, great". This research was conducted in Mojokerto district, Pacet sub-district, East Java Province where this community was initiated by a student of the KH Institute Abdul Chalim Mojokerto. The aim of this community is for women to be sovereign in their thinking and empowered in all fields in the future. The existence of this community in addition to motivating, anticipating, is providing education to others, providing stimulus by exploring in-depth knowledge so that they are able to provide scientific solutions and are able to be accepted in society. Abstract

The important part of management is the role of an educator in applying management functions in the hope of reducing such complex problems. Therefore, it is natural that the educator (teacher) is a major component of the management function. If the teacher is of good quality, then education will be good. And vice versa. Discussions about educators are widely discussed by Muslim and western leaders from various generations. One Muslim figure who is quite famous in talking about education is Shaykh Az-Zarnuji. In choosing an educator according to Az- Zarnuji refers to primary data sources namely, Ta'alimul Muta'allimul is in terms of choosing teachers, let choose who is more pious, more waro 'and older. The goal is to get the ideal teacher criteria so that the actualization of knowledge and responsibility for the mandate to reach the pleasure of Allah SWT. In addition, the contextualization of teacher and student relationships intended by Zarnuji is to place the position of a teacher as a respectable figure in front of his students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the madrasah head in increasing literacy culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the iteration culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the strategy for increasing literacy culture in increasing interest in reading at MTs Sunan Ampel Kumpulrejo Parengan Tuban. This study uses a qualitative approach in which this approach produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of the madrasa head is as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. 2) There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a literacy culture. Supporting factors include The active role of madrasa residents, Support from parents of students. In addition, there are several inhibiting factors, namely: limited collection, and the influence of technology. 3) In developing a literacy culture, the head of MTs Sunan Ampel has several strategies used including Developing a library, Providing fiction, non-fiction, and reference books. Development of reading areas, 15-minute reading program, Development of literacy-themed madrasah activity programs.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the uniqueness of the curriculum management of Azzainiyyah High School which is under the auspices of Azzainiyyah Islamic Boarding School. The curriculum is an important component in the education system, recording the stages and procedures to achieve educational goals. The existence of pesantren as an educational institution is seen through the quality of its graduates. Curriculum management is designed as a reference to maintain and produce graduates who are in accordance with the planned objectives, integrating formal education and boarding school to produce students who excel in various aspects of life.This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection method is through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used the Miles Hubarmen & Saldana model. The curriculum management of Azzainiyyah High School is designed based on the vision of the founders of the boarding school, with annual updates without changing the basic formulation. The curriculum integrates formal and boarding school education, adopting the distinctiveness of boarding schools that strengthen academic and spiritual learning. The main focus of the curriculum is to produce santri with four main competencies: high knowledge, Sufi character, independent life, and true leadership. These four competencies become the basic philosophy that shapes all educational units at Azzainiyyah Islamic Boarding School, designed to produce individuals who excel in various aspects of life, both academically, spiritually, and socially.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas X MAN 2 Tanjung Pura dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 siswa yang terdiri dari 36 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 36 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group desaign. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen pada hasil pretest = 69.40 dan pada hasil posttest = 75.69. Sedangkan nila rata-rata kelas kontrol pada hasil pretest = 69.30 dan pada hasil posttest = 70.13. Dari perbedaan nilai rata-rata tersebut terlihat bahwa rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas eksperimen lebih unggul jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Hasil perhitungan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis kovarian (Anakova) pada data pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (20.18 > 3.98) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas X MAN 2 Tanjung Pura.

Abstract

This article aims to describe how Islamic character building through student-centered learning and the role of stakeholders in through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto. The type of this research is qualitative research that used a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this research was: (1) Islamic character building through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto, namely; (a) moral knowledge which was implemented through learning activities, (b) moral feeling through habituation, for example, discipline development and rewards or giving gifts and punishments, (3) moral action, which was formed through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto, namely smiling, greeting, being polite and courteous, reading the Qur'an, praying before and after studying, enthusiastic and active in learning and maintaining tidiness and cleanliness. (2) The role of stakeholders in Islamic character building through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto were: (a) Islamic teachers as educators, facilitators, motivators, administrators, and evaluators, (b) While parents as educators and mentors.
