Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Brand Image (X1) dan Emotional Desire(X2) Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Pengguna Aplikasi Tokopedia di Wilayah Tangerang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sample yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengelolaan data primer menggunakan MS.Exel dan Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS.27) sebagai evaluasinya, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi sederhana, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis t, dan uji hipotesis F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil uji F, nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05) dan Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (168,792>3,094). Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Brand Image (X1) dan Emotional Desire (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of the leadership and HR ability to the service effectiveness of the land property rights at Agrarian Office of Tangerang City. The result of the research indicate that the leadership and HR ability are together have significant effect toward service effectiveness. The result also indicates that the leadership have more dominant and significant effect than HR ability towards the service effectiveness of the land property rights at Agrarian Office of Tangerang City.  Keywords: the leadership, HR ability, service effectiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee engagement at HokBen Poris Paradise restaurant. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is 30 employees of HokBen Poris Paradise. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.  The partial quality of work life results had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement indicated by a table count value (2,159>2,051) with a significance of 0.040. Partial job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement indicated by a table t count value (3.263>2,051) with a significance of 0.003. Simultaneously the quality of work life and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement with a table F count of F (12,428>3.34) with a significance of 0.000. . Variable quality of work life and job satisfaction in explaining the company's value of 47.9% with R square 0.479 while 52.1% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

This study examines the effects of remote work policies, workplace flexibility, and employee creativity on employee productivity in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design with 120 respondents, data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire (1-5) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that remote work policies and workplace flexibility significantly enhance employee creativity and productivity. Moreover, employee creativity acts as a critical mediator, amplifying the effects of these organizational policies on productivity. The study underscores the importance of fostering a flexible and supportive work environment to enhance performance in SOEs, providing practical implications for policy formulation and leadership strategies.

Abstract

Productivity is an interdisciplinary approach to effectively determining goals. There is a low level of work productivity in the TRP production department at PT. GMF Aero Asia Tbk. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the influence of time management, occupational health, and safety (OHS) on employee productivity.This research employs explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of TRP production department employees, using total sampling technique, with a known sample size of 82 individuals. Data analysis includes descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, regression analysis, and determination coefficient analysis. Data processing is aided by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 26.The research findings indicate that partially, time management variables have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, as evidenced by t-value 4.238 > t-table 1.990 and sig value 0.000 < 0.05. Occupational health and safety (OHS) variables do not have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, as evidenced by t-value 0.578 < t-table 1.990 and sig value 0.565 > 0.05. Simultaneously, time management variables, and occupational health and safety (OHS) have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, as evidenced by f-value 26.995 > f-table 3.11 and sig value 0.000 < 0.05. The R value is 0.637 indicating a "strong" correlation. Time management and occupational health and safety (OHS) contribute to work productivity by 40.6%. The remaining (100% - 40.6% = 59.4%) is influenced by other variables not studied.It is advisable for PT. GMF Aero Asia Tbk to focus on planning and implementing time management systems to enhance work productivity, while also considering occupational health and safety (OHS) factors through strategic efforts related to facilities and OHS training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko likuiditas BPR di Kota Tangerang melalui kecukupan modal dengan tujuan akhir merekomendasikan kebijakan untuk memperbaiki manajemen risiko likuiditas BPR. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pada panel data laporan keuangan 20 BPR di Tangerang dari tahun 2012 sampai 2016. Ada dua kelompok variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah risiko likuiditas diukur dengan current ratio. kecukupan modal diukur dengan capital adequacy ratio ( CAR ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecukupan modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Risiko Likuiditas pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat..Kata Kunci : Kecukupan Modal dan Manajemen Risiko Likuiditas

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat analisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Methode penelitian yang digunakan adalah methode penelitian Survei. Responden adalah Karyawan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Type penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research), karena penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan kontribusi determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,590 atau 59,0%, Dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar konsep penelitian dan persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Ŷ = 5,325 + 0,528 X1 + 0,321 X2. Berdasrkan persamaan regresi diatas maka dapat dijelaskan, Dengan nilai konstanta ( b0) sebesar 5,325, menyatakan bahwa nilai Kinerja Karyawan akan tetap ada sebesar 5,325 walaupun variabel bebasnya Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Budaya Organisasi tidak ada (0). Nilai (b1) sebesar 0,528, ini berarti menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,528, jika nilainya positif berarti kalau ada peningkatan sebesar 0,528 maka kinerja karyawanpun akan meningkat sebesar 0,528. Nilai (b2) sebesar 0,321 ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar yaitu sebesar 0,321, jika Budaya Organisasi meningkat sebesar 0,321 maka Kinerja Karyawan juga akan meningkat sebesar yang sama yaitu 0,321 maka Kinerja Karyawan akan meningkat dengan jumlah yang sama.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide understanding and assistance in issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for Asinan MSMEs in Nerogtong Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City. This assistance method is carried out through training, technical guidance, and direct assistance using the OSS (Online Single Submission) system. The results of this community service activity can increase MSME awareness of the importance of business legality as capital for market development and expansion. This activity also improves legal compliance, strengthens business capacity, and supports the formalities of the MSME sector
