Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, pembinaan rohani, dan tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian survey. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 115 petugas dari populasi sebanyak 161 petugas yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner serta dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, pembinaan rohani, dan tunjangan kinerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas. Disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi paling besar, diikuti oleh tunjangan kinerja dan pembinaan rohani. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pada aspek disiplin kerja dan tunjangan kinerja dapat langsung meningkatkan kinerja petugas, sedangkan pembinaan rohani juga penting sebagai penunjang dalam membentuk sikap dan motivasi kerja yang baik. Studi ini memberikan implikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas, manajemen Lembaga Pemasyarakatan harus memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kualitas disiplin kerja, menyediakan tunjangan kinerja yang memadai, serta rutin melakukan kegiatan pembinaan rohani. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan perlunya evaluasi dan penyesuaian berkala terhadap kebijakan yang berlaku guna memastikan efektivitas dari ketiga faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja petugas

Abstract

The research aims to examine the influence of work ethics and work stress on employee performance and examine the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of work ethics and work stress on performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at the Tangerang Regency Fisheries Service, totaling 75 people. Data collection techniques from respondents using online questionnaires. Data analysis methods include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, model feasibility testing, hypothesis testing and path analysis. This research reveals that work ethics has a significant effect on employee commitment, work stress has no significant effect on organizational commitment, work ethics has a significant effect on employee performance, work stress has no significant effect on performance and organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment does not play a role as a mediator of work ethics and work stress on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan keterampilan (Latram), regulasi pra pengakhiran dinas (prakhirdin), dan motivasi kerja terhadap masa persiapan pensiun (MPP) secara parsial dan simultan. Lokasi penelitian di Satuan Kerja (Satker) Markas Besar (Mabes) Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri). Metode penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan dalam kasus ini. Responden sebanyak 320 anggota Polri satker Mabes Polri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan hasil pengolahan data diolah secara analisis statistik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Latram, regulasi prakhirdin, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap MPP secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of the leadership and HR ability to the service effectiveness of the land property rights at Agrarian Office of Tangerang City. The result of the research indicate that the leadership and HR ability are together have significant effect toward service effectiveness. The result also indicates that the leadership have more dominant and significant effect than HR ability towards the service effectiveness of the land property rights at Agrarian Office of Tangerang City.  Keywords: the leadership, HR ability, service effectiveness

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence between variables so that a level of accuracy can be achieved for PT employees. Surya Tangerang Branch. As non-permanent employees, the number of non-permanent employees in 2023 will be 62% of the total number of permanent employees. The turnover rate for non-permanent employees will reach 10.9% or as many as 37 employees in 2023. Factors that influence employee turnover. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is a multivariate analysis technique with 4 research variables, namely Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Turnover, and Employee Performance. From these variables, five hypothesis formulations are used. This data was obtained from primary data directly from respondents through questionnaires distributed to non-permanent employees at the PT company. Surya Tangerang Branch. The number of respondents was 150 people, data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee turnover, while the employee turnover and organizational commitment variables have a significant influence on employee performance, while the job satisfaction variable does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Suggestions for companies to continue providing training and skills regularly. For researchers to be able to add several variables to their research.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership on sustainable corporate performance mediated by digital transformation.Methodology — This research is quantitative in nature, with exogenous variables of corporate culture and transformational leadership, intervening variables of digital transformation, and endogenous variables of corporate sustainable performance. The unit of analysis is 80 samples of employee respondents who work in airport service support companies. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software.Findings — The company's digital transformation process can mediate the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership in building sustainable company performance in the context of managing airport support services companies.Originality/Novelty –The new finding from this research is that digital transformation can mediate the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership in building sustainable company performance. Testing the role of digital transformation in airport service support companies is considered new and has never been done before.Implications – The results of this research provide theoretical and practical benefits in building sustainable company performance mediated by digital transformation processes in the strategic domain.

Abstract

This study aims to explore: 1) the implementation of human resource management (HRM) in achieving the institutional vision at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tangerang for the academic year 2020/2021, 2) the supporting and hindering factors in HRM implementation towards achieving the vision, and 3) solutions applied to address obstacles in HRM implementation to support institutional goals. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Findings indicate that: 1) HRM implementation at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tangerang to achieve the institutional vision was carried out in stages, including planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, evaluation, and supervision. 2) Supporting and hindering factors in HRM implementation include coordination challenges in planning during the pandemic, lack of qualified candidates during recruitment, time constraints in training and development, insufficient scheduled evaluation periods, and the absence of continuous oversight due to the lack of a dedicated supervisory team from the school. 3) Solutions to these obstacles involve enhancing coordination between the Director, head of the school, and other relevant authorities in aspects of planning, placement, human resource development, and scheduling synchronization for performance evaluation and supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which job satisfaction moderates the effect of work safety and health on employee performance at PT. SS. The method used is associative with a quantitative approach, employing moderation regression analysis. The sample size is 92 individuals, and data analysis was conducted using moderation regression tests, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis significance testing (t-test). The results of the study indicate that work safety and health have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. SS. Therefore, the company must implement work safety and health measures. However, job satisfaction does not moderate the effect of work safety and health on employee performance. Job satisfaction has not strengthened the impact of work safety and health on performance, meaning the rates of workplace accidents and occupational diseases have not been reduced by the interaction of job satisfaction with work safety and health on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the extent to which compensation moderates the impact of the implementation of Fixed-Term Employment Agreements and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. XYZ. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach, utilizing moderation regression analysis. The sample consists of 97 employees, and data analysis includes moderation regression tests, determination coefficients, and hypothesis significance testing (t-tests). The results show that Fixed Time Employment Agreement has an insignificant effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the implementation of the Fixed Time Employment Agreement, even when reinforced by compensation, does not significantly enhance employee performance at PT. XYZ. Additionally, compensation does not significantly moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

: The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health, Employee Competence and Perception of Organizational Support on the Performance of Production Department Employees at PT. Hilon Indonesia. The method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 73 people, with data analysis using multiple regression tests, coefficient of determination and hypothesis significance testing (t test) using SPSS V.25 software. The research results show that: Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Increasing the implementation of occupational safety and health in a company will enhance employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance The better the competence possessed by employees, the higher their performance will be. Organizational Support Perception has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Organizational support has a positive impact on employee performance, meaning that the higher the support provided by the company or supervisors, the higher the performance achieved by employees. Occupational Safety and Health, Competence, and Organizational Support Perception as simultaeously have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Organizational.
