Abstract

Learning that takes place at the Waladun Sholeh school is carried out online by utilizing several learning platforms, but there are some educators/teachers who are still lacking in literacy in the utilization and use of learning platforms, one of which is the Learning House portal. Therefore, it is necessary to train in the use of learning houses for learning during the pandemic for educators/teachers. Training on the use of learning houses for learning during the pandemic was carried out as a solution to the problem of lack of literacy in the use and utilization of learning portals. This training was wrapped in the form of community service and was held on December 17, 2021 at the Bill Gates Computer Laboratory, Department of Informatics, which was attended by 20 school teachers, Waladun Sholeh. The training provided is registration materials in the study house, uploading and downloading materials at the study house. As a result, 97.65% of participants stated that they were very satisfied with the training provided.

Abstract

Internal quality audits are conducted within the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) of higher education institutions to ensure compliance with SPMI standards and enhance a quality culture. Constraints in implementing internal quality audits include limitations in human resources, time, and costs, as well as the complexity of audit stages and documentation of audit findings. To address these challenges, a website-based information system has been designed using the waterfall method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, utilizing the PHP framework CodeIgniter and a MySQL database. The system aims to digitize and automate the implementation of internal quality audits to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, it facilitates the management and storage of internal quality audit documents. For testing purposes, black-box testing is employed, consisting of 10 different test types. The testing results indicate a 90% success rate, while 10% of the data did not succeed due to the limitation of inputting text HTML.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data menjadi hal yang penting untuk dapat menghasilkan informasi yang berguna. Perusahaan Berkah Bersama melakukan pengelolaan data secara terkomputerisasi, tetapi antar data tidak terintegrasi sehingga terjadi penginputan data yang sama berulang kali. Hal tersebut tentunya tidak efisien dan efektif. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yaitu membuat sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi untuk studi kasus divisi umum dan keuangan agar membantu dalam membuat laporan administrasi dan mengetahui sisa kas perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model incremental untuk pengembangan sistem, ERD untuk perancangan database, UML untuk perancangan sistem, dan pembangunan sistem menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Sistem Informasi Berkah Bersama Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus Divisi Umum dan Keuangan) yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pengelolaan data terkait bagian umum dan keuangan di Perusahaan Berkah Bersama. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan metode Black-Box Testing semua fitur yang ada di sistem yaitu tambah, edit, hapus, dan cetak data berhasil berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract

The food tariff system and the management of food expenditure at the Hadji Boejasin Hospital which are still manual need to be changed to a computerized system to streamline operational activities at the hospital. The system needs to be developed to facilitate the work of room attendants in ordering food and printing food receipts for inpatients, and making it easier for nutrition officers to make income and expenditure reports as a basis for determining the budget for the following year, as well as making it easier for directors to receive income and expenditure reports from nutrition installations. Therefore, this study proposes the development of a web-based information system for food tariffs and the management of food expenditure at the nutrition installation, Hadji Boejasin Hospital. The system is made using the CI Framework language and MySQL database, where the data processed are diet data, type of diet, receipts, income reports and expense reports. The results of the black-box test show that the system is successfully used to order food, view menus and prices, print receipts, print income reports, manage expense reports and can facilitate nutritional services at the Hadji Boejasin Hospital.Sistem tarif makanan dan pengelolaan pengeluaran bahan makanan pada RSUD Hadji Boejasin yang masih manual perlu diubah menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi untuk mengefisienkan kegiatan operasional pada rumah sakit. Sistem perlu dikembangkan untuk memudahkan pekerjaan petugas ruangan dalam mengorder makanan dan mencetak kwitansi makanan pasien rawat inap, dan memudahkan petugas gizi dalam membuat laporan pemasukan dan pengeluaran sebagai dasar dalam menentukan anggaran ditahun berikutnya, serta memudahkan direktur dalam menerima laporan pemasukan dan pengeluaran dari instalasi gizi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem informasi tarif makanan dan pengelolaan pengeluaran bahan makanan pada instalasi gizi berbasis web di RSUD Hadji Boejasin. Pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa Framework CI dan basis data MySQL, dengandata yang diolah yaitu data diet, jenis diet, kwitansi, laporan pemasukan dan laporan pengeluaran. Hasil pengujian black-box menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil digunakan untuk mengorder makanan, melihat menu berserta harganya, mencetak kwitansi, mencetak laporan pemasukan, mengelola laporan pengeluaran dan dapat mempermudah pelayanan gizi yang ada di RSUD Hadji Boejasin.

Abstract

Abstract: CV. Batuah Talenta Semesta (BTS) is a technology-focused software house located at Jalan Kamaratih No. B10, Panggung, Pelaihari, South Kalimantan. BTS offers various services, including IT tutoring, network installation, hosting, and website services for projects. One of its key business areas is developing digital village and digital tourism applications. The BTS website is currently under development, featuring a homepage, tourism profiles, news, gallery, and contact information, but it is not yet fully operational. The landing page, in particular, needs improvement as all navigation menus are displayed simultaneously, making it appear cluttered. To resolve these issues, the author plans to build a system that meets user needs. This development uses a prototype model and programming languages such as PHP (CodeIgniter 4 framework), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The system design employs Entity Relationship Diagrams and Unified Modeling Language. With the new information system, it is expected that visitors and tourism managers will easily access available information, enhancing interaction and digital tourism management.Abstrak: CV. Batuah Talenta Semesta (BTS) adalah sebuah perusahaan software house yang berfokus pada bidang teknologi. Berlokasi di Jalan Kamaratih No. B10, Panggung, Pelaihari, Kalimantan Selatan, BTS menyediakan berbagai layanan seperti bimbingan belajar IT, instalasi jaringan, hosting, dan layanan website untuk proyek-proyek yang ada. Salah satu aspek bisnis BTS adalah pengembangan aplikasi desa digital dan wisata digital. Saat ini, situs web BTS masih dalam tahap pengembangan dengan fitur-fitur seperti beranda, profil wisata, berita, galeri, dan kontak, namun belum sepenuhnya beroperasi. Tampilan situs web, terutama pada landing page, masih perlu perbaikan karena semua menu navigasi ditampilkan sekaligus, membuatnya tampak kurang rapi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis berencana membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini, penulis menggunakan model prototipe dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Framework CodeIgniter 4), HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram dan Unified Modeling Language. Dengan sistem informasi yang baru, diharapkan pengunjung dan pengelola tempat wisata dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi yang tersedia, sehingga mempermudah interaksi dan pengelolaan wisata secara digital.

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Tanah Laut Regency needs an administration completeness system, especially for its employees, to facilitate them in viewing the requirements for organizing or participating in activities without any shortcomings. Previously, employees found it difficult to know what requirements had to be fulfilled to organize or participate in an activity. Currently, the administration completeness process is still carried out using Excel files, which are shared via WhatsApp to each employee. Based on this case, a web-based administration completeness information system for employees is developed. The purpose of this case is to analyze, build, and test the web-based administration completeness information system for employees with access rights for two users, namely admin and employees. The methods used are literature study, interviews, and observations. For data collection and system development methods, the waterfall method is used. This system uses an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) with 13 tables and system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case, Class diagram, Sequence diagram, and Activity diagram. The system is built using CodeIgniter 3 framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database management system. Subsequently, system testing is conducted using Black Box Testing with the result that the web-based administration completeness information system runs according to its functionalities. The result of the system built is that it can help make it easier to manage administrative completeness and help the admin in ensuring that all requirements are met.

Abstract

PT United Tractors Tbk-Site Satui adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang service alat berat dan penyediaan sparepart, bagian dari Astra International yang berpusat di Jakarta, saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam penggunaan Google Forms untuk pengelolaan formulir karyawan. Kurangnya kontrol akses, izin penggunaan data, dan keterbatasan dalam pelacakan perubahan formulir menyebabkan kerumitan koordinasi dan meningkatkan risiko kesalahan data. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah sistem informasi baru dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel. Framework ini dipilih karena kecepatan, stabilitas, keamanan data, dan fitur-fitur canggih seperti Blade dan konsep MVC yang dimilikinya. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengajuan administrasi, meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan data formulir, serta meminimalkan risiko kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data.Sistem kemudian diuji menggunakan Blackbox Testing dan User Acceptance Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan end user

Abstract

PLN Customer Service Unit (ULP) Banjarbaru, through its Energy Transaction Division (TE), is responsible for processing meter activation data and energy transaction calculations. Currently, the process of combining siaga reports and DILL data is performed manually, which is time-consuming and prone to calculation inaccuracies for additional charges. To address this issue, this study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Meter Activation Data Management and Energy Transaction Information System to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed in data management. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, consisting of system analysis, design, coding, and testing stages using the blackbox testing method. The system is designed using an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Flowchart, and is built with PHP, HTML, MySQL database, and the CodeIgniter 4 (CI4) framework. Testing results show that the system performs as expected, assisting staff in recording, managing, and reporting meter activation data and energy transaction calculations more efficiently and accurately.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Pelaihari merupakan sekolah kejuruan yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pihak Pertama (LSP-P1) oleh BNSP. Namun, proses pendaftaran uji kompetensi sebelumnya memiliki beberapa kekurangan, seperti tidak adanya validasi data saat pendaftaran serta keterbatasan akses pihak sekolah terhadap data peserta dan laporan asesmen. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti membuat sistem Si Ujikom untuk mengelola uji kompetensi seperti proses pendaftaran peserta, penginputan skema, sampai pendataan hasil assessment. Si Ujikom dikembangkan menggunakan model SDLC waterfall dan framework CodeIgniter 4. Sistem ini mencakup fitur pendaftaran peserta, pengelolaan skema uji, penjadwalan, pengisian dokumen, serta pelaporan hasil uji kompetensi. Pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox, seluruh fitur Si Ujikom berfungsi sesuai dengan fungsi yang diharapkan. Sedangkan User Acceptance Testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuan klien dan mampu mempermudah manajemen uji kompetensi di LSP-P1 SMKN 1 Pelaihari yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan skor 41 dari total 50.
