Abstract

Pendidikan pada dasarnya, melakukan tindakan lain yang berbeda berdasarkan pola pikir yang sesuai dengan perkembangan lingkungan sehingga seseorang memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan prilaku yang baik maupun untuk menambah pengetahuannya agar seseorang memiliki konsep terhadap dirinya untuk maju. Secara sosiologis pendidikan karakter dipandang, bagaimana seorang peserta didik bertindak dan bergaul ditengah-tengah masyarakat sehingga ada nilai-nilai yang dianggap baik misal: menghargai teman, bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas sekolah yang diberikan oleh guru, kejujuran dalam proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan dalam konsep kultural adanya penerapan nilai-nilai budaya yang diyakini oleh masyarakat sehingga nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi suatu kebiasaan misalnya cara berpakaian, bertutur kata dan bersalaman. Bentuk pendidikan karakter secara sosiologis antara lain: adanya keinginan untuk berkelompok dan membaur, proses sosialisasi, proses internalisasi dan proses interaksi atau berhubungan dengan rasa empati, sedangkan bentuk pendidikan karakter secara kultural dikembangkan dalam bentuk nilai pada: mata pelajaran, budaya sekolah, budaya lokal dan pengembangan diri. Dengan diterapkannya proses tersebut peserta didik lebih berkarakter dan memahami nilai-nilai baik budaya maupun sosial.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi standar layanan teknologi informasi atau Information Technology Service (ITS) dengan klasifikasi menggunakan Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). ITS terhadap arus data yang sangat besar dari setiap titik akses memerlukan standar kelas layanan. Peningkatan produktivitas merupakan konsekuensi ITS. Peningkatan keuntungan merupakan tujuan ITS. Untuk memperoleh produktivitas dan keuntungan, service menjadi kata kuncinya. Oleh karena itu, service untuk kebutuhan bisnis, maka diperlukan ITS. Layanan yang berkualitas dan manfaat maksimal bagi customer (standar dan non standar) merupakan tujuan yang ingin dicapai ITS. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan klasifikasi untuk menentukan kelas layanan berdasarkan ITS. Klasifikasi menghasilkan kelas layanan yang memenuhi standar manajemen layanan teknologi informasi. Klasifikasi menggunakan KNN dengan input numeric, formula jarak (Euclidean Distance), kalkulasi (classified by rank), dan output (determined by majority). Klasifikasi menggunakan NBC dengan input alpha numeric, formula (Bayes Theorem), kalkulasi (classified by probability), dan output (determined by high value).

Abstract

This reseach background is by low learning outcomes in SMA N 1 Tigo Nagari, Kabupaten Pasaman because many students are just silent and do not want to answer the questions given by the teacher, when given individual training students often neglect the tasks given by the teacher. The purpose of research is to know whether be the effect of learning application Cell learning on learning outcomes on social problem material in class XI of SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari, Kabupaten Pasaman. That used in this research was kognitivisme theory to Jean Piaget. The Method used real experiment design with class experiment and class control posttest. Sampling was done by purpose sampling with sample completely 52 students, 27 students class experiment and 25 class control. Data were obtained from posttest in the from of multiple choice as many as 20 questions. The data analysis of the two group using t-test independent test and Regresi Linier Simple Test. The result of data analysis shown that the average learning outcomes of sociology students that apply cell learning was 79,81and the avarege of learning outcomes sociology students that does not apply cell learning was 71,8 with value Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05). This research shown there is impact of cell learning toward learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

Traditional markets do not look at caste, buyers can mix well with sellers without any restrictions. The buying and selling system occurs by mutual action of buyers and sellers. In traditional markets, the relationship between traders and buyers is not just the seller receiving money and the buyer receiving goods, but can form social relationships that exist in the buying and selling process. The focus of this study is to analyze the Attachment Pattern of Fish Traders in the Traditional Market, Nanggalo District, Padang City. This study uses a qualitative approach that takes a descriptive type. Purposive sampling was used to select research informants. Research informants are attachments between fish traders. The data collection method begins through in-depth interviews, observations and document data collection. The unit of analysis is carried out from several stages, one of which is data collection, data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions which are referred to in the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study show that the existence of fish traders in traditional markets is inseparable from the cooperation between traders in the process of taking fish. This is marked by the relationship that occurs between large actors such as large agents to small agents as well as to traders where a network has been established, which in turn forms attachment between traders which is characterized by trust in providing merchandise at the initial stage with a system that is no longer the same at the beginning. know, but already at the stage of being able to take fish first with the system of being allowed to owe and the installment system.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the accountability and transparency of village fund management in Nagari Tanjung Alam, Tanjung Baru District. The type of research used is field research. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is through interviews by collecting documents. The results of the research show that the principles of accountability and transparency in the management of village funds in Nagari Tanjung Alam have been implemented in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. In the principle of accountability, the government of Nagari Tanjung Alam at the planning, implementation, administration and accountability stages can be said to be accountable, according to the principle of transparency The Nagari Tanjung Alam government has provided information to the public through available information boards, although not all the information is fully included. In the reporting stage it cannot be said to be accountable because the Nagari Tanjung Alam Government is still late in reporting and in terms of transparency it cannot be said to be fully transparent because the Nagari Tanjung Alam Government does not provide information regarding activities that have not been completed/implemented and the remaining budget is not included on the available information boards.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi tulang punggung pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia di tengah perubahan ekonomi global yang cepat. Di era 4.0, adopsi teknologi digital telah menjadi keharusan bagi UMKM untuk tetap kompetitif dan relevan di pasar yang berkembang pesat. Salah satu pilar utama keberhasilan usaha kecil di era modern adalah transformasi digital. Artikel ini membahas berbagai aspek transformasi digital yang dapat mendukung keberhasilan UKM, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, pemasaran digital, dan inovasi produk. Dengan mengadopsi strategi terkait teknologi, UKM di Indonesia dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional mereka.
