Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leader behavior and employee commitment to employee performance at PT Motorindo Perkasa Raya. This research use the 71 employees who come from PT Motorindo Perkasa Kingdom as research samples. Data collection conducted in research using questionnaire techniques with questionnaires, and interviews using interview sheets. Questionnaires are given to employees to find out perceptions about variable leader behavior, employee commitment and work performance of employees. Interviews were conducted on 3 employees and 1 leader to find out more symptoms related to leader behavior, employee commitment and employee performance variables. The data analysis model used in the study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. Based on the results of the study partially showed that the leader behavior variable and employee commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Motorindo Perkasa Raya. While the results of testing simultaneously show that leader behavior and employee commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Motorindo Perkasa Raya.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Kedaung Medan Industrial which is engaged in the production of household appliances such as glass, plates and so on. Decrease in purchasing decisions caused by price, sales promotion and product quality. Quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population is 186 customers PT Kedaung Medan Industrial and sample is 110 customers. The calculation result of hypothesis testing partially obtained tcount> ttable or 2.908> 1.983 and significant obtained 0.004 <0.05, tcount> ttable or 2.789> 1.983 and significant obtained 0.006 <0.05, tcount> ttable or 2.071> 1,983 and significantly obtained 0.041 <0.05, means that partially Price, Sales Promotion and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision of PT Kedaung Medan Industrial. The results obtained calculated F count (11,479)> F table (2.69) and a significance probability of 0,000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously Price, Sales Promotion and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision of PT Kedaung Medan Industrial. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R Square value of 22.4% of the variation of the dependent variable is the purchase decision that can be explained by variations in the free variable price, sales promotion and product quality while the remaining 77.60% is explained by other variable.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN III Kebun Rambutan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 386 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 196 karyawan yang. metode penelitian mengunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda.pengujian hipotesis pada komunikasi secara parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 3,899 >1,972 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. pada motivasi secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel atau 7,313>1,972 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,000< 0,05, yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan pada lingkungan kerja secara parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 6,439 >1,972 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,000< 0,05, yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan pada variabel komunikasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja diperoleh nilai Fhitung (71,922) > F tabel (2,42) dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa komunikasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 orang dari seluruh populasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS.

Abstract

Creativity is the process of turning new and innovative ideas into tangible results, practices and solutions. This is an important component of entrepreneurship, because individuals must be creative to identify and exploit opportunities. Where existing opportunities can be a solution for the community to meet their daily needs, especially for teenagers who have an interest and intention in building their business. Where high school level teenagers usually lack motivation to develop themselves. This community service activity is aimed at teenagers at high school level with the aim of motivating them to develop their creativity so that it is hoped that young entrepreneurs will emerge who will strengthen MSMEs in Indonesia. The methods used in this community service include presentations and questions and answers so that participants can better understand the topic and be motivated to develop their creativity. The results of this activity were quite satisfactory, with several participants starting to open small businesses such as selling snacks made by themselves in the school environment and in their home environment

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of online customer reviews, urban landscape and price image on purchasing intentions of Bolu Meranti, Medan City. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between variables and the influence of the independent variable and the dependent variable. The type of research used is a quantitative method. Data collection methods in the form of observation and questionnaires were used in this research. This survey covers all Bolu Meranti consumers whose numbers are unknown. The research sample was determined using the Coachran formula, totaling 96. SPSS version 24.0 was used for data processing in this research. Data analysis uses validity, reliability, classical hypothesis testing using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linearity test. Next, the F test, t test and coefficient of determination test were carried out. The research results show that online customer reviews, city image and price perceptions simultaneously and partially influence purchase intentions for Bolu Merant in Medan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Perceived Credibility, Perceived Image and Service Quality on Purchase Interest in Shopee E-Commerce Products. This is known because of brand image, personal sales and product quality. The research population that will be used in the research is all Shopee users whose exact number is not known. Because the population is unknown, the sampling technique used is the Lemeshow formula. Can explain that calculations using the Lemeshow formula approach can be used to calculate the number of samples with an unknown population size. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling where respondents will be randomly selected to become the research sample. From this formula, the sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula with a maximum estimate of 50% and an error rate of 10%, resulting in a sample of 96 respondents. The research results found that Consumer Credibility Perceptions had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Perceived Image of Consumer has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest. Simultaneously, Consumer Credibility Perception, Consumer Image and Service Quality have a significant effect on Purchase Intention.
