Abstract

This research aimed to provide solutions to Qiraah teachers, in order to train and develop students' thinking abilities through a post-solution position-based learning model. The development of the learning model is based on the Qiraah learning constraints and problems faced by lecturers and students, which are obtained from needs analysis. The post-solution posing model applies six phases in learning activities, namely establishing set, comprehension, social interaction, explain, feedback, and extended practice. This research used research and development method. Data are collected through questionnaire, interview, document, and test conducted in the Arabic Language Education Study Program involving 45 students. The effectiveness of the six phases of the post-solution posing model which has been tested on learning through Qiraah using the one-group pretest-posttest technique, produces a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows a significant increase in scores, so that the post-solution position learning model in the Qiraah course is considered effective for training the development of thinking skills in students.

Abstract

Abstract Improving teachers' professional competence is one of the crucial factors in supporting learning success. At the At-Taqwa VIII Foundation, Karang Tengah, Bekasi, the results of the situation analysis showed that 13.8% of teachers had not participated in professionalism training for a long time, and only 24.1% of teachers had received training in the past year. This community service activity aims to train teachers at the At-Taqwa VIII Foundation in applying "Kartu Shah" media as an interactive learning tool to improve their professional competence. The method used in this training is workshops and mentoring that involve theoretical presentations, discussions, and simulations of media use. The training was held on August 24, 2024, with 40 participants organized by a team of lecturers from the Arabic Language Education Study Program of Jakarta State University. The evaluation results showed that 82.8% of the participants were delighted with the activity, and 79.3% agreed that the learning media presented could increase teaching creativity. Thus, this training successfully improves teachers' understanding of the use of interactive media and contributes positively to their professional competence. Keywords: Interactive Learning; Shah Card Media; Professional Competence; Teacher Training Abstrak Peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran. Di Yayasan At-Taqwa VIII, Karang Tengah, Bekasi, hasil analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa 13,8% guru belum mengikuti pelatihan profesionalisme dalam jangka waktu yang lama, dan hanya 24,1% guru yang menerima pelatihan dalam satu tahun terakhir. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru di Yayasan At-Taqwa VIII dalam penerapan media “Kartu Shah” sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran interaktif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah workshop dan pendampingan yang melibatkan pemaparan teori, diskusi, dan simulasi penggunaan media. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 24 Agustus 2024 dengan 40 peserta yang diselenggarakan oleh tim dosen Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 82,8% peserta sangat puas dengan kegiatan tersebut, dan 79,3% setuju bahwa media pembelajaran yang dipaparkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas mengajar. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang penggunaan media interaktif dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kompetensi profesional mereka. Abstract

Tingkat literasi halal masyarakat masih sangat rendah dimana mereka hanya memahami kehalalan pada suatu produk hanya pada label halal saja tanpa memahami bagaimana proses produksinya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang sertifikasi halal, meningkatkan daya saing produk, mendukung ekonomi lokal, meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi. Selain itu kegiatan ini bertujuan agar meningkatnya jumlah pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang literasi halal dan kesadaran akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal, dan meningkatnya jumlah produk UMKM yang mendapatkan sertifikasi halal resmi oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH). Kegiatan ini terselenggara atas kerjasama Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab dengan Kantor Kecamatan Sawangan Kota Depok secara luring dan diikuti oleh 44 orang pegiat UMKM dari Komunitas UMKM SASUMA, 2 orang narasumber, 2 orang Dosen dan 6 orang mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Abstract  The level of halal literacy among the public is still very low, as they only understand the halal status of a product based on the halal label without understanding the production process. This activity aims to raise awareness about halal certification, improve product competitiveness, support the local economy, and increase compliance with regulations. Additionally, this initiative seeks to increase the number of Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) with in-depth knowledge of halal literacy and awareness of the importance of halal certification, as well as the number of UMKM products obtaining official halal certification from the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). This activity was conducted in collaboration with the Arabic Language Education Program and the Sawangan Sub-District Office of Depok City, held offline, and attended by 44 UMKM practitioners from the SASUMA UMKM Community, 2 speakers, 2 lecturers, and 6 students from the Arabic Language Education Program at the University of Jakarta.
