Abstract

In Indonesia, sharia economic law is implemented through Religious Courts which have an important role in resolving disputes involving sharia financial entities such as banks, microfinance institutions, and insurance. Law Number 3 of 2006 replaces Law Number 7 of 1989 which significantly expands the authority of the Religious Courts in supervising and enforcing sharia economic principles. Sharia economics, which is based on Islamic values ​​such as justice, honesty, and legal certainty, forms an economic and financial system that is different from conventional systems. Religious Court Judges strive to balance ethical and practical considerations in carrying out their judicial duties. This research examines how ethical perspectives and practical considerations contribute to achieving legal certainty and justice in resolving sharia economic disputes, especially in the Surabaya Religious Court. This research uses a normative juridical approach using legal utility theory to analyze the challenges faced and propose strategies to increase the effectiveness of implementing simple, efficient, and cost-effective principles in Sharia economic protection at the Surabaya High Religious Court. The research results consider the principles of maqasid al-syariah to simplify the process, lighten the burden on the parties involved, and uphold justice in every decision-making. This study emphasizes the need for better integration between Islamic Sharia principles and Sharia banking practices in Indonesia, as well as encouraging reforms to ensure that legal outcomes provide fair justice and maximum social benefits, in line with the ethical and utilitarian aims of the law.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of budget efficiency policies on labor in the hospitality industry in West Java, focusing on employee reductions in hotels and restaurants. In 2025, the Indonesian government's budget cuts aimed at reducing the fiscal deficit severely impacted the hospitality sector, which relies on government-funded activities like seminars and official travel. Using interviews and secondary data, the study found a sharp decline in hotel occupancy rates, leading to financial difficulties and an estimated 40,000 layoffs. The findings highlight the need for policy adjustments, including financial support for businesses and targeted recovery plans for SMEs, to ensure long-term stability in the region’s hospitality industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak metode hypnoteaching dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional pada anak usia dini, yang didorong oleh kesadaran rendah masyarakat akan pentingnya pembinaan kecerdasan emosional sejak dini. Kecerdasan emosional memainkan peran krusial dalam perkembangan emosional anak, memungkinkan mereka untuk mengelola emosi dan memiliki empati terhadap orang lain. Melibatkan 13 siswa dari PAUD Al Quran Annisa Syarifah Kab. Pangandaran Kelas B, termasuk 7 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode hypnoteaching yang mencakup pemberian sugesti pada alam bawah sadar siswa, dengan teknik unggulan berupa pengondisian pembelajaran dan sugesti kepada peserta didik. Metode kuasi eksperimen dengan teknik time series design digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan fokus pada Equivalent Time-Series Design yang terdiri dari tiga kali treatment dan empat kali pengambilan data. Pretest, posttest 1, posttest 2, dan posttest 3 membentuk rangkaian evaluasi. Hasilnya, nilai rata-rata kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari 48,69 pada pretest menjadi 52 pada posttest 3. Dari temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode hypnoteaching efektif dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini. Hal ini mendorong rekomendasi penulis untuk mengadopsi metode hypnoteaching sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik dalam pendidikan anak usia dini, baik untuk pembelajaran lain maupun pengembangan lebih lanjut pada aspek perkembangan anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pola implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam di PAUDQu Annisa Syarifah melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian terpusat pada manajemen pembelajaran agama Islam di PAUDQu Annisa Syarifah. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif diskriptif. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak-anak PAUDQu Annisa Syarifah. Hasil penelitian mengungkap adanya variasi dalam hasil belajar antara kelas A dan kelas B, namun pentingnya tetap menjaga prioritas pembelajaran agama Islam di tengah perbedaan tersebut. Integrasi antara kurikulum mandiri dan kurikulum dasar dilakukan untuk memberikan bekal yang bermanfaat kepada siswa, sementara motivasi juga diberikan sebagai sarana untuk mendorong prestasi siswa. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan, seperti metode talqiyan fikriyan untuk pembelajaran umum dan talaqqi untuk tahfidz, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil akademik di PAUDQu Annisa Syarifah.Selain itu, penelitian menyoroti pentingnya penggabungan sistem pembelajaran dan permainan sebagai metode pengajaran yang efektif. Hal ini tercermin dalam penerapan metode talqiyan fikriyan untuk pembelajaran umum, yang menstimulasi pemikiran kritis siswa, sementara metode talaqqi digunakan untuk memperkuat hafalan dalam tahfidz. Dengan demikian, keseluruhan pendekatan pembelajaran di PAUDQu Annisa Syarifah didesain untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang merangsang minat dan motivasi belajar siswa, serta memperkuat pondasi keagamaan mereka secara holistik.

Abstract

This research aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research is classroom action research with the research subject being class IV of SDN TANJUNG JATI 2 for the 2024/2025 academic year and the research object is the students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research was carried out in two cycles where the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model was in cycle 2. Data was collected by observation, affective domain student learning outcomes questionnaires, field notes, written tests and documentation. Data were analyzed using triangulation techniques and qualitative descriptions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN Tanjung Jati 2
