Abstract

Jatiluwih Village has long been known by tourists, both foreign and domestic as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan district. The natural scenery in the form of terraced terraces offered to tourists has been recognized worldwide and has become one of UNESCO's protected cultural heritage. To support the economy, Jatiluwih village is also known as a center for rice barn and broiler breeding. The product of purebred chicken eggs produced in Jatiluwih village is one of the largest in the Penebel district. So far, the production of purebred chicken eggs has been used to meet the people's need for eggs and sold to markets. The training and mentoring provided for community service aim to invite people to increase creativity and innovate with chicken egg products produced by making salted eggs. These training and mentoring activities include training on making salted eggs from chicken eggs, demonstrations and practice of making salted eggs, tips on branding the salted eggs produced, and assistance in marketing the products. The benefits that can be obtained from this training and mentoring are the creation of other types of superior products from Jatiluwih village, namely salted eggs from chicken eggs and being able to increase the income of the Jatiluwih village community. The strategic target of this training and mentoring activity is PKK Jatiluwih village women with 20 participants. The expected output is the creation of salted egg products from chicken eggs which will become one of the superior products of Jatiluwih village, Penebel District, Tabanan.

Abstract

Seaweed has long been known as a type of marine plant that has economic value and is widely used in cosmetics, food, industrial, and other industries. Seaweed is mostly processed in dry form after going through the drying process or processed into ready-to-eat foods, such as lunkhead, sweets, and drinks. The number of seaweed cultivation groups in Ped village is 8 (eight) groups with a total of about 120 members. This activity was able to attract attention and interest as well as the participation of at least 29 people from the total number of members of seaweed farmers in Ped Village, Nusa Penida District, Klungkung. This entrepreneurial training for making seaweed lunkhead aims to increase the creativity and entrepreneurial interest of seaweed farmers in diversifying seaweed processed products so that they are able to provide added value and economic value for seaweed processed products, and ultimately increase the income of seaweed farmers in Indonesia. Ped village, Nusa Penida district. The expected outcome of this outreach and entrepreneurship training for making seaweed lunkhead is that seaweed farmers are able to make seaweed lunkhead products as one of the processed products that are ready to be marketed and consumed. The method of implementing this community service activity is the method of providing counseling, in the form of exposing material about the potential and benefits of seaweed, and training on practical skills in making seaweed lunkhead which is given directly to seaweed farmers.

Abstract

The lack of facilities (such as smartphone or internet signal) and parental assistance during the learning process from home made it difficult for subject materials to be conveyed properly, especially in English lessons. This can be decreased the students' interest and ability in that lesson and continued to face-to-face (offline) meetings. If this happens in the beginning stage, then the students will have difficulty in following the next stages. In order to increase the students’ interest and motivation in learning English, this community service is held. Through the games "Charades", students can learn English using their physical language and verbal language. Students can also move actively so that their friends are able to guess the hidden words. The results of this community service activity is it can increase the interest and motivations of 5th grader at SDN 3 Tembuku, Bangli in learning English and they also understand the materials given.

Abstract

KUBE Sari Jaya is a small business consisting of five members, whose production focus is the manufacture of traditional cakes. The partner's knowledge of financial management is still low, so business money is often combined with personal money. This will certainly have an impact on the unhealthy cash flow in the business. In addition, intense competition with similar businesses requires that Kube members must innovate in the packaging of their traditional snacks so that they have an attractive appearance and the resulting traditional snacks can be widely known by the wider community. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge to partners, how important financial management is for business sustainability, besides that labeling in the form of stickers on traditional snack packages will directly make the appearance of snacks more attractive. The method used is in the form of lectures and discussions as well as providing training to partners on good financial management. The results of this service activity are being able to increase partners' knowledge related to financial management which includes how to record business transactions, how to calculate HPP, how to calculate the level of business profits and provide education to partners with labeling which will make it easier for people to get to know the products we offer for. This service activity is expected to have a positive impact on the sustainability of Kube Sari Jaya.

Abstract

Business is the key to the Indonesian economy, one of which is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, apart from is very wide distribution throughout Indonesia, it also because of its important position due to the large number of Indonesia resident in it. The number of UMKM in Indonesia is now vey arge and dominate as th front line of the economy in Indonesia. One of the UMKM in Yeh Gangga, Sudimara Village, Tabanan is the Pindang UMKM which manged by one of the local people, Mrs. Ni Wayan Sukawati or usually called Men Nurtiyani. This article was created to provide information about Pindang UMKM in Yeh Gangga, Sudimara Village, Tabanan. The research method we carried out was qualitative, using observation, method, interview method and training or practice methods. And the result of thi research sho that the problem faced by Mrs. Nurtiyani is that she has not been able to market her business throught out Tabanan or outside Tabanan. Or this reason, through this research, a mentoring program for indag production and this provision o promotional videos and digital marketing an be arried out to increase sales for Pindang Men Nurtiyani UMKM.

Abstract

Blahkiuh Village is one of the villages in Badung Regency that has Natural Resources (SDA) and Human Resources (SDM) that can potentially be developed. This can be seen from the carrying capacity and availability of land for peanut cultivation. Apart from that, the majority of people earn their living as farmers. Commodities cultivated by the people in Subak Blahkiuh include corn, chilies, water spinach, water henna, long beans and peanuts. Peanuts are one of the secondary crops that have economic value. Peanuts are usually planted in rice fields or moors singly or in pairs in the tumpeng sari system. Peanut plants (Arachis Hypogea L.) are plants that are widely cultivated in Indonesia because the soil conditions and temperature are very suitable and are one type of nut that is widely consumed by Indonesian people. Apart from being a source of protein, carbohydrates and vitamins, it is also used as a cooking spice, boiled peanuts and fried peanuts. This potential can encourage people to be more active in increasing peanut production and productivity. Community empowerment through peanut cultivation is one effort to improve business skills in terms of innovation, promotion, processing and marketing aspects. The method for implementing peanut cultivation activities in Subak Blahkiuh was carried out using qualitative research, using observation methods, interview methods, and training or practical methods. Where this activity is carried out with farmers in cultivating land, planting, pest control and post-harvest.

Abstract

Waste is one of the main problems in some areas, including in Blahkiuh village, source-based waste management offers various solutions by involving the community in managing waste in their respective home environments. This outreach aims to increase community awareness and skills in source-based waste management and the practice of making ecoenzymes and making compost fertilizer. Econzym is a brown liquid with a sour aroma resulting from fermentation of brown sugar or molasses with the addition of fruit, vegetable waste and water in a ratio of 1: 3: 10 which is fermented for 3 months or more. Compost fertilizer is an organic fertilizer produced from the process of decomposing organic materials such as dry leaves, grass, vegetables and other organic waste, water and also provided with fertile soil in a ratio of 3: 1. This community service activity is carried out with the hope of being able to open up people's insight. is in the village of Blahkiuh in order to utilize source-based waste produced from household waste into something useful.
