Abstract

Firm value shows maximizing shareholder wealth through stock prices. Company value is the price paid by prospective buyers if the company is sold. For companies that issue shares in the capital market, the stock price traded on the stock is an indicator of company value. This research was conducted on basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of managerial ownership, liability, and growth partially and simultaneously on firm value. The population in this study are basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2013 to 2017, with a purposive sampling technique obtained as many as 25 companies. The data in this study are secondary data and the hypothesis testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis which produces the equation Y = 0.858-0.002X1 + 0.235X2-0.022X3. The results showed that partially, liability had a significant effect on firm value, while managerial ownership and growth had no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, managerial ownership, liability, and growth have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment decisions, return on assets and leverage on firm value in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all Manufacturing Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which amounted to 154 companies from 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so the final sample obtained was 67 companies. The data collection method used in this study is documentation. Sources of data in this study are secondary data obtained from financial statements of Manufacturing Companies. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 for Windows applications. Based on the results of the analysis show that investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, return on assets has a significant positive effect on firm value and leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of Operating Costs, Working Capital and Revenue on Net Income on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The phenomenon of increasing Operational Costs, Working Capital and Income is not always followed by an increase in Net Profit. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is a causal relationship. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, with a sample of 35 companies. Data collection techniques use documentation study, quantitative data types and secondary data sources. The study used multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination is 98.4%, which means that 98.4% of Net Profit is able to explain Operating Costs, Working Capital and Revenue. Simultaneous test results show Operational Costs, Working Capital and Revenue have a significant effect on Net Profit. Partially Operational Costs have no significant effect on Net Profit. Working Capital and Income partially have a significant effect on Net Income.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Operating Cash Flow, debt to equity ratio, current ratio (CR), total asset turn over (TATO) on profitability in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) . The samples of this study were 43 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2014-2017 period. Variable independent in this study were operating cash flow, debt to equity ratio, current ratio (CR), total asset turn over (TATO). While the dependent variable is profitability. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Analysis of data with multiple linear regression, the results of this study indicate that the Operating Cash Flow variable partially has no effect and is not significant on profitability with a significant value of 0.515, Debt To Equity Ratio partially has no effect and is not significant to profitability with a significant value of 0.257, Current Partial ratio has no effect and is not significant with a significant value of 0.460, Total Asset Turn Over partially influential and not significant for profitability with a significant value of 0.438.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, current ratio, and net profit margin on companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2016 period. There is a phenomenon of increasing dividend policy, current ratio, and net profit margin in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2016 period. The approach used in this study is a Quantitative Approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. and the nature of research is causal. This research method uses a purposive sampling method, with a sample of 16 companies. The method of data collection uses documentation, the type of data in the form of quantitative data, and data sources in the form of secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. the coefficient of determination in this study is 53%, which means that 53% of the company value can be explained by divident policy, current ratio, and net profit margin. The results of the study show that dividend policy has partially a significant positive effect on company value. Current ratio (current ratio) partially has a negative effect and net profit margin (partial net profit margin) has a positive and not significant effect on company value.
