Abstract

Tujuan: Dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian motivasi di hotel mandarin oriental dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya.Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif Assosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dimana seluruh anggota populasi sebanyak tiga puluh karyawan dapur. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara langsung.Implikasi: pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan cara memberi kuesioner secara langsung, kepada 30 karyawan department kitchen. bedasarkan hasil yang sudah diterima pemberian motivasi ini memiliki pengaruh yang sangat baik dan sangat penting terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di hotel mandarin oriental. Pemberian motivasi ini bisa berupa uang atau penghargaan, dan pemberian motivasi yang dilakukan oleh Hrd seperti kegiatan outing, meeting antar department, gunanya untuk saling mengenal satu sama lain.

Abstract

Employee empowerment adalah suatu pemberi wewenang dari seorang pemimpin perusahaan kepada karyawan yang menjadi proses penting untuk menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang kompeten, inisiatif, dan meningkatkan kualitas diri. Dalam pekerjaan, banyak hal yang terjadi dan pengawasan di restoranpun tidakterlalu tinggi. Kendala, keluhan dansituasi tidak terduga bisa terjadi kapan saja. Masih terdapat banyak restoran yang kurang memperhatikan pemberdayaan karyawan sehingga membuat pelanggan kecewa dengan pelayanan yang diberikan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh employee empowerment terhadap service quality di Restoran Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus Sunter Permai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data responden dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan adalah konsumen dari Restoran Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus Sunter Permai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identitas konsumen yang mengonsumsi ayam gepuk pak gembus sunter permai adalah adalah karyawansebanyak 54responden (54%). Kemudian mahasiswa/I sebanyak 25 responden (25%), pekerjaan lainnya sebanyak 12 responden (12%), dan wirausaha sebanyak 9 responden (9%). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling yang mendapakan 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumus rao purba. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employe empowerment memiliki pengaruh terhadap Service quality di Restoran Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus Sunter Permai sebesar 40,4% dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) serta hasil uji t dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (8,155 > 1,984).

Abstract

Dental health is one of the important aspects in maintaining overall body health. Healthy teeth not only provide aesthetic benefits, but also play a role in the digestion and speech process. Many people still do not understand how important it is to maintain dental and oral health. A common problem in children is dental caries, which can pose a great danger to children's physical, psychological, and social health by causing dental discomfort and subsequent tooth loss, which makes eating, talking, sleeping, and socializing difficult. The role of mothers as parents and teachers at school serves as a key model for the development of children's dental and oral health behaviors. As a result, developing good basic dental and oral health behaviors is essential to establishing dental health standards that will be maintained into adulthood. The purpose of this activity is to improve the knowledge and attitudes of mothers and teachers at Wijayakusuma 01 Elementary School, Grogol Petamburan West Jakarta in maintaining and preserving children's dental and oral health through providing education accompanied by filling out pre- and post-test questionnaires. This activity was carried out by team members from the Bachelor of Dentistry study program, profession, and the Specialist Dentist Education Program of the Faculty of Dentistry, Trisakti University, in the form of counseling on Dental and Oral Health to representatives of mothers and teachers at Wijayakusuma 01 Elementary School, Grogol Petamburan sub-district, West Jakarta.

Abstract

The open selection for Pratama high leadership positions (JPT Pratama) in South Solok Regency has used a well-designed selection mechanism/stage, but in reality, this open selection does not necessarily produce officials who are truly competent in their fields and good at leadership. This is proven by the existence of officials who were demoted from their positions prematurely. So, how is the open selection for JPT Pratam in South Solok Regency? This research uses qualitative methods with snowball sampling techniques to determine research informants. This research shows that the preparation mechanism for the Selection of High Leadership Positions in the South Solok Regency is based on Permenpan-RB Number 15 of 2019. BKPSDM South Solok Regency categorizes preparation into two forms, namely technical preparation and substantive preparation. The implementation of the JPT Pratama Open Selection in South Solok Regency was carried out transparently. However, during the implementation of the JPT Pratama open selection, it was also found that there was a lack of synchronization between the timing stated in the announcement and the actual time when it occurred. The monitoring and evaluation carried out by BKPSDM does not highlight the unsynchronization of the schedule, but rather the monitoring and evaluation carried out by KASN. Apart from that, Monitoring-evaluation also involves assessing the performance of officials selected through the JPT Pratama Open Selection, the results of whose recommendations can be realized in the form of mutations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap hard candy dengan penambahan puré tomat, mengetahui perbedaan mutu sensori (tekstur, aroma, rasa dan warna) pada hard candy dengan menggunakan puré tomat, serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan penggunaan subtitusi puré tomat dengan presentasi 0%,20%,40%,60%,80% dan 100% terhadap kualitas hard candy. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan menggunakan desain metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan digunakan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali serta diberikan kode pada setiap variasi. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui pembuatan hard candy menggunakan puré tomat menghasilkan mutu sensorik yang berbeda, Untuk parameter warna yang memiliki nilai tertinggi ada pada sample variasi 6 yaitu penggunaan 100% puré tomat (4.00). Aroma pada sample variasi 5 yaitu penggunaan 80% puré tomat (4,52). Tekstur pada sample variasi 6 yaitu penggunaan 100% puré tomat (3,88). Rasa pada sample variasi 6 yaitu penggunaan 100% puré tomat (4,52). Posisi pertama yang disukai oleh panelis ada pada variasi 5 yaitu penggunaan 80% puré tomat. Formulasi terbaik pembuatan hard candy menggunakan puré tomat ada pada variasi 5 yaitu penggunaan 80% puré tomat, dengan total nilai rata-rata yang didapatkan sebesar (4,02).

Abstract

The education system in Yala, a conflict-sensitive and multicultural province in Southern Thailand, faces persistent challenges shaped by sociopolitical instability, cultural diversity, and governance constraints. This study investigates the perceptions of teachers, community leaders, and local officials regarding public management practices and their influence on educational improvement in Yala. Using a qualitative approach grounded in Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), data were collected through nine semi-structured individual interviews and two focus group discussions (FGDs), each involving three participants. Thematic analysis revealed four major insights: (1) a persistent disconnect between national education policies and local realities; (2) uneven access to teacher professional development due to geographic, cultural, and security barriers; (3) the underutilized potential of religious and cultural institutions in education governance; and (4) a trust gap between the community and central authorities that undermines participatory governance. These findings underscore the need for culturally inclusive, decentralized, and conflict-sensitive public management strategies. The study contributes both theoretically and practically by offering locally grounded insights for policymakers, educators, and scholars seeking to improve education systems in post-conflict, multicultural settings.
