Abstract

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which aims to increase student learning creativity in social studies class XII at Cendrawasih Makassar High School through Internet E-learning Technology with Learning Development Strategies. The subjects of this study were class XII students of SMA Cendrawasih Makassar in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year with a total of 25 students consisting of 14 male students and 11 female students. This research was conducted in two cycles, and each process was held in 3 meetings including a test at the end of the cycle. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and tests at the end of each cycle, and the data collected consists of quantitative and qualitative data. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the average score of student learning outcomes before the cycle was 63 percent in the low category, after the first cycle it became 74.92 percent in the medium category, then in the second cycle it increased to 86.72 percent which was in the very high category. By looking at the increased results obtained before process and after cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that learning development strategies with internet e-learning technology can increase the learning creativity of class XII social studies students at SMA Cendrawasih.

Abstract

Tata kelola administrasi sekolah telah mengalami kemajuan dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Namun, penggunakan Kurikulum Merdeka masih belum optimal. Hal ini menjadi Permasalahan yang dialami mitra pada SD Inpres Tamanyeleng Gowa yaitu belum maksimalnya sosialisasi terkait penerapan Kurikulum merdeka khususnya penggunaan model-model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan IKM (Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka). Hasil PkM menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan model- model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka. Hal ini menjadikan pembelajaran di dalam kelas lebih bermakna sebab siswa dapat belajar sesuai dengan kesiapan. Minat dan profil peserta didik itu sendiri. Luaran yang terwujud dari kegiatan ini adalah: Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran yang menarik sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the leadership behavior of the principal in providing performance guidance, 2) determine the leadership behavior of the principal in providing motivation, 3) determine the behavior of the principal in providing work productivity monitoring. This research is a qualitative research conducted at SD Inpres Mamajang III level with the research subject is the principal. Data was collected by using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques through data reduction, data display and data verification, while the validity of the data uses credibility, time triangulation, transperability, dependability, confirmability. The results of the research obtained are that the principal's leadership emphasizes three things, namely policy, motivation and monitoring. Policy is carried out by prioritizing deliberation. Motivation is done by giving awards and providing a conducive room to work. Principal monitoring uses the instrument of meeting results and the results of input from school officials

Abstract

Research objectives: 1) To find out how the implementation of economic literacy education for students based on thematic teaching materials at UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Makassar City, 2) To find out what factors have an impact on the implementation of economic literacy education for students based on UPT thematic teaching materials SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Makassar City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This data collection technique uses an interview guide which was distributed to the sources for this research, namely school principals, teachers and students, as well as parents at UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumas Makassar. Results of this research 1). Implementation of economic literacy education at elementary school level based on thematic teaching materials delivered by teachers to make it easier for students to understand the material presented by the teacher, because if you only use the handbook that has been provided by the school, the material obtained will not be understood by students. 2) Factors in implementing economic literacy based on thematic teaching materials via audio using audio in the form of mini speakers in material about formulas in economics to make it easier for teachers to convey the material to students. 3) Implementation factors of economic literacy based on thematic teaching materials via audio-visual using audio-visual teaching materials in the form of a computer and assisted by loudspeakers on economic theory material.

Abstract

This research aims 1) To determine students' activities using the problem-based learning model in class VIII social studies learning at MTs DDI AL-AMIN. 2) To improve students' critical thinking skills by using the problem-based learning model in class VIII learning at MTs DDI AL-AMIN. This research is classroom action research (PTK) by carrying out 3 cycles, in each cycle there are 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were class VIII students consisting of 16 students. Data sources obtained from students and teachers. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests and documentation, qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) the implementation of the problem-based learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills in cycle I analyzed the images presented, in cycle II used TTS in learning, cycle III used PPT material and learning videos then made mind mapping. (2) in cycle I for the pretest and posttest it reached 14%, then in cycle II it increased to 43% and in cycle III the percentage of completion reached 91% or overall students had reached the KKM.

Abstract

The role is an activity that can influence people who are willing to work together to achieve certain goals they desire. A leader, in influencing subordinates, can do so in various ways, such as providing rewards, delegating authority, giving recognition, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and guiding towards improvement. However, there are still teachers who lack understanding in developing Teaching Modules and understanding student needs. This issue is the focus of the thesis with the objectives: (1) To determine the role of the school principal in improving teachers' pedagogical abilities at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency. (2) To identify the obstacles faced by the school principal in performing their role to enhance teachers' pedagogical competence at the school. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this study are the school principal, two teachers, and nine students. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the principal of UPT SMP Negeri 1 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency, has shown good performance despite not yet achieving 100% in enhancing teachers' pedagogical abilities. This is evidenced by the principal's continuous efforts in finding ways to improve teachers' capabilities through training, seminars, and workshops. The obstacles faced by the principal in enhancing teachers' pedagogical abilities include financial constraints, time constraints, and insufficient discipline levels ABSTRAKPeran adalah aktivitas yang dapat mempengaruhi orang-orang yang mau bekerja sama untuk mencapai beberapa tujuan yang mereka inginkan. Seorang pemimpin dalam mempengaruhi bawahannya dapat dilakukan dengan macam- macam cara, antara lain dengan memberikan imbalan, melimpahkan wewenang, memberi penghargaan, memberi tugas dan tanggung jawab, dan mengajak ke arah yang lebih baik. Akan tetapi dalam hal ini masih ada guru yang kurang memahami dalam penyusunan Modul Ajar, dan kurang memahami kebutuhan Murid. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi fokus kajian dalam Tesis dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kemampuan pedagogik guru di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Bangkala, Kabupaten Jeneponto (2) untuk mengetahui Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi Kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan perannya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dua orang guru dan sembilan orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah UPT SMP Negeri 1 Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto telah menunjukkan kinerja yang baik walaupun belum terlaksana 100% dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik guru dibuktikan dari cara kepala sekolah yang terus menerus mencari cara dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru melalui: pelatihan-pelatihan, seminar, training dan workshop. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kemampuan pedagogik guru yaitu dari segi biaya dan waktu dan tingkat kedisiplinan yang masih kurang.
