Abstract

Kebijakan Pemerintah untuk meningkatkan jumlah SMK dengan target rasio SMA dan SMK sebesar 70:30 membawa implikasi pada peningkatan kebutuhan guru produktif SMK. Kebutuhan guru perlu dipenuhi secara efektif dan efisien. Keunikan sistem sentralisasi pendidikan dengan pengelolaan yang terpusat dapat dijadikan referensi dalam membentuk skema pemenuhan kebutuhan guru produktif SMK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan skema pemenuhan guru produktif SMK di era sentralisasi pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif tipe studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga skema pemenuhan guru produktif SMK di era sentralisasi, antara lain melalui: (1) Program D III Guru Kejuruan; (2) Program Tunjangan Ikatan Dinas (TID); (3) Program Seleksi CPNS

Abstract

This research is aimed to identify the influence of learning preparation and questioning skill toward statistics learning result of STKIP Kumala Lampung Metro Students. The population in this research is all students of Economy education study program who have passed statistics lecture, and the sample is 28 students which are chosen by purposive random sampling technique. The data collecting techniques are done by a questionnaire to knowing the students’ learning readiness and ability to ask quation and documentation method to knowing statistics lecture result. The multiple linear regression is used as data analysis in this research.The research result showed; firstly, there is positive and significant influence of learning readiness toward statistics learning result with 0,376 for the correlation coefficient, 0,142 for the determinant coefficient and = 2,104 + 0,068X1 as the regression equation. Secondly, there is also positive and significant influence of ability to ask toward statistics learning result with 0,387 as the coefficient correlation, 0,149 as determinant coefficient, and = 1,431 + 0,085X2 as the regression equation. Thirdly, in this research also, there is positive and significant influence of learning readiness and ability to ask toward statistics learning result with 0,476 as the correlation coefficient, and 0,227 as determinant coefficient and = -0,936 + 0,052X1 +0,067X2 for the regression equation.

Abstract

Pancasila stands as Indonesia's bedrock, encapsulating essential principles guiding national identity. The nation's trajectory hinges upon cultivating a disciplined, patriotically committed youth. Paskibra extracurricular activities emerge as pivotal in fostering both nationalism and the values intrinsic to Pancasila. This research analyzes the inculcation of Pancasila values as an effort to enhance the discipline of Paskibra members at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The findings reveal that the inculcation of Pancasila values through extracurricular Paskibra has proven effective in improving the discipline of Paskibra members in various aspects. Notable enhancements in punctuality, etiquette, and accountability have been observed among participants. The commendable efforts of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali in Pancasila education serve as a beacon for other educational institutions. By instilling Pancasila values early on, we can shape forthcoming generations into individuals characterized by discipline, responsibility, and unwavering integrity. Abstract

Kurikulum pembelajaran dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran yang berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas lulusan. Kurikulum merdeka belajar diperlukan kesiapan yang baik dari para guru sebagai ujung tombak pelaksanaan kurikulum di sekolah. Namun pada praktiknya, belum semua guru melaksanakan dengan baik implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Berbagai permasalahan yang muncul di dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka membutuhkan fasilitasi dari para stakeholder terkait untuk mendukung keberhasilan guru di dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran. Kegiatan workshop kepada guru-guru SMK untuk peningkatan pemahaman tentang kurikulum dan implementasinya di dalam menyusun desain instruksional berbasis kurikulum merdeka. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini tenaga pengajar dari SMK Surakarta dalam bidang teknologi konstruksi dan properti. Pemberian sosialiasi terkait konsep kurikulum merdeka sekaligus memberikan contoh best practice penerapannya dalam perencanaan pembelajaran berupa desain instruksional yang berbasis kurikulum merdeka di SMK.

Abstract

Abstrak : Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan surat edaran nomor 4 Tahun 2020 perihal pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran Covid-19, pada surat edaran tersebut dijelaskan bahwa proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan di rumah melalui pembelajaran daring atau dalam jaringan. Tak terkecuali pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah kejuruan (SMK). Melalui penelitian studi kasus di salah satu SMK di daerah Boyolali, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk:(1) Mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan di kelas XI dan XII (2) Mengetahui tingkat efektivitas sistem sistem pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan pada peserta didik kelas XI dan XII, (3) Mengetahui kelebihan dan kendala pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan pada peserta didik kelas XI dan XII. Metode pengambilan data yang  digunakan adalah angket dan observasi. Data diperoleh dari siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan pembelajaran di SMK pada saat pandemi Covid-19 melalui pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring berlangsung menggunakan beragam aplikasi diantaranya, Aplikasi Whatsapp, Aplikasi Elegant smkgti yaitu website E-Learning sekolah, Aplikasi Zoom atau Google meet, Aplikasi Kahoot Aplikasi tersebut bisa diakses menggunakan perangkat teknologi handphone. (2) Efektivitas pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan pada mata pelajaran konstruksi jalan dan jembatan di salah satu SMK di Boyolali berlangsung efektif jika dilihat dari nilai rata-rata setiap indikator yang berada di atas 50% (3) Kelebihan pembelajaran daring di salah satu SMK di Boyolali sudah memiliki E-Learning. Pemerintah dan sekolah memberi subsidi pulsa kepada peserta didik dan guru. Kendala pembelajaran daring yaitu gangguan sinyal pada saat pembelajaran dan peserta didik menjadi lebih pasif. Abstract :The Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia issued circular letter number 4 of 2020 regarding the implementation of education policies in the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19, in the circular it was explained that the learning process was carried out at home through online or online learning. The vocational high school (VHS) level is no exception. The objectives of the study are: (1) to find out how the application of the online learning system for road and bridge construction subjects in students at grade XI and XII (2) to determine the level of effectiveness of the online learning system system for road and bridge construction subjects in students, and (3) to find out the advantages and constraints of online learning in the subject of Road and Bridge Construction. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and observations. Data obtained from students and teachers. The results showed: (1) Application of learning at one of Boyolali’s Vocational High School during the Covid-19 pandemic was through online learning. Online learning takes place using a variety of applications, including the WhatsApp application, the School Learning Management System, the Zoom or Google meet application, and the Kahoot application. The application can be accessed using mobile technology devices. (2) The effectiveness of online learning carried out on road and bridge construction subjects at one of Boyolali’s Vocational School is effective when viewed from the average value of each indicator which is above 50%, (3) The advantages of online learning at one of Boyolali’s Vocational School was it already have E-Learning. The government and schools provide credit subsidies to students and teachers. The obstacle to online learning is signal interference during learning and students become more passive.

Abstract

The problem of waste in villages is not always seen as a threat to the community. However, it needs to be developed into a resource capable of stimulating the village economy. This study aims to analyze the role of waste banks in villages as instruments for waste management and processing, contributing to the development of the village economy. The study used a mixed approach, with qualitative and quantitative data collection. Qualitative data were collected through observations and interviews in Kemiri Village, Kebakkeramat District, Karanganyar Regency. Quantitative data were collected through a survey of 118 villages in Indonesia. Data were analyzed interactively and descriptively to illustrate the role of waste banks in stimulating the village economy and the impact of waste bank management on village income. The results show that waste banks have an impact on the village economy, creating jobs for villagers in the sectors of sorting, transportation, and reducing waste volume. Furthermore, waste processing can also stimulate the creative economy by producing economically valuable products such as planting media and compost. The direct impact of waste banks is their contribution to village income through donations from village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) businesses, as well as the creation of a clean environment and improved public health.
