Abstract

Era kemajuan teknologi seperti sekarang ini, anak-anak cenderung lebih suka bermain-main dengan telepon pintar ketimbang membaca buku, padahal buku merupakan jendela dunia. Dimana melalui buku, kita dapat mengetahui banyak informasi di dunia luar. Memang tak dapat dipungkiri sekolah pun saat ini menggunakan telepon pintar dalam pembelajaran, namun peranan buku tentu tak dapat dilupakan begitu saja. Anak-anak saat ini menjadi asing dengan buku karena adanya hal tersebut. Penulis ingin menghidupkan kembali budaya literasi melalui revitalisasi perpustakaan. Revitalisasi perpustakaan dilakukan di MI Muhammadiyah Jambangan. Revitalisasi ini menggunakan metode difusi ipteks. Difusi ipteks yang dimaksud ialah membangun kembali perpustakaan MI Muhammadiyah Jambangan yang telah lama tidak aktif agar dapat memberikan manfaat bagi peserta didik khususnya dan warga sekolah pada umumnya. Perpustakaan MI Muhammadiyah Jambangan didukung dengan buku penunjang seperti buku pelajaran, cerita atau buku lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan. Dengan adanya sarana dan prasarana tersebut, kegiatan membaca di perpustakaan menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Peserta didik sangat antusias dengan adanya perpustakaan ini. Setiap hari selalu ada peserta didik yang berkunjung ke perpustakaan untuk sekedar membaca buku. Hal ini tentu dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan minat baca peserta didik di MI Muhammadiyah Jambangan. Peningkatan minat baca diperlukan agar peserta didik mampu menyerap pengetahuan sebanyak-banyaknya sehingga mampu bersaing di kancah nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the comparison of the storytelling structure of Mia Chuz's novel Wedding Agreement and the film Wedding Agreement directed by Archie Hekagery and its relevance to literature learning in high school. This study uses qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out by literature study techniques and documentary techniques. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are obtained from quotes and dialogues in the novel and film Wedding Agreement, while secondary data sources are obtained from Google website links. The data analysis technique of this research uses comparative-inductive techniques and the excranization process. This technique is used to compare data obtained from literary works. The results of this study prove that in the structure of the storytelling in the novel and film Wedding Agreement is broadly the same and those that are translated into films are only taken from the core parts considering that the film is bound by duration. The results of this study find six plot data from novels, seven plot data from films, five background data from the novel, and nine data from the setting. A number of characters are found are 26 characters in the novel and 19 characters in the film Wedding Agreement.

Abstract

Pembelajaran menulis kembali teks hikayat atau cerita lintas zaman ke dalam  bentuk cerpen merupakan salah satu tujuan pebelajaran di kelas X mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa SMA. Penulisan yang masih kovensional atau sederhana masih menimbulkan kurangnya minat siswa dalam menuliskan teks hikayat. Sehingga diperoleh nilai yang tidak mencapai ketentuan atau pada batas minimal yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka peneliti berusaha mencoba menggunakan media canva agar siswa memiliki daya ketertarikan dan siswa dapat menjadi kreatif. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas menulis teks hikayat pada siswa di kelas XD dengan menggunakan media canva, dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif untuk secara akurat menguraikan kejadian berdasarkan kesesuaian suatu objek.  Pengumpulan data selama penelitian menggunakan teknik tes dan dokumentasi. Tes ini dimaksudkan sebagai alat untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis cerita rakyat (cerita) dengan menggunakan media canva. Studi ini menemukan bahwa siswa memperoleh skor rata-rata 78 poin pada tes pertama dan skor rata-rata 85 poin pada tes akhir. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran menulis cerita rakyat (hikayat) dengan menggunakan media layar sudah sangat meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the representation of corruption contained in Okky Madasari's novel 86 and see its relevance to moral value education in schools. This research is a descriptive qualitative research whose analysis results are in the form of phenomena. The research data are words, phrases, sentences, dialogs, and paragraphs containing representations of corruption taken from the data source in the form of novel 86. Data analysis uses a semiotic model through heuristic and hermeneutic reading. The results of this study are that in novel 86 by Okky Madasari, there are several forms of corruption representation in the form of bribery as much as 12 data, extortion 6 data, and fraudulent acts 9 data. In addition, there are also internal factors totalling 5 data and external factors totalling 1 data that cause corruption. The results of the study can be used as a teaching of moral values in schools by integrating it into Indonesian language learning in the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Cetho Temple is one of Indonesia's tourist attractions that still retains Hindu religious nuances and serves as a venue for religious ceremonies. This study aims to describe and highlight the values present in Cetho Temple folklore, particularly its religious values. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive research employs sustainable means adapted to the realities of the field. This research was conducted based on a literature review. The data collected will be analyzed, interpreted, and synthesized to provide accurate and systematic illustrations or representations of the research findings. The data collection method employed in this study is library research. The results of this study demonstrate that the religious values embedded in the folklore of Cetho Temple are still preserved and upheld today. This tradition continues to be practiced, ensuring that those inheriting the community's or ancestors' traditions continue to maintain and care for Cetho Temple.

Abstract

Historical literacy learning in Indonesia has developed quite well. Innovative learning has begun to be implemented in historical literacy learning by using interactive applications, films and novels to overcome student boredom. However, existing research shows that historical literacy learning experiences problems with the availability of time when films or novels are used. Meanwhile, the use of short stories in historical literacy learning is not yet commonly implemented in Indonesia. This article, using a literature review, attempts to discuss aspects related to historical literacy learning using short stories. This article also provides three examples of short stories that have the potential to be used in historical literacy learning as an alternative in innovative historical literacy learning. Based on the existing discussion, there are three short stories that can be used in this context, namely “Heiho” by Idrus, “Tamu” by Budi Darma, and “Bapak Presiden yang Terhormat” by Agus Noor.

Abstract

Karya sastra merupakan hasil karya manusia dengan mendayungkan imajinasi yang terdapat dalam diri pengarangnya. Keberadaan karya sastra dalam kehidupan manusia dapat mengisi “kebahagiaan jiwa” karena membaca karya sastra bukan saja memberikan hiburan, tetapi juga dapat memberikan pencerahan jiwa. Novel didefinisikan sebagai suatu karya sastra yang menggambarkan pengalaman hidup yang kompleks melalui penceritaan yang imajinatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan struktur nilai-nilai sosial dalam novel Teruslah Bodoh Jangan Pintar karya Tere Liye sebagai media pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kajian sosiologi sastra. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menunjukkan nilai sosial masyarakat dan nilai sosial (a) loves (kasih sayang) yang terdiri atas cinta dan kasih sayang, tolong-menolong, kekeluargaan, dan kepedulian; (b) responsibility (tanggung jawab) yang terdiri atas nilai tanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat dan nilai tanggung jawab terhadap hukum; (c) life harmony (keserasian hidup) yang terdiri atas nilai nilai empati, toleransi, dan kerjasama. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diterapkan pada siswa SMA. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan variasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan cara mempelajari karya sastra sehingga dapat menarik minat siswa untuk lebih mendalami karya sastra. Berdasarkan hasil analisis struktur novel Teruslah Bodoh Jangan Pintar karya Tere Liye dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra dapat disimpulkan bahwa tema dari novel Teruslah Bodoh Jangan Pintar adalah perjuangan dalam melawan ketidakadilan konflik pertanahan agraria. Alur yang menjadi kerangka dari novel Teruslah Bodoh Jangan Pintar dibuat dengan alur campuran. Terdapat 14 tokoh yang dimunculkan dari novel Teruslah bodoh Jangan Pintar. Latar waktu antara tahun 1990-2020.
