Abstract

Unethical pro-organizational behavior is defined as conduct that is deemed to contravene ethical standards as defined by widely held values, laws, and social conventions rather than by group or organizational norms. However, the behavior is intended to benefit the organization, members of the organization, or both. Employees who intend to help the organization, its members, or both often engage in unethical pro-organizational behavior. This research aimed to identify, test, and develop a model of the factors that encourage people to engage in unethical pro-organizational behavior. These factors include identification with supervisors (IS), taking responsibility (TR), transformational leadership (TL), identification with the organization (IO), and moral courage (MC). The study employed a survey method, and the main respondents comprised the heads of the study programs at Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta. The results of the analysis employing the Smart-PLS demonstrated that identification with the organization and taking responsibility had significant effects on unethical pro-organizational behavior, while identification with supervisors did not significantly affect unethical pro-organizational behavior. Moral courage did not moderate (neither strengthen nor weaken) the effects of taking responsibility and identification with supervisor on unethical behavior. Then, transformational leadership had a significant effect on identification with the organization. Finally, identification with the organization mediated the effect of transformational leadership on unethical pro-organizational behavior.

Abstract

Pasca mewabahnya pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan banyaknya UMKM yang terdampak yang mengakibatkan omzet dan volume penjualan mereka menurun secara drastis, termasuk Kampoeng Batik Laweyan (KBL). Berdasarkan hasil analisa, diskusi, dan observasi di lokasi tersebut, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pengrajin batik di Kampoeng Batik Laweyan selaku mitra pengabdian, yaitu (a) menurunnya omzet penjualan selama pandemi Covid-19, (b) mitra belum mampu memanfaatkan platform digital dengan baik sebagai media promosi, (c) masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami makna batik yang sebenarnya karena minimnya sosialisasi. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pengrajin batik KBL mampu bangkit kembali pasca pandemi Covid-19. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah membangun strategi content marketing yang meliputi (a) membuat perencanaan dan guidelines strategi content marketing, (b) memproduksi konten sebagai bahan promosi untuk membangun awareness, (c) memberdayakan media sosial dan platform digital lainnya guna mendistribusikan konten, (d) melakukan content promotion secara digital menggunakan platform Facebook Ads dan Google Ads. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan prinsip transfer pengetahuan dari tim pengabdian kepada pihak Kampoeng Batik Laweyan dengan memenuhi aspek KAP (Kognitif, Afektif, Psikomotorik), dalam bentuk (a) diseminasi informasi; (b) pendampingan; dan (c) monitoring dan evaluasi. Program pengabdian ini telah menghasilkan berbagai konten yang berupa gambar dan video untuk meningkatkan awareness KBL di media sosial. Dengan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan, program pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan followers dan engagement pada akun media sosial Kampoeng Batik Laweyan serta mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pengusaha batik di sana terkait urgensi content marketing. After the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, many MSMEs were affected which resulted in their turnover and sales volume dropping drastically, including Kampoeng Batik Laweyan (KBL). Based on the results of analysis, discussions and observations at the location, there are several problems faced by batik craftsmen at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan as service partners, namely (a) decreased sales turnover during the Covid-19 pandemic, (b) KBL has not been able to utilize the platform digitally well as a promotional medium, (c) there are still many people who do not understand the true meaning of batik because of the lack of socialization. The purpose of this community service program is to empower KBL batik craftsmen to be able to bounce back after the Covid-19 pandemic. The solution offered to partners is to develop a content marketing strategy which includes: (a) planning and guidelines for content marketing strategies, (b) producing content as promotional material to build awareness, (c) empowering social media and other digital platforms to distribute content, (d) carry out content promotion digitally using the Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms. The method used in this service activity uses the principle of transferring knowledge from the service team to Kampoeng Batik Laweyan by fulfilling KAP (Cognitive, Affective, Psychomotor) aspects, in the form of (a) information dissemination; (b) assistance; and (c) monitoring and evaluation. This service program has produced various content in the form of pictures and videos to increase KBL awareness on social media. With various activities carried out, this service program has succeeded in increasing followers and engagement on Kampoeng Batik Laweyan's social media accounts and has been able to increase the understanding of batik entrepreneurs there regarding the urgency of content marketing.

Abstract

 Sektor keuangan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dengan melakukan inovasi berupa FinTech, yaitu inovasi dengan konsep digitalisasi pembayaran. FinTech terdiri dari P2P lending atau sering disebut pinjaman online, membuat pelaku pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah tertarik menggunakan layanan tersebut. Inovasi tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan pemahaman mengenai literasi lembaga keuangan khususnya pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah menyebabkan terjadinya 19,711 kasus pinjaman online illegal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan memberi pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah mengenai literasi lembaga keuangan. Dengan metode sosialisasi terkait dengan literasi lembaga keuangan kepada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di Kampung Wisata Baluwarti Kota Surakarta. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu telah melakukan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan serta workshop dan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Meskipun kegiatan ini telah selesai, tetapi monitoring dan evaluasi terus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. The financial sector takes advantage of technological developments by innovating in the form of FinTech, namely innovation with the concept of digitizing payments. FinTech consists of P2P lending or often called online lending, making small and medium businesses interested in using the service. This innovation was not accompanied by an understanding of financial institution literacy, especially small and medium business actors, causing 19,711 cases of illegal online loans. Community service activities aim to provide understanding to small and medium business actors regarding financial institution literacy. Through the socialization method related to financial institution literacy to small and medium business actors in the Baluwarti Tourism Village, Surakarta City. The results of this activity were socialization and counseling as well as workshops and training on financial management by the community service team. Even though this activity has been completed, monitoring and evaluation continue to be carried out on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Introduction: Chronic kidney failure is a condition in which kidney tissue has progressively decreased function so that it is unable to maintain fluid balance in the body and requires therapy, namely hemodialysis. Improving physical work capacity and reducing functional limitations of muscle strength can be done through regular physical exercise in patients with chronic kidney failure after undergoing hemodialysis. Therefore it is necessary to conduct a systematic review study to determine the effect of physical exercise on chronic kidney failure patients. There are 5 articles used in this research. Based on the articles obtained, it can be concluded that physical exercise in patients with chronic kidney failure during the hemodialysis period greatly influences muscle strength.

Abstract

Background: Low back pain (LBP) is a condition characterized by pain in in the lower back region. The pain felt is not a disease or a diagnosis of for a disease, it is the condition of pain syndromes in anatomical areas that experience various time variations in the occurrence of pain. Purpose: To analyze the effects of PNF and trunk exercise on pain reduction in individuals with LBP. Method: search in Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane Library databases to find and analyze related studies in the form of randomized controlled trials. Analyze related studies in the form of randomized controlled trials (RCT) without meta-analysis systematic review. The keywords used were “PNF”, “trunk exercise” and “low back pain”. Result: The results of the analysis results in this study, showed a decrease in pain in patients who received PNF by 1.70 units compared to patients with low back pain patients who were given trunk exercise (SMD = 1.70; 95% CI = 0.40 to 2.99) and the results were statistically significant (p <0.05). The result was statistically significant (p<0.00001). Heterogeneity of data the study showed I2= 95% (random effect model). Conclusion: PNF therapy is more effective than trunk exercise in reducing pain in patients with LBP.

Abstract

Usaha telur asin dan keripik belut telah dijalankan di Kecamatan Gantiwarno Kabupaten Klaten. Kedua usaha ini telah mampu berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian desa dan daerah untuk mendorong perkembangan usaha mikro-kecil dan penyerapan beberapa tenaga kerja di tingkat desa. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan memfasilitasi kedua pelaku usaha dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan usaha selama bulan Mei-Agustus 2023. Metode partisipatoris diterapkan untuk mendorong peran aktif para pelaku usaha. Tiga kegiatan telah dilaksanakan terdiri atas pendampingan perencanaan dan pengembangan usaha, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan usaha menggunakan aplikasi SI APIK, dan pendampingan pemasaran online melalui media sosial. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bahwa mitra pelaku usaha lebih mampu merencanakan dan mengembangkan usaha secara sistematis, pencatatan transaksi keuangan menggunakan SI APIK, dan metode pemasaran online melalui beberapa media sosial telah diterapkan. Oleh sebab itu, para pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan beberapa pelatihan dan pendampingan usaha yang telah diperoleh untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Selain itu, pemerintah daerah dapat lebih aktif memfasilitasi pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil di Kabupaten Klaten.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises in Indonesia run and managed mostly in traditional and conventional administration due to the limited digital literation and organizational management knowledge of the MSMEs. However, some of these MSMEs are scaling up by implementing management procedure and digital system. They carry out human resource practice into their operation along with digital system into their routine. The development is driven mainly by the new environment brought by the COVID-19 pandemic which force business entities to be ready for digital operation. This study examines the effect of digital readiness in moderating the relationship of human resource management practice and MSME’s performance. We surveyed 357 MSMEs in various fields, including culinary, clothing, crafts, and services through questionnaire to collect the data. As predicted, digital readiness moderates the relationship between human resource management practice and MSME’s organizational performance. However, the moderation effect is not as expected. Data suggests digital readiness negatively moderates the relationship of human resource management practice and MSME’s organizational performance.

Abstract

This activity aims to facilitate the development of SME's Shuttlecock inSukoharjo. It was become a business cluster for supporting local economic development. The SME that becomes the partners in this activity were Aiwan Shuttlecock and Delima Shuttlecock. There are three activities which have been done for them, namely: production management, marketing, and accounting. The results of this activity involve: (1) SME entrepreneurs understood the good production process of shuttlecock based on the work operational standards; (2) SME entrepreneurs were able to use marketing medias to promote shuttlecock product in the form online medias; and (3) SME used accounting for financial bookeeping and accessing financial resource both government fund and private fund. In the future, the government of Sukoharjo District can promote SME's Shuttlecock as local economic icon

Abstract

This research focuses on studies related to green marketing and intention to switch. This is based on the current environmental conditions, which are adversely affected by the sustainability of uncontrolled economic activities. The focus of this research will be to study the intention to switch consumers of packaged beverage products which are influenced by Green Product Experience and Green-self Identity. In addition, this research will also fill in the gaps of previous research, where the variables of Green Product Experience and Green-self Identity were studied more in the context of high-involvement products. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey. The data processing uses the SEM-PLS application. The results of this study indicate that in the context of products with low involvement, consumers tend to have the intention to switch even though they already have an understanding and experience related to environmentally friendly products.
