Abstract

Cette recherche a deux objectifs : identifier les mots culturels du roman Lelaki Harimau d’Eka Kurniawan et décrire les procédures utilisées dans leur traduction en français (L’homme-Tigre), grâce à la théorie mise en avant par Peter Newmark. Cette recherche utilise la méthode qualitative descriptive. La méhode de lecture avec la technique de base de citation s’emploie dans cette recherche pour la collecte de données qui se poursuit ensuite par la technique de la lecture attentive et la technique de notation en utilisant le tableau de données. Nous sommes arrivé ainsi à 210 mots culturels. Le traducteur n’a eu recours qu’à 14 sur 18 procédés de traduction, le plus fréquent étant celui de l’équivalence fonctionnelle. Cette recherche a des implications dans l’apprentissage du français, dans le domaine de la traduction. Elle permet aux étudiants d’enrichir leur connaissance sur les termes culturels et les procédés de traduction, afin d’obtenir leur équivalent.] This research has two objectives: to identify the cultural words of the novel Lelaki Harimau written by Eka Kurniawan and to describe the procedures used in their translation into French (L’hommeTigre), by using the theory put forward by Peter Newmark. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method. The basic quote reading method is employed in this research for data collection which then continues with the careful reading technique by using the table of data. According to the analysis, 210 cultural words are found in the novel. The translator used only 14 of 18 translation processes, the most common being functional equivalence. This research has implications for learning French, in the field of translation. It allows students to enrich their knowledge of cultural terms and translation processes, in order to obtain their equivalent.

Abstract

Abstract Cette recherche vise à décrire la transposition et la modulation qui se produisent dans la traduction en indonésien des textes d’actualité du journal Le Monde en ligne en passant par Google Translate et aussi les implications qui en découlent pour l’apprentissage du français. Les données proviennent de la traduction des textes d’actualités du journal Le Monde en ligne de l’édition de décembre 2019 en passant par Google Translate. Pour cette recherche, nous employons la méthode qualitative descriptive avec la technique de lecture attentive comme la collecte de données. Les résultats montrent que pour 391 termes, s’opère une transposition tels qu’un glissement de niveau, de structure, de catégorie, d’unité et de système intérieur. Pour 103 termes, nous avons une modulation : du générique vers le spécifique, du spécifique vers le générique, et aussi en raison d’une différence culturelle. Enfin, les résultats de cette recherche peuvent s’impliquer dans l’apprentissage du français à l’université dans le domaine de la traduction notamment. Abstract This research aims to describe the transposition and modulation that occur in the translation into Indonesian of current texts of the newspaper Le Monde online via Google Translate and also the implications that result from this for the learning of French. The data come from the translation of the news texts of the online newspaper Le Monde of the December 2019 edition via Google Translate. For this research, we use the qualitative descriptive method with the attentive reading technique such as data collection. The results show that for 391 terms, there is a transposition such as a shift in level, structure, category, unit and internal system. For 103 terms, we have a modulation: from generic to specific, from specific to generic, and also because of a cultural difference. Finally, the results of this research can be involved in learning French at university in the field of translation in particular

Abstract

Di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, segala aktivitas manusia terintegrasi dengan internet. Perkembangan teknologi dan internet di zaman ini telah membantu dunia pendidikan. Laman https://ifprofs.org/merupakan sebuah laman asosiasi para pengajar bahasa Prancis       di seluruh dunia. Para pengajar dapat memperoleh berbagai macam informasi tentang bahasa Prancis baik yang berkaitan dengan perkembangannya saat ini, pengajaran dan pembelajarannya, bahan ajar serta strategi mengajar bahasa Prancis, dan lain- lain. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan, dan memberikan pelatihan penyusunan Rencana Pengajaran Semester dan penulisan artikel ilmiah di bidang bahasa Perancis.  Publik yang dituju dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru dan calon guru bahasa Prancis di Lampung. Merujuk pada hasil kegiatan tersebut,dapat disimpulkan bahwa para peserta menyatakan sangat terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi IFprofs tersebut dan wawasan mereka tentang bahasa Prancis khususnya tentang konten Bahasa Perancis pada laman IFProfs, dan penulisan artikel ilmiah semakin berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the realization of French external sandhi, namely liaison, enchaînement, and élision in FLE (French as a Foreign Language) students with Indonesian as their first language (L1), and the factors influencing the realization. To determine the extent of mastery of Indonesian students, this study compared the realization of two groups of Indonesian students with different study hours and the realization of native speakers. This study involved 44 FLE students divided into two groups (27 students in Group I and 17 in Group II) and 11 native speakers. The instrument text for oral reading was compiled considering all these three phenomena theoretically and the students' competence level. It contains sequences of words potentially connected by all three. The data collection technique was carried out by recording the text reading once. The use of PRAAT software supported data analysis. The study results indicate the mastery of Indonesian speakers in élision liaison enchaînement consonantique enchaînement vocalique. The realization level of the students is much lower than that of native speakers. Several factors include the absence of similar phenomena in L1, segmentation ability, use of rhythm, differences in the orthographic systems, and interference, namely the presence of silent consonants and grapheme h, which are not pronounced in French, differences in the transparency of phoneme-grapheme relationship in the two languages and the quality of input.

Abstract

Improved mastery of French Grammar through Inquiry Model on Third Semester Students of French Departement of Unila. As grammar is important, an appropriate learning model allowing to increase student’s mastery in grammar is needed. Abstract

The decline of national values and the weakening of Pancasila-based character education among young generations pose a significant challenge in shaping Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045. This community service program, entitled Rangkai Nusantara, aims to develop a digital innovation platform that strengthens national values and Pancasila-oriented character education. The program was implemented through participatory, technology-based training activities involving interactive workshops, digital content creation, mentoring, and dissemination of student-produced educational works. The target group consisted of junior high school students in Bandar Lampung. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of Pancasila values, creative digital literacy, and the establishment of a youth network promoting national values through digital platforms. This program demonstrates that integrating digital innovation into character education can foster patriotic awareness, digital citizenship, and moral integrity. Rangkai Nusantara thus serves as a replicable model of technology-based character education to empower Indonesia’s young generation in the digital era.
