Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to describe the implementation of remedial programme that is performed by the teachers based on Permendikbud No. 81 A in the year of 2013 about the implementation of curriculum. The sample of this research was MTs Negeri Sungai Kakap. The tool of data collection was questionnaire which was given to the headmaster, teachers, and students. The other tools of data collection used were a list of inteview administered to the teachers and  the student score of evaluation test. The exact teachers in MTs Negeri Sungai Kakap have performed the remedial programme. The way of the remediation was revising students’ score which have not fulfil the school passing grade after evaluation  test or final year of the best. Based on the result, it was found that 55,1 % students admitted that the teacher did the remediation. Then 88,6 % students said that the way the teachers did the remediation. Was appropriatefor them. However, the implementation of remediation performed by the teachers in MTs Negeri Sungai Kakap has not been proper based on Permendikbud No.81 A in the year 2013 about the implementation of the curriculum. This research is expected to be used as a reference in implementation the remedial programme based on Permendikbud No.81 A in the year 2013. Keywords : Case study, The implementation, Remedial Programme, 2013 Curriculum, Saint Lesson

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Salah satu penatalaksanaan medis bagi orang yang sudah didiagnosa mengalami gagal ginjal kronik adalah dilakukannya hemodialisis. Tindakan hemodialisis meningkat dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Hipervolemia pada pasien HD adalah salah satu diagnosa keperawatan. Hipervolemia harus dicegah dikarenakan dapat menimbulkan komplikasi lanjut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipervolemia pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian pasien hemodialisis di ruang Hemodialisa Rumah Sakit Medika Stannia pada bulan Oktober Tahun 2022 sebanyak 42 pasien. Sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analsis Univariat dan Analisis Bivariat.Hasil : Analisis uji chi square didapatkan jenis kelamin (ρ-value 0,089), usia (ρ-value 0,692), kepatuhan asupan cairan (ρ-value 0,005), lama menjalani hemodialisa (ρ-value 0,010).Kesimpulan : ada hubungan antara kepatuhan asupan dan lama menjalani hemodialisi dengan kejadian hipervolemia pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis. Diharapkan pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis perlu mendapatkan konseling kesehatan tentang pembatasan asupan cairan.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a system of values and norms that apply in the work environment and influence how employees provide services to the community. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture on the service quality of employees at the Puncak Harapan Village Office, Maiwa Sub-district, Enrekang Regency, as well as to identify the factors that influence this organizational culture.This research uses a descriptive quantitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The sample in this study consisted of 81 community members out of a total population of 487 people who had received services from the village office staff. The data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant influence on the service quality of employees at the Puncak Harapan Village Office, Maiwa Sub-district, Enrekang Regency. Based on the recap of the organizational culture variable, the percentage result of 70% falls into the “good” category, and the service quality variable also falls into the “good” category with a percentage of 68%. Meanwhile, the factors influencing organizational culture towards service quality resulted in 64%, which is also in the “good” category
