Abstract

Geometry flat side material is crucial subject for students in senior high school. As the development of technology that increases very rapidly, it provides a chance to develop Media Interactive Learning (MPI) such as Course Lab MPI 2.4. This study was conducted to create a valid interactive multimedia teaching material, practical, and effective. Since there are correlated between spatial reasoning and student learning achievements, the influence of Course lab on the improvement of spatial reasoning is also seen. Spatial reasoning has three aspects that are mental rotation, spatial orientation, and spatial visualization. This study is a development model consisting plomp as design composed of three phases. The results obtained through this research interactive multimedia teaching material course lab based on geometry flat side were valid, practical, and effective. Students’ test scores average changed at 25 with a standard deviation of 7.07. The test results statistically demonstrated the value which means there were some differences in the average score of the initial test and final test. Course lab also led to improving students’ spatial reasoning. The multimedia developed was effective in improving both student learning achievements and spatial reasoning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of infrastructure development programs in Paku Village, Morosi District, Konawe Regency. as well as to find out the inhibiting factors for infrastructure development in Paku Village, Morosi District, Konawe Regency. This research design is a qualitative descriptive study. To answer the problems in this research, a qualitative descriptive analysis was used. The results of this study illustrate that; 1) The condition of a number of roads in Paku Village, Morosi District, Konawe Regency, until now, almost the entire road from the border of Paku Village is still untouched by the names of asphalt, vaping and so on, the conditions have not changed, still cobbled roads mixed with clay. This can hamper the process of selling natural products in Paku Village and the bad impact can be felt by the community, especially during the rainy season when the freight car cannot operate and 2) that the health facilities in Paku Village are currently inadequate until now, especially puskesmas facilities. According to the author's observations while at the research location that until now the health facility infrastructure has not changed, it can be seen from the number of people who still have to go to the sub-district with a distance of approximately 5 km to get health services.

Abstract

Sertifikat tanah merupakan dokumen bukti hak kepemilikan atas tanah sebagai produk akhir dari proses pendaftaran tanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan hukum mengenai sertifikat elektronik dalam administrasi pertanahan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia dan juga penerapan ketentuan hukum mengenai sertifikat elektronik dalam administrasi pertanahan di Kota Palangkaraya serta hambatan yuridis yang dihadap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai tinjauan yuridis terhadap pengaturan dan implementasi sertifikat tanah elektronik dalam administrasi pertanahan di kota palangkaraya. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis normatif. sertifikat elektronik termasuk kedalam akta auntentik sekalipun dalam bentuk elektronik. Sertifikat elektronik mengandung tanda tangan Elektronik. sertifikat tanah elektronik memiliki kedudukan sebagai bukti yang kuat dalam hukum pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia sesuai dengan UU no 5 Tahun 1960 tentang pendaftaran tanah, prosedur pendaftaran tanah untuk mendapatkan sertifikat elektronik haruslah mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri ATR/BPN Nomor 1 tahun 2021 tentang Sertifikat Elektronik.

Abstract

Di tempat penelitian yaitu kantor kecamatan mamasa masih menggunakan metode absensi manual yaitu dengan mencatat nama di kertas dan yang masih banyak digunakan cenderung rentan terhadap kesalahan dan memakan banyak waktu dalam pengelolaannya Tata cara yang dipakai yaiutu tata cara waterfall salah satu tipe bentuk pengembangan aplikasi serta tercantum ke dalam classic life cycle( daur hidup klasik), yang mana menekankan pada tahap yang berentetan serta analitis Riset ini sudah sukses membuat Sistem Absensi Online Berplatform Android Riset Permasalahan: Kantor Kecamatan Mamasa, riset ini menciptakan sesuatu keringanan untuk aparat serta karyawan Kantor Kecamatan Mamasa dalam melaksanakan bolos setiap hari Sistem absensi yang dibesarkan memakai teknologi yang terdapat dikala ini semacam android membolehkan industri menemukan profit yang amat banyak, sebab hendak memudahkan serta memesatkan karyawan dalam perihal absensi. Perihal ini pula mempengaruhi pada informasi yang hendak terbuat oleh Admin, sebab informasi yang terdapat di sistem teratur apik alhasil buat membuat informasi hendak amat gampang.
