Abstract

Abstrak Perubahan iklim akibat emisi karbon mendorong kebutuhan akan teknologi ramah lingkungan, salah satunya motor listrik. Motor listrik dianggap lebih efisien dan menghasilkan emisi lebih rendah dibandingkan kendaraan berbahan bakar fosil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menentukan motor listrik terbaik menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berdasarkan kriteria harga, jarak tempuh, daya motor, waktu pengisian, kecepatan maksimal, dan jenis baterai. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pengguna untuk memahami kebutuhan aktual. Tiga alternatif motor listrik yang dibandingkan adalah M100, T90, dan T80. Analisis dengan metode SAW menunjukkan bahwa M100 memiliki skor tertinggi sebesar 0,91, mengungguli T90 (0,79) dan T80 (0,57). Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa M100 merupakan pilihan paling sesuai dari sisi performa dan efisiensi berdasarkan kriteria teknis. Metode SAW terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan multikriteria untuk pemilihan kendaraan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan kriteria sosial dan lingkungan seperti jejak karbon produksi dan biaya perawatan, serta melibatkan preferensi pengguna dari berbagai latar belakang untuk analisis yang lebih komprehensif..

Abstract

Teachers are the main pillars in the formation and development of future generations. They not only pass on knowledge, but also play an important role in guiding, inspiring, and shaping the character of students. The main problems in selecting the best honor teachers are limited resources and a less systematic evaluation process, lack of transparency and consistency in the selection process can also lead to dissatisfaction and injustice among honor teachers. Through the combination of LOPCOW and MARCOS, this research succeeded in producing a more accurate and accountable ranking in the selection of the Best Honorary Teacher. The LOPCOW approach provides a deep understanding of percentage changes against set criteria, while MARCOS assists in weighting compromise solutions that can optimally meet those criteria. Thus, the study provides a more holistic and detailed view of various aspects of teacher quality and performance, enabling better decision-making in selecting the Best Honorary Teachers who meet educational needs and advance student learning. The ranking results showed that the assessment results from the LOPCOW and MARCOS methods gave results, namely rank 1st with a final value of 0.3404446 obtained by SF Teachers, 2nd place with a final value of 0.3367384 obtained by LBS Teachers, and 3rd place with a final value of 0.3343083 obtained by ASB Teachers.

Abstract

The recruitment process for video editing staff is a strategic stage in ensuring the quality of professional and competitive content production. However, candidate assessment often faces challenges of subjectivity and inaccuracy in decision-making when evaluators rely solely on intuitive judgment without a measured approach. This study aims to develop a decision support system based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) by integrating the Entropy method for objective determination of criteria weights and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in calculating the preference values of alternatives. Five evaluation criteria are used in the selection process, namely Editing, Creativity, Experience, Discipline, and Teamwork, with the final weights obtained through the Entropy method being 0.2867, 0.2248, 0.2573, 0.0685, and 0.1626. The study results show that the SAW method is capable of processing candidate evaluation scores comprehensively based on these weights, producing final scores that indicate the best candidates, namely Eko Firmansyah (0.986), Indra Mahendra (0.9699), and Candra Wijaya (0.9662) as the three candidates with the highest eligibility. This study demonstrates that the integration of the Entropy–SAW method is effective in creating a selection mechanism that is objective, transparent, and scientifically accountable, thus making a significant contribution to decision-making in the field of human resource management

Abstract

CV KIA is a shop engaged in the field of computer sales and services, coming directly to make transactions and provide computer service information services. So there are obstacles that are quite time consuming and transportation costs for customers to find out information on goods, stock of goods, and the process of purchasing goods because customers have to come directly to the store. Product information on CV Kia cannot be updated in real time so that there is a delay in calculating stock of goods. The method used in this study is the prototype development method and is designed using UML. This system uses two programming languages, namely PHP. Implementation using the Xampp application, and MySQL. The results of this study are the design and creation of a web-based sales information system. The system that is built will also later facilitate the sales transaction process which can later reduce the level of competition with the outside market. This system displays information about product sales, and can carry out the sales transaction process so that customers do not need to come to the store to get information and make product purchases. The results of testing that has been carried out involving 10 Respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the feasibility of the software produced has a percentage of success with an average total of 100%.
