Denpasar Selatan merupakan salah satu kecamatan di kota Denpasar. Denpasar Selatan memiliki beberapaÂ wilayah sebagai Tempat wisata, Perbankan, Pendidikan, Perkantoran, Rumah sakit dan lain â€“ lain, sehingga memiliki potensi tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi, yang mana akan berbanding lurus dengan kebutuhan akan hunian, luas wilayah yang tetap dan tingkat hunian yang tinggi membuat harga lahan semakin tinggi, untuk itu perlu di ciptakan tempat hunian yang bisa menampung masyarakat khususnya yang berpenghasilan menengah kebawah tanpa menghilangkan nilai â€“ nilai arsitektur tradisional Bali. Metode Penyusunan Landasan Konsepsual yang dipakai adalah metode pengumpulan data dengan cara studi pustaka, metode penarikan kesimpulan dengan metode analogi, observasi lapangan serta keÂ instansi terkait, kasus yang terkait adalah masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah perlu akan tempat hunian yang layak. Dengan adanya Rumah Susun untuk masyarakat ekonomi menengah kebawah terkait dengan tipe rumah susun yang dipakai terdapat 3 tipe sesuai dengan jumlah dari anggota keluarga per kepala keluarga, selain rumah susun diperlukan juga fasilitas penunjang seperti : tempat pendidikan, pasar dan tempat serbaguna sebagai tempat berkumpul/diskusi untuk para penghuninya. Dengan di bangunnya Rumah Susun ini diharapkan para Penghuni mendapat hunian yang layak serta bisa memperbaiki taraf hidupnya. Kata Kunci : Rusun, Densel , Denpasar

Traditional Balinese architecture is a masterpiece born of a tradition, belief and spiritual activity of Balinese people embodied in various physical forms such as traditional houses, shrines, meeting halls and others. The birth of various physical manifestations is also caused by several factors, namely geographical, cultural, cultural and socio-economic conditions. Kori Agung as part of Balinese traditional architecture, is one of the entrance types passed down from generation to generation by our ancestors which is a manifestation of Hindu that underlies trust, custom as the norms of life. So there is an effort to preserve it so that the cultural values contained in it do not become faded.Along with the development of time, some demands emerged from the needs of people living towards the entrance, this paper will discuss matters relating to the layout, materials, size and also the philosophical value of the kori agung. By using comparative methods and analysis of several case studies are expected to provide answers to the differences and similarities of the physical manifestation of kori agung in BaliKeywords : kori agung, philosophy , physical form

The decline in statistics on public visits to the library draws attention to review. Changing patterns and lifestyles of people shift people's views about libraries. The fast-paced era of digital literacy has shifted people's interest in libraries. Increasing time and era, libraries are no longer used as a lifestyle by the community. Human behavior, which is implemented as a form of architecture, is also known to shape human behavior. The buildings that were originally designed and shaped by humans as their fulfillment will then assist the human way in living their social life and values in life. The old paradigm of society towards the library is an old building that is dark, stuffy, lonely, and even haunted. Therefore it is necessary to have a study of what kind of design can captivate the hearts of today's people so that they can then apply it in an architectural design by studying the patterns and lifestyles of today's society with the aim of obtaining a library design concept that is in accordance with the lifestyle of the community (especially students) today and the reactivation of library building facilities which are increasingly disappearing from the pattern of people's lives.

Balinese building design reflects its rich cultural heritage and strong traditional identity. In this design, the use of garland and decoration plays a central role in creating a unique aesthetic and expressing religious values and the natural surroundings. Carvings, such as the structures on pelinggih, provide a distinctive physical structure, while decoration, such as wood carvings and paintings, add artistic details that enrich the appearance of the building. Through this research, we explore the use of garland and decoration in Balinese building design and instill them with cultural identity and traditional values.
