Abstract

This research investigates the use of graphic design tools Canva and the Template.net platform in creating online certificates within the Aceh Province Food Service. With increasingly rapid technological changes, online certificates have become an attractive alternative to increase efficiency and quality in recognizing achievements and contributions. The main focus of this research is to understand the extent to which the use of Canva and Template.net has changed the way certificates are created, as well as identifying benefits, challenges and recommendations for further implementation. This research method combines a qualitative approach with a case study at the Aceh Province Food Service. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. Content analysis techniques were used to explore key themes that emerged from the data. The research results show that the use of Canva and Template.net has significantly increased efficiency in the certificate creation process. Using these graphic design tools allows Food Service staff to quickly access templates, edit text, and adjust designs as needed. However, several obstacles such as limited accessibility and technical capabilities were also identified. Recommendations from this research include training for staff, development of internal templates, and regular monitoring of application use. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the use of online certificate technology in the Aceh Province Food Service and contribute to increasing efficiency and quality in making certificates.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a web-based infographic information system at the Aceh Provincial Food Service Office. This system is designed to provide easy and effective access to information about food crops through an attractive and easy to understand infographic display. The development method used is the waterfall method, which involves steps such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and evaluation. In this research, an analysis of the required data structures was carried out, such as user, commodity and production data. Next, an intuitive and responsive user interface was designed to make it easier for users to access and utilize the information presented. The testing process was carried out involving 20 respondents to test the functionality and user interface of the application. The research results show that the web-based infographic information system at the Aceh Provincial Food Service Office was successfully implemented well. This application provides benefits in accessing information related to food crops with an attractive and easy to understand display. The use of web technology in developing this application provides high flexibility and accessibility for users. The discussion of this research reveals the successful implementation of a web-based infographic information system, the benefits provided, the challenges faced, as well as recommendations for developing and improving the application in the future. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the management and decision making regarding food crops, as well as being the basis for the development of a wider web-based infographic information system

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a Web-based Work Plan Preparation Information System at the National and Political Unity Office (Kesbangpol) of Banda Aceh City. Previously, work plan management was done manually using agenda books, which required more time and effort. With the introduction of the web-based system, data input, reporting, and information storage can be done more efficiently and accessed easily from any location with an internet connection. The research process includes user needs analysis, interface design, database structure planning, and system implementation using specific programming languages. Testing was also conducted to ensure the system functions correctly and meets user expectations. The testing results indicate that this system can improve the efficiency of work plan preparation, speed up reporting processes, and simplify the management of structured data. Furthermore, the system provides easy access to data through devices such as laptops and smartphones, eliminating the need to meet with archive staff. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and minimize errors in the work plan management process. It is also hoped that this system can serve as a model for other agencies looking to improve their data management efficiency through digital solutions.

Abstract

Higher education institutions need an efficient information system in managing teaching staff data, including contract lecturers, to ensure institutional effectiveness and productivity. However, there are still many universities that do not have adequate information systems, resulting in obstacles in administrative and management activities. Therefore, this research aims to design an Information System for Teaching Personnel (Contract Lecturers) at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Syiah Kuala University. In this research, an analysis of the current system was carried out, the design of a new web-based system, and the implementation of a prototype-based development method were carried out. The research results show that the new information system can improve efficiency, security and accuracy in managing teaching staff data. Suggestions for further system development were also presented to improve the quality and flexibility of the system

Abstract

Information system development is a crucial step in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations. This research aims to understand, design, and implement a data collection information system for car salons and body repairs at PT. Isuindomas Putra (Capella Body Center) in Banda Aceh City. Qualitative descriptive research methods are used to describe phenomena that occur in real situations, by collecting data through direct observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of the analysis show that the current information system experiences several weaknesses, such as slow processing, errors in making reports, and lack of data security. Therefore, the design of the new system was carried out using software development methods based on the software development life cycle (SDLC). Development steps include requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The discussion presents the results of ongoing system analysis and new system design to improve work effectiveness at PT. Isuindomas Putra (Capella Body Center) Banda Aceh City. The conclusion states that the implementation of a car salon and body repair information system provides significant benefits for the company, while suggestions are given for further development towards integration with the inventory system and providing complete accounting reports. Thus, the development of this information system is expected to increase the company's overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
