Abstract

Trisik beach is one of potential tourism attraction in Banaran Village Kulonprogo, it has a lot of potential to be developed. Trisik beach offers several attractive tourism attractions such as beach, mangrove plants, turtle conservation, and agrotourism. Among its potential, agrotourism had a big chance to developed. Most of the community in Trisik beach village are actively involved and get the benefit from agriculture. The development of community based tourism requires the participation of local communities in the entire development phases starting from planning, implementation, and supervision. However, public participation is often completely overlooked. This study aims to analyzed development of tourism and formulate the model of community involvement in tourism development. The study is conducted  in Trisik beach area, Banaran, Galur, Kulonprogo. The proces of collecting data through the study literature, in depth interview, and field observation. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis.

Abstract

Kampung Ketandan adalah sebuah yang Pecinan yang terletak di Jalan Malioboro, kampung yang mayoritas warganya merupakan peranakan Tionghoa tersebut memiliki latarbelakang sejarah yang berhubungan dengan seorang Kapiten Tionghoa sekaligus menjadi seorang Bupati di Yogyakarta. Pada dasarnya, Kapiten Tionghoa merupakan seorang anak keturunan Jawa yang diangkat anak oleh seorang saudagar Tionghoa, oleh ayah angkatnya ia diajarkan banyak hal dan dikenalkan banyak relasi bisnis. Sang Kapiten menjadi seorang kepercayaan Sultan Hamengku Buwono III dan diberi penghargaan menjadi seorang Bupati Yogyakarta juga beberapa petak tanah di Yogyakarta. Beberapa waktu sebelum pengangkatanya sebagai Bupati Yogyakarta, sang Kapiten mendapatkan nama Jawa dan diberi gelar Kanjeng Raden Tumenggung. Hingga saat ini nama Jawanya masih dikenal khalayak umum, bahkan nama tersebut pernah menjadi nama suatu jalan di kota Yogyakarta. Dalam perkembangannya, arsitektur bangunan dan sosial budayanya di Kampung Ketandan telah banyak berubah, satu-satunya hal yang tidak berubah adalah sisi sejarahnya berdirinya kampung tersebut. Sejarah mengenai KRT Secodiningrat masih menjadi suatu hal yang menarik untuk diteliti hingga kini. Dalam artikel yang berjudul “Pengembangan Paket Wisata Berbasis Sejarah Di Kampung Ketandan Yogyakarta” ini penulis ingin memaparkan potensi sejarah dari Kampung Ketandan sebagai latarbelakang dibuatnya Paket Wisata. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam penulisan artikel ini, dari data yang dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dan didapatkan suatu permasalahan sekaligus solusi yang dapat membantu masyarakat setempat dalam mengembangkan Kampung Ketandan menuju Kampung Wisata berbasis sejarah.

Abstract

Instagram is a social media platform that is quite popular, its existence has changed the way people communicate and connect with each other. The popularity and ease of using social media has placed it in various roles, including as a means of promotion. As one of the most popular platform social media,the post of attractive photos and videos on Instagram has increasing the number of tourists visitation inm many destinations. This then gave rise to the term Insta Tourism, which motivates someone to visit instagramable tourist destinations because they want to get interesting content to posting on their social media account. Kotagede is a cultural tourism area that offers the landscape and architecture of the Mataram kingdom that are still authentic and unique. Several tourist spots in Kotagede are one of the tourist destinations for Insta Tourism. This research aims to analyzed the potential of Insta Tourism in Kotagede, so that in the future it can be used as a recommendation for the development and diversification of tourism products. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting observations and field interviews with tourists, as well as analyzing a number of posts on Instagram about Kotagede tourism.

Abstract

The Covid 19 Pandemic situation has had a significant impact on the tourism industry, that is decrease in a number of tourist activities and services due to the closure of a number of areas to prevent the spread of the virus. In this new normal period, adjustments for traveling are needed for tourists, that is the use of technology. This research aims to analyze the most influential factors in the use of digital smartphone applications as a form of adaptation to travel behavior in the new normal period. This research synthesizes TAM and TPB to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the behavior of using tourism digital applications during the pandemic. TAM explains factors related to perceived usefulness and ease of application use, while TPB provides a framework that involves psychological and social factors in explaining tourist intentions and behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using digital survey methods, interviews, and field observations. The data includes tourist profiles and tourist opinions. The sampling method is purposive sampling, with a sample size of around 160 respondents. The data is processed using Smart PLS. The results obtained from this research are (1) The synthesis between the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the behavior of using digital applications when traveling during the pandemic.
