Abstract

Power systems are critical infrastructure that face significant challenges due to increasing demand and inherent complexity. Predicting failures in power systems is crucial for enhancing grid reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing maintenance processes. This study evaluates various deep learning models, specifically convolutional neural networks (CNN), recurrent neural networks (RNN), and transformer models, for predicting power system failures. By analyzing these models’ performance metrics on historical power grid data, the study provides insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each approach. The findings contribute to the development of more robust predictive models for power system reliability.

Abstract

The culture of the five elite imposes discipline and cultural values upon learners. This study aims to (1) describe the School Culture at SMAN 5 Palangka Raya, (2) describe the Factors Affecting School Culture at SMAN 5 Palangka Raya, (3) describe the School Culture Development Strategy at SMAN 5 Palangka Raya, (4) Describe the Influence of School Culture on the Success of Students at SMAN 5 Palangka Raya. The study USES qualitative descriptive methods. The object of this study is the culture of SMAN 5 Palangka Raya, while the research subject consists of school residents, including teachers, trainees, and staff involved in everyday school life. The result was that SMAN 5 Palangka Raya focused on developing character learners like discipline through activities such as prayer, morning apples, and march lines. It also excelled in achievement, provided full facilities, and offered extracurriculars. Parental leadership, roles, and support play an important role in creating a positive culture. For further development, it needs to be reinforced in positive values, innovative learning methods, extracurriculars, facilities, and parental and child-friendly school programs to create a safe and inclusive environment. These cultures are what led to the success of the elite SMAN 5 Palangka Raya elite trainees to college and service.

Abstract

This research discusses sexual violence against the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday by Laili Muttamimah. Therefore, this study aims to describe: (1) the form of sexual violence experienced by the female protagonist in the novel Mayday Mayday, (2) the implications for learning to identify novels for grade XI high school students.This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source of this research is the novel Mayday Mayday. The object of this research is all forms of sexual violence experienced by the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The forms of sexual violence contained in the novel Mayday Mayday are physical sexual harassment, non-physical sexual harassment, rape, sexual torture, and discrimination of the victim's gender identity. The results of this study are used in short story learning for grade XI high school students, in accordance with KD 3.6 analyzing the message of the novel fiction book read by understanding the content of the message conveyed by the author aims to develop reasoning skills.

Abstract

Prima Fotocopy Center is a photocopying center business that provides black and white and color photocopying services. Prima Photocopy Center was established on January 20, 1998, in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. The study was conducted for 3 weeks, namely on December 18–January 7, 2024 in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategic planning for the development of "Prima Fotocopy Center" using the SWOT and QSPM matrices in achieving competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative method that collects data through interviews with owners, employees, and customers. Data is collected to identify internal and external factors. In this study, data processing is carried out using the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IE (Internal External), SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), SPACE Matrix, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrices, where this method is used to identify and evaluate strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats in the market environment. This study also uses source triangulation and technical triangulation techniques in a single case study analysis. The results show that Prima Fotocopy Center leverages its strengths such as digital service quality and market competition. In the IE Matrix, Prima Fotocopy Center is in quadrant II, indicating an average position that has achieved growth and development strategies such as market penetration and product development. The QSPM Matrix determines the attractiveness of the strategy to be prioritized based on the highest score. In conclusion, Prima Fotocopy Center is obliged to improve its online services to increase customer convenience and update its digital photocopying system to meet customer needs in the digital era.
