Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi beertahan hidup keluarga karyawan swasta di Kecamatan Tanjung Pandan. Setiap Keluarga memliki strategi yang berbeda-beda dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang tengah dihadapi dunia yaitu Pandemi. Pandemi yang kini melanda seluruh dunia menyerang semua unsur kehidupan baik itu sosial, politik, bahkan ekonomi, sendi-sendi kehidupan mulai terganggu akibat dari keberadaan pandemi tersebut. Pandemi yang dimaksud adalah pandemi Covid-19, penyebaran virus tersebut menyebar begitu cepat termasuk di negara Indonesia sendiri bahkan hingga kedaerah-daerah yang ada di Indonesia salah satunya adalah daerah Tanjung Pandan. Dalam hal ini Keluarga dituntut memiliki Strategi Bertahan Hidup yang baik dan tentunya berbeda-beda antara suatu keluarga dengan keluarga lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi serta ide dalam menghadapi permasalhan pandemi yang sedan di hadapi setiap keluarga yang ada di Indonesia, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.

Abstract

In a business, there must be characteristics of each business actor so that legal protection can be given to the works they sell. Physically, the work or product must have a differentiator from the products of other business actors in order to avoid disputes. This literature article will examine the effect of trademark rights on marketing strategies and product differentiation in Indonesia. It will certainly provide results on the level of effectiveness of the marketing strategy by maximizing the concept of product differentiation. Therefore, of course it has factors that influence Trademark Rights on Marketing Strategy and Product Differentiation.

Abstract

Pada tahap perkembangan lanjut usia, banyak sel tubuh yang hilang. Ini menyebabkan metabolisme sel tubuh menurun, yang mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi tubuh, perubahan komposisi tubuh, dan penurunan kesehatan dan kekuatan fisik. Sulit untuk tidur, sering terbangun di malam hari, dan merasa tidak segar saat bangun tidur adalah salah satu masalah yang muncul. Terapi farmakologis biasa digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas, namun pemberian obat yang diberikan secara berlebihan akan berdampak pada kondisi kesehatan lansia. Untuk itu diperlukan terapi non farmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia yang efektif dan aman, salah satunya adalah Benson’s Relaxation Techniques. Teknik relaksasi ini dipilih selain untuk meningkatkan aktivitas spiritual pasien juga untuk mengatasi masalah ketidaknyamanan, salah satunya kualitas tidur yang terganggu. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan lansia mengenai permasalahan yang mugkin saja terjadi pada lansia khususnya mengenai gangguan terhadap kualitas tidur dan bagaiaman cara pencegahannya menggunakan magement Benson’s Relaxation Techniques. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi penyuluhan, diskusi, pelatihan, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan di Posyandu Lansia Seruni 29 pada 09 Maret 2024 dengan media Leaflet. Hasil pengabdian ini para seluruh lansia yang mengikuti kegiatan 100% mengalami peningkatan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai gangguan kuliatitas tidur dan management penggunakan Benson’s Relaxation Techniques. Diharapkan para lansia mampu menerapkan dan mempraktikkan sendiri sebagai homeprogram

Abstract

Power systems are critical infrastructure that face significant challenges due to increasing demand and inherent complexity. Predicting failures in power systems is crucial for enhancing grid reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing maintenance processes. This study evaluates various deep learning models, specifically convolutional neural networks (CNN), recurrent neural networks (RNN), and transformer models, for predicting power system failures. By analyzing these models’ performance metrics on historical power grid data, the study provides insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each approach. The findings contribute to the development of more robust predictive models for power system reliability.

Abstract

Waste management remains a major challenge, particularly due to the lack of public awareness and habits in sorting waste from its source. Innovative technology-based solutions are needed to support more effective waste management systems. This study aims to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart trash bin capable of automatically sorting metal and non-metal waste. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller as the main controller, an LJ12A3-4-Z/BY sensor to detect metal materials, an E18 sensor to detect non-metal materials, and an ultrasonic sensor to monitor bin capacity. The waste separation mechanism is operated by a servo motor controlled by the system, while the Blynk application is integrated for real-time monitoring and full-capacity notifications sent directly to the user’s smartphone. The research stages included hardware design, microcontroller programming, IoT platform integration, and functionality testing to ensure system performance and reliability. The results showed that the smart trash bin operated as expected, successfully identifying and separating metal and non-metal waste automatically, while also sending real-time notifications to the user when the bin approached full capacity. The implementation of this technology has the potential to modernize waste management processes, improve the efficiency of waste sorting, and reduce dependency on manual labor. Furthermore, this research opens opportunities for future development by integrating additional sensors and cloud-based data management systems to support smart city initiatives and sustainable waste management practices.

Abstract

In the production process, maintenance has an important role to ensure the smooth running of the production process. This machine maintenance scheduling discusses the process of restoring the initial condition (reconditioning) of the DoALL LT.13 lathe by focusing on repairs to the automatic system, non-functioning thread system and geometric testing. The method applied to overcome this problem is the observation method (5 whys). Stages Reconditioning starts from collecting initial damage data obtained from machine inspection, then continues with analyzing the damage, and taking corrective action based on the results of the analysis. Function testing methods, geometric testing, machine performance tests are carried out to see whether the reconditioning objectives have been achieved. Based on the test results after reconditioning, the data obtained by the automatic system function, the threaded system returns to normal, the average geometric deviation value is still within tolerance based on ISO standards. 1708 and machine performance tests resulting from turning workpieces are still considered normal based on the ISO 10816 standard.
