ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan organisasi dan kompetensi profesional terhadap efektivitas manajerial kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur dengan metode survei. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kota Tangerang Selatan.Sampel penelitian sebanyak 102 kepala sekolah yang diambil secara acak. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan model persamaan struktural (SEM) yang diolah dengan program LISREL8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan organisasi dengan t-hitung (2,128) t-tabel (1,665) dan kompetensi profesional dengan t-hitung (3,959) t-tabel (1,665) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajerial kepala sekolah. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajerial kepala sekolah, lingkungan organisasi dan kompetensi profesional perlu ditingkatkan. AbstractThe aims of this research is to examine the influence of organization environment and proffesional competence through the efdectiveness of principalâ??s managerial. The independent curriculum plan is said to be a program aimed at overcoming learning loss. This study focuses on examining the extent to which the implementation of the independent learning curriculum prevents loss of knowledge and skills (learning loss) at SMPN 12 Kota Tangerang Selatan, including challenges for teachers and students to the inhibiting factors in its implementation. This exploratory strategy uses qualitative descriptive with the subject of discussion from the Principal of SMPN 12 Kota Tangerang Selatan, deputy head of curriculum and representatives of teachers from each grade level with data analysis techniques using data reduction, categorization, synthesis and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the implementation of the independent curriculum in preventing learning loss, identified the problem of learning loss, the stages of implementing the independent curriculum in preventing learning loss include the planning stage, the implementation stage to the evaluation stage and studies regarding prevention of learning loss as well as a description of the challenges of implementing the curriculum. for teachers and students on the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in preventing loss of knowledge (learning loss).

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK IPTEK melalui pengembangan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan modul ajar berdiferensiasi, yang pada akhirnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, selain itu dari hasil kegiatan melalui workshop yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan dilanjutkan dengan shareing informasi dan pengalaman selama kegiatan diskusi yakni untuk bertujuan memberikan pemahaman mendalam kepada guru mengenai konsep dan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, sehingga mereka dapat lebih efektif menerapkannya dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar berdiferensiasi untuk guru dilatih untuk menyusun modul ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan siswa yang beragam. Ini termasuk penyesuaian materi, metode pengajaran, dan alat evaluasi yang tepat untuk berbagai tingkat kemampuan siswa, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan penyusunan modul ajar yang lebih baik dan relevan, workshop ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik, interaktif, dan menantang bagi siswa sesuai dengan potensi masing-masing, meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan modul ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi siswa, diharapkan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Siswa yang merasa lebih didukung dan tertantang sesuai dengan kemampuan mereka akan lebih termotivasi untuk belajar dan untuk target luaran pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah direncanakan untuk publish jurnal pada jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

This study aims to examine the leadership role of school principals in fostering a culture of discipline in the school environment. Using a qualitative approach and literature study method, this research examines various relevant literature, journals, and regulations to illustrate effective leadership strategies. The results indicate that principals have a central role in shaping a culture of discipline through exemplary leadership, clear policy planning, involvement of all school members, and continuous evaluation. Transformational and democratic leadership styles are considered the most effective in building discipline awareness that grows from within the school community. Strategies such as teacher empowerment, student involvement, and cooperation with parents also strengthen the implementation of disciplinary values. And the study results describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation strategies of school principals in fostering a culture of discipline. The findings confirm that strong and consistent principal leadership is key in creating an orderly, positive, and characterful educational environment.

University students are a vulnerable group when facing emergencies and engaging in delinquent behaviors, often due to a lack of skills in managing environmental pressures. This issue is the main focus of a Community Service Program (PkM) implemented at Pamulang University. The objective of this program is to enhance students' preparedness for emergency situations and prevent their involvement in delinquent behaviors. The target of this program was 50 students from Pamulang University. The program activities included interactive lectures, case studies, practical training for handling emergencies (such as fires, accidents, and criminal acts), and educational sessions on the causes, impacts, and prevention of juvenile delinquency. The results indicated an 80% improvement in students’ knowledge of emergency handling strategies, a 75% increase in practical skills, and a 65% reduction in the potential involvement in delinquency, based on pre- and post-test evaluations. In conclusion, this PkM program effectively enhances students’ preparedness for emergency situations and provides a better understanding of juvenile delinquency prevention efforts. The program is expected to serve as a model for character development in higher education, fostering students who are prepared, responsive, and socially responsible.
