Abstract

Riset ini dimaksudkan guna melakukan pengujian terhadap profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Riset ini memakai model dengan desain riset kausalitas dengan jenis data kuantitatif maupun data sekunder. Riset ini menetapkan populasinya yaitu perusahaan subsektor makanan serta minuman yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2016-2020. Sampel dipilih dengan memakai metode purposive sampling, oleh karenanya didapatkan sejumlah 80 data pengamatan dari 16 perusahaan yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Uji hipotesis dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil riset diketahui bahwasannya profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Selanjutnya pertumbuhan penjualan tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Leptospirosis disebabkan oleh bakteri leptospira dan dapat menular dari hewan ke manusia atau sebaliknya. Leptospirosis mengakibatkan kerusakan organ, kematian, wabah atau kejadian luar biasa apabila tidak segera dilakukan pencegahan sejak dini. Penyebaran Leptospirosis sering terjadi setelah hujan deras atau banjir. Indonesia menempati urutan ketiga negara dengan kasus kematian akibat leptospirosis tertinggi di dunia. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan penyakit leptospirosis pasca bencana banjir pada lansia Kampung Semanggi. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif survai dengan metode cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik purposiv sampling dengan 94 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan penyakit leptospirosis. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berusia lansia muda, berjenis kelamin perempuan, pendidikan terakhir SD, tidak bekerja atau ibu rumah tangga, pemukiman yang padat, tingkat pengetahuan kurang baik, perilaku pencegahan kurang. Hasil uji spearman didapatkan nilai signifikasi p=0,00 (<0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat Hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan penyakit leptospirosis pasca bencana banjir pada lansia Kampung Semanggi.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. Through the application of the TPACK - based PBL model , it can improve learning outcomes in the aspect of table tennis service material skills for junior high school students. Materials and methods. The method used is the Action Research Class method with two cycles, each cycle through the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 25 students. The data of this research is the result of learning table tennis service and analyzed by using the percentage technique of Sugiyono's theory. Results. Student learning outcomes in the aspect of skills have increased from cycle one to cycle two. aspects of service learning outcomes at the implementation stage the percentage obtained in the first cycle was only 74.3%, an increase in the second cycle to 97.7%. Likewise, at the final stage of cycle one, it was only 35%. students who complete have increased in the second cycle to 81%. Conclusions. The TPACK-based learning problem model makes learning more meaningful and the learning outcomes of Junior High School students experience classical mastery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Nmax di CV. Sun Berlian Motor Rantauprapat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 120 responden yang telah membeli atau berencana membeli sepeda motor Yamaha Nmax. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan desain produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,45 dengan p-value 0,000, sementara desain produk memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,40 dengan p-value 0,001. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Nmax. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan kualitas dan desain produk untuk menarik lebih banyak konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Islamic banking is a rapidly growing financial sector in Indonesia, along with increasing public awareness of the financial system based on Islamic sharia principles. Despite having a strong ethical foundation, Islamic banking still faces serious challenges, especially in terms of fraud risk. Fraud in the banking world can be in the form of abuse of authority, manipulation of financial reports, and producer deviations that can harm customers and the institution as a whole. This study aims to analyze the role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in preventing fraud in the Islamic banking sector. GCG is a corporate governance system that focuses on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness in order to create effective, efficient, and ethical management. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing various literature such as books, journals, and relevant documents. The results of the study show that the implementation of GCG as a whole can minimize the opportunity for fraud through strengthening the internal supervision system, increasing transparency of reporting, and optimizing the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board and an independent audit committee. With strong GCG, Islamic banking can increase public trust, strengthen institutional integrity, and support the sustainable growth of the Islamic financial sector. Therefore, the implementation of GCG is not only a compliance requirement, but also a strategic need in maintaining the stability and reputation of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in utilizing social media to improve brand image. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting secondary data from BSI's social media posts and relevant online articles. The results show that BSI's marketing strategy through social media includes education and information, customer interaction and engagement, social promotion and CSR, customer testimonials and reviews, influencer-based promotions, consistency in branding, use of paid advertising, and analysis and measurement. Factors that influence the effectiveness of this strategy include content quality, consistency, interaction, with users, use, influencers, planned promotions, use of attractive visuals, performance analysis and monitoring, community involvement, online reputation, technological innovation, market segmentation, and adaptation to trends. The positive impacts of social media use for BSI include increasing brand awareness, strengthening reputation and trust, direct interaction with customers, promotion of new products and services, market analysis and monitoring, image enhancement, humanism, strengthening relationships with the community, and public education about Islamic banking. This study suggests that BSI continue to develop their digital strategy to maintain and improve their brand image in the future.
