Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is the perception of teacher pamong to the skills of teaching the students PPL 2 economic education in SMAN 7 Pontianak, SMAN 9 Pontianak and SMA Islamiyah Pontianak academic year 2016/2017. Three PPL students and three teachers of Pamong became the source of data in three different schools. The form of research that researchers use is the form of survey studies that conduct assessment, depiction and disclosure about the perception of teachers pamong to the skills of teaching PPL students. Data collection techniques used in this research are (1) direct communication techniques with interview guidance tools; (2) indirect communication techniques with observation guidance tools; (3) documentary study techniques in the form of documents. From the results of research on the perception of teachers pamong on the skills of teaching students PPL in SMAN 7 Pontianak, SMAN 9 Pontianak and SMA Islamiyah Pontianak was quite good in skills to provide strengthening, skills to make variations, skills open and close lessons, classroom management skills, and group teaching skills small & individual. But there are some teaching skills that have not been mastered by PPL students such as questioning skills, explaining skills, and skills to guide small group discussions. Keywords: Perception of Teachers, Teaching Skills Student PPl

Abstract

This study examines how religious moderation becomes a mediator for society in a harmonious, tolerant life in Rama Agung Village, Argamakmur Regency, Bengkulu Province, where this study uses a qualitative approach where this technique is a strategy for collecting various information by understanding and focusing on hypotheses from different writings. Information gathering is done by searching and updating information from multiple sources, such as scientific journals, articles, and books on religious moderation. The study results show that Rama Agung Village has a very high tolerance attitude, which is indicated by the existence of harmonious coexistence between religious communities and community harmony that respects and supports each other. In addition, each spiritual leader is the bridge that allows their followers to carry out further religious activities. The interactions and actions of the residents of Rama Agung Village show openness and the ability to live side by side peacefully

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has greatly influenced the commercial sector by enabling seamless online transactions through e-commerce platforms. Shopee emerges as one such platform that offers features like free shipping, attractive discounts, and online customer reviews, all of which have the potential to affect consumer purchasing decisions. The target is to test the impact of free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions on twin dating events on the Shopee platform. Employing a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, the study targets consumers who have made purchases on Shopee and are part of the online shopping community in Bandar Lampung. This study employs a purposive sampling, which falls under the category of non-probability sampling, involving 100 respondents. SPSS 26 was used to analyze data collection through online questionnaires. This research shows the results that purchasing decisions at twin date events on the Shopee platform are each positively and partially influenced by the variables free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews. During a promotional event, purchasing decisions are positively influenced by these three variables when analyzed simultaneously.
