Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang hubungan kematangan emosi dengan perilaku agresif pada santriwati di Pesantren Aulia Cendekia, dimana fokus penelitian ini adalah anak-anak yang sedang mengalami masa peralihan. kematangan emosi adalah sebuah kemampuan pengendalian diri terhadap perasaan-perasaan emosi dalam mengadapi suatu kondisi agar tidak menghasilkan tindakan yang dapat merugikan bagi individu lain maupun diri sendiri. perilaku agresif adalah tingkah laku atau tindakan yang dilakukan seseorang dengan sengaja untuk melukai dan menyakiti baik secara psikis maupun fisik seseorang yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat dan mempertinggi kekuasaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dari kematangan emosi dan perilaku agresif pada santriwati di Pesantren Aulia Cendekia, serta untuk mengetahui hubungan kematangan emosi dengan perilaku agresif pada santriwati di pesantren aulia cendekia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket atau kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data yang telah disebarkan kepada 73 responden bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan perilaku agresif dengan nilai r= 0,404 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kematangan emosi pada santriwati maka semakin rendah kemungkinannya untuk melakukan tindakan agresif, begitupun sebaliknya. Maka penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan kematangan emosi dengan perilaku agresif pada santriwati di Pesantren Aulia Cendekia.

Abstract

Social anxiety is an excessive fear of negative evaluation from others, resulting in avoidance and discomfort in social interactions. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problem of social anxiety, through group counseling services using behavioral rehearsal techniques. This research aims to determine the description of social anxiety in students of the 2024 Islamic Counseling Guidance (BPI) study program, the application of group counseling services using behavioral rehearsal techniques, as well as the condition of social anxiety after the service is provided. This research is descriptive in nature with a qualitative approach, using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection tools. The research subjects were five students from the BPI study program. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results show that students' social anxiety is characterized by fear of negative evaluation, social avoidance, and discomfort in social situations. Group counseling using behavioral rehearsal techniques helps students identify the causes of anxiety and train courage through behavioral exercises and feedback. After counseling, there was a decrease in social anxiety, increased courage, and comfort in social interactions.

Abstract

The study entitled "Group Counseling with Motivational Interviewing Technique to Increase Self-Confidence in Bullying Victims in Talang Cempedak Village" has a background, namely teenagers who experience bullying behavior and have low self-confidence. So that the attitudes shown include the victims are often silent, do not interact with their peers, often feel worthless and incapable, show doubtful attitudes and avoid eye contact. This study aims to determine the level of self-confidence of bullying victims before and after receiving group counseling with the Motivational Interviewing technique and how effective group counseling with the Motivational Interviewing technique is in increasing the self-confidence of bullying victims. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research type. The population in this study amounted to 30 bullying victims. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling which was selected based on criteria totaling 15 people. The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that the self-confidence of bullying victims has increased and is in the moderate category. Which shows that the results of the Wilcoxon test found the Asymp.sig value (2-tailed) between the two groups were 0.012 and 0.016 where 0.012 and 0.016 <0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results show that group counseling can increase self-confidence in bullying victims in Talang Cempedak Village.

Abstract

The issue of suicide has recently become a global problem while student For preventing the occurrence possibility kill a high adversity quotient is needed . The purpose of the research is for know the effectiveness counseling Counseling Restructuring Engineering Group Cognitive For Improving Student Adversity Quotient. Second , knowing expression students who have a low adversity quotient . Research methods This use approach mix method with embedded design method mixture with embedded experimental. Subject research A total of 10 people were taken with technique purposive sampling from a total population of 227 students . Data collection techniques using (adversity quotient questionnaire ) with a total of 25 statement items . Data analysis techniques using technique quantitative data analysis ( Wilcoxon test ), qualitative data analysis (Miles & Huberman ), techniques mix method data analysis . Research results show counseling Restructuring Engineering Group Cognitive  effective increase Adversity Quotient in students.

Abstract

Salah satu hambatan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa tahun pertama adalah kesulitan beradaptasi dari lingkungan terdahulu dengan lingkungan yang baru. Untuk itu tentu perlu suatu pencegahan terhadap penyakit mental serta meningkatkan hal yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mrngujicobakan konseling kelompok teknik restrukturing kognitf untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, desain randomized pretest-postest control group design dengan melibatkan siswa 7 orang yang dipilih secara purposive random sampling dari 118 maahasiswa tahun pertama. Instrumen penelitian diadopsi dari Design My Future (DMF). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-tes menunjukan bahwa konseling kelompok teknik restrukturing kognitf efektif untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik mahasiswa (t(1,6)=14,1 p<0,05). Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahwa konseling kelompok teknik restrukturing kognitif efektif untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik hal ini didasarkan atas pengaruh yang signifikan teknik restrukturing kognitif efektif untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increase in cases of online gambling addiction, especially slots, among students. This addiction hurts students' academic, social, and psychological lives, so effective intervention is needed to overcome it. The purpose of this research is to find out the picture and effectiveness of group counseling with the thought-stopping technique to reduce online gambling addiction in students. The population is 85 students of the BPI study program, the sample taken is 8 people using the purposive sampling technique, which is a method of drawing non-random sampling samples that is carried out with certain criteria. Data collection techniques include using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test measure the significance of the difference between two populations based on samples.The results of this study concluded that the average pretest before M(SD) was 86,714 (3,773) and after the post-test M(SD) was 51,875 (5,194) Experiencing a decrease in online gambling addiction. Wilcoxon test results With Zscore = -2.533 with a significance value of 0.011 The results showed a difference between before and after group counseling with the thought-stopping technique
