Abstract

The issue of gender equality in the interpretation of the Qur'an remains a subject of debate, particularly in relation to verses that are often interpreted as supporting the superiority of men over women. One of the most controversial verses is Al-Qur'an Surah an-Nisa verse 34 in the phrase qawwam, which is often interpreted as legitimizing male leadership. This study aims to analyze Zainab Al-Ghazali's interpretation of this verse from an Islamic feminist perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis of primary sources, namely the Qur'an Surah an-Nisa verse 34 and the interpretation Nadzarat fi Kitabillah by Zainab Al-Ghazali, as well as secondary sources in the form of relevant scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that Zainab interprets qiwamah not as a form of domination, but as a moral and social responsibility that emphasizes protection, justice, and cooperation in the household. She also affirms women's authority in the domestic sphere and their direct spiritual responsibility to Allah. The implications of this research contribute to the development of gender-just exegetical discourse, which can serve as a reference in contemporary Islamic feminist studies and promote more equitable and harmonious family relations among Muslims.

Abstract

Implementation of construction projects to achieve planned goals requires project management. Accurate cost calculations, time calculations, and the quality of materials will influence the success of a construction project. Either method of controlling construction project costs and time is earned value concept method. A case study on the Tawang Ngalang Road and Bridge Segment IV construction project. Research method uses earned value concept method, which the method used to calculate the cost according to the budget and the work that has been completed or carried out. Analysis of project implementation performance in terms of cost and time by calculating the amount of BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. Analysis of estimated costs and completion time for construction projects calculates CPI to-go and SPI to-go. The variables that will be investigated are Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). The research results show that overall, construction project is progressing well, with SPI results >1 indicating faster time than planned and CPI results >1 indicating more economical costs than budget. The SPI to-go value is 1.129, meaning the project was completed faster than planned. The CPI to-go value is 1.975, meaning the project implementation costs are lower than the planned budget. Based on the results of the evaluation and analysis of project implementation data with a positive deviation or 2.23% faster than the planned schedule

Abstract

Customary land administration in West Sumatra has been carried out for a long time. However, many issues have arisen due to the administration of communal land needing to recognise communal rights to land ownership optimally. As mandated in the Basic Agrarian Law, the government is carrying out an administration transformation carried out by the Ministry of ATR/BPN starting in 2021, the customary land administration scheme is carried out with the customary land protection scheme which is granted through the granting of Land Management Rights (HPL) to customary authorities. The transformation of customary land administration is carried out with a Collaborative Governance perspective to optimize the program’s success. This study uses descriptive research methods through a qualitative approach with literature studies to analyze the transformation of customary land administration in the concept of collaborative governance in West Sumatra. Research results show that collaboration and partnership in the administration of communal land have represented essential elements in the principle of Collaborative Governance. Research also shows the failure to achieve consensus on the coordination and collaboration process, so the Pilot Project, which was planned in 3 districts,  was successfully implemented in 2 districts, namely Tanah Datar District and Lima Puluh Kota District.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Posyandu Remaja Abhisar Sahi adalah minimnya pengetahuan atau edukasi kesehatan dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia kader-kader posyandu remaja terkait kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan kurangnya penguatan pelayanan kesehatan posyandu remaja dalam memberikan edukasi kesehatan bagi peserta posyandu. Tim pengabdi melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk memberikan edukasi hak kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman hak kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi bagi remaja, serta meningkatkan kesadaran, kemandirian, tanggung jawab dan kewaspadaan remaja terkait fungsi, proses dan kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi bagi kader-kader dan peserta posyandu Abhisar Sahi. Mitra dari pengabdian ini adalah kader-kader dari Posyandu Abhisar Sahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi kelompok terpumpun bersama kader-kader posyandu remaja Abhisar Sahi dan remaja-remaja pada Padukuhan Kalipucang. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan meningkatnya pelayanan kesehatan melalui konseling dan edukasi kader-kader Posyandu Remaja terhadap para remaja di Padukuhan Kalipucang.
