Abstract

AbstractA study of the photovoltaic (PV) system implementation in aneducational institution has been done and leads to the conclusionthat economically there is no reason that could make this into afeasible implementation plan. However, this technology has beenvery mature and needs to be implemented as an activity that has avisionary goal. In this deployment scenario, SESF is hybridconfigured with PLN without synchronization. To make this systemproduces a more optimum benefits, some engineering activities isrequired such as reconfiguration of system load and loadscheduling to reduce the wasted excess energy during the day.Keywords—PV system, renewable energy, hybrid system

Abstract

In this paper, discussed the results of the development model of small car with compressed air propulsion (CAC). Modelling components of the compressed air system of the car is based on the characteristics of the existing industrial components. Model testing was carried out as a common test performed on vehicle models with alternative energy. In addition, it also presented a comparison fuel economy of a car driven by compressed air with several types of vehicles with a similar size from several manufacturers. The simulation results showed that the car with compressed air propulsion has MPGe value of 7.6, slightly higher than conventional cars in general.

Abstract

This article is a research for the researchers in the field of marketing communications. This article was formulated based on the notes and important facts found in the field. Facts on which the cause of the low enrollees choose the College X in Semarang, one cause is indicated due to the ineffectiveness of the model during the campaign that was conducted by the College X in Semarang. This article attempts to explore further the factors that led to choose a college appeal X. Formulation variables and indicators refer to previous research studies. A model has been developed and three hypotheses have been formulated to address the problem of this research. The sampling technique is quota sampling. Respondents from this study of 100 respondents, where respondents were the College X in Semarang. Data analysis tool used is a structural equation modeling (SEM) in AMOS 16.0 program. The results of data analysis of this study suggest a third model and research hypotheses can be accepted. Managerial implications of giving advice to focus on the influence of information technology services support the quality of the image and appeal of the College X in Semarang.

Abstract

This article  is a preliminary concept of a research on the company specific advantage. A study on sustainable competitive advantage is a study which attracts researchers on doing strategic mangemen and marketing management researchs, since its potency to explore how long term company performance can be produced and increased. Most studies focus on the advantage from the point view of company resources basic,  and only  few of them explore competitive advantage of end user.  The concept of business strategy, recently, refers to what customer’s need, hope and feel, on the contrary,   the source of short term characteristic advantage only focuses on the result and options that are achieved in the certain time. While,  competitive strategic advantage, with long-term customer’s orientation,  focuses on the future goal and concentrates in the present and future result. Abstract

This article is a research for researchers in marketing, particularly brand. This article is formulated based on the record and the facts that are found in the field. Facts where industria culinary competition at this time spawned creativity in finding a name that has a unique culinary efforts. uniqueness is on one side in an effort to build differentiation to competitors and at the same time aim to influence customer satisfaction. This article attempts to explore further the factors that lead to a better culinary value and how the value of culinary and business name to be determinants of consumer satisfaction. Formulation variables and indicators refer to previous research studies. A model has been developed and three hypotheses have been formulated to address the research problem. The sampling technique is quota sampling. Respondents of this research were 100 respondents, of which the respondent is a consumer culinary Semarang. Data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in AMOS 16.0 program. The results of the data analysis of this study suggests a third model and research hypothesis can be accepted. Abstract

A technique of determining the size of the capacitor and dummy load for hydroelectric power generation system that uses an induction machine as generator is done by creating a model of the components and systems in Matlab and prepare the scenario of loading and setting of system parameters in order to obtain the size of the capacitor and dummy load were optimum at once . The simulation results can already provide information about the size of all these component sizes and once inform the maximum active power limit that can be borne by the generator . In this paper the assignment scenario is purely resistive load and therefore has not investigated whether the method could also be used to determine the size of the components of a system in which there are inductive loads . Keywords: Capacitor Bank, PLTMH, Asynchronous Generator

Abstract

Program Sanitasi Lingkungan Berbasis Masyarakat (SLBM) adalah salah satu program yang dilaksanakan di daerah dengan bantuan dari Pemerintah Pusat. Target Program Sanitasi Lingkungan Berbasis Masyarakat (SLBM) adalah mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah serta mempersiapkan mereka dalam menjalankan peran dan wewenang baru yang dilimpahkan kepada daerah, sehubungan dengan desentralisasi pemerintah melalui pembangunan prasarana dasar.  Program Sanitasi Lingkungan Berbasis Masyarakat (SLBM) telah dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bangkalan pada tahun 2010. Dengan berakhirnya program ini perlu dilakukan evaluasi sejauhmana manfaat Program SLBM di dalam pelaksanaannya membawa hasil sesuai tolok ukur yang telah ditentukan.  Jenis penelitian Evaluasi Manfaat Program Sanitasi Lingkungan Berbasis Masyarakat (SLBM) di Kabupaten Bangkalan adalah bersifat evaluatif dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada penerima Program Sanitasi Lingkungan Berbasis Masyarakat (SLBM) Tahun 2010.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel: keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa, kesadaran masyarakan untuk menghilangkan kebiasaan masyarakat Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS), dan Pengelolaan air limbah permukiman melalui pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Program Sanitasi Lingkungan Berbasis Masyarakat (SLBM) di Kabupaten Bangkalan dimana masing-masing nilai korelasi yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari r tabel = 0,254.Kata kunci: Kesejahteraan, Kesehatan, Kelembagaan SDM

Abstract

This study describes the accountability of the management of village fund allocation (ADD) in the village Budugsidorejo Sumobito District of Jombang in 2015. The aim of this study is to describe and explain the presence or absence of accountability in the management of ADD in 2015. The theory that formed the basis of looking at accountability ADD is Rahardjo Adisasmito concept of accountability by which to see accountability in financial management can be seen from the indicators of financial accountability, accountability benefits and procedural accountability. This study uses qualitative descriptive method and determination of informants by using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that accountability in the management of ADD are in accordance with the applicable procedures and can be realized because of the internal and external oversight. Given such surveillance raises their awareness that the programs funded from ADD should be accounted for as well as possible.
