Abstract

Acara atau kegiatan akan selalu ada disekitar kita. Baik untuk kepentingan sosial ataupun yang kaitannya dengan bisnis. Keberhasilan sebuah acara dilihat dari banyaknya dan antusiasme dari pengunjung. Media penyebar informasi sangatlah penting untuk menyampaikan kepada masyarakat banyak akan adanya acara. Media yang banyak digunakan pada saat ini adalah smartphone. Aplikasi android pada smartphone yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan acara atau kegiatan adalah merupakan salah satu pemanfaatan teknolgi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah menerapkan teknologi android pada permasalahan publikasi kegiatan dengan menggunakan pengujian kompabilitas sistem sehingga sistem diharapkan dapat dijalankan di semua merek. Pengujian yang dilakukan agar sistem dipastikan berjalan dengan baik adalah dengan menguji sistem pada beberapa handphone dengan ukuran layar yang berbeda-beda. Aplikasi acara atau kegiatan telah berhasil dibuat dan berjalan dengan baik pada beberapa merek handphone yaitu samsung galaxy j3, samsung galaxy j5 prime, Xiaomi redmi 3.

Abstract

The development of community makes human resource management in the company also needs to consider changing work rhythms. Nowadays, many companies use external human resources to complete work in the company. Therefore, an external human resource management strategy is needed that suits the company's needs. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 makes human resource management more about cross-generational competency-based management with a more integrated system. Information systems are one of the most widely used technologies in computer science and communication networks in companies' development of computing systems. information system as a primary computing system that needs to be owned by a company in order to optimize the company's business processes. This optimization also includes managing the company's internal and external human resources. This research focused on the development of human resource management systems. Therefore, this system is called the VRMS system. The VRMS system was developed using a hybrid agile method using the concept of Prisma ORM with NestJs. This research succeeded in building a VRMS system with a performance level of 100%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengintegrasian data inovasi melalui aplikasi e-Tanov di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah (BRIDA) Kota Surakarta adalah untuk memaksimalkan inventarisasi data inovasi seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kota Surakarta ke dalam database e-Tanov melalui pendampingan dan pemberian bantuan dalam pemenuhan indikator-indikator e-Tanov dari inovasi di tiap OPD. Pengintegrasian data inovasi dalam situs e-Tanov ini dilakukan dengan pembagian pendampingan oleh mahasiswa kelompok 102 KKN UNS terhadap tiga (3) OPD dan satu (1) UPTD. Kegiatan diawali dengan pemberian sosialisasi terkait kegiatan yang akan dilakukan, yaitu melalui penyampaian materi tentang pembekalan kepada seluruh mahasiswa KKN UNS tema dampingan OPD perihal teknis pendataan inovasi OPD ke dalam laman e-Tanov beserta penjelasan setiap indikator yang diperlukan. Selanjutnya, peserta akan diterjunkan ke tiap OPD berdasarkan penempatan masing-masing untuk mengumpulkan dokumen atau data-data yang dibutuhkan guna memenuhi indikator pengisian e-Tanov. Dengan adanya pendampingan OPD untuk pengintegrasian data inovasi dalam laman e-Tanov ini, BRIDA diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan sasaran Pemerintah Kota Surakarta guna menjadi kota terinovatif. Dengan memaksimalkan inventarisasi data inovasi seluruh OPD di Kota Surakarta, dapat menciptakan OPD yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif. Selain itu, dilihat dari sisi sosial, hal ini dapat menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik sehingga mampu meningkatkan pula kesejahteraan masyarakat berkat inovasi yang ada.

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the critical factors for a company in order to realize the company's vision, mission, and goals. This requires effective and efficient human resource management by integrating the entire management process well. This is to manage the company's internal and external human resources. VRMS is an integrated application that can manage the company's external resources. VRMS is built based on dependency injection. VRMS has two superior features: role-based access control (RBCA) and record log. RBCA is a feature that manages all resources involved in a company project. At the same time, the record log allows super admins to monitor and evaluate the performance of all external company resources. The VRMS system is built using hybrid methodoly in software development life cycles from initiation phase, planning, execution, and testing. The testing process used in this system is the user acceptance test (UAT) method. The test results show that all features on VRMS can run 80% well.

Abstract

More than two-thirds of the world's population rely on rice or wheat as staple foods, which are grown in various Asian countries. Diseases affecting rice leaves can disrupt growth, reduce yields, and cause famine in some areas. Therefore, a quick and accurate recognition method is necessary to minimize losses. This article focuses on eight types of rice leaf diseases using data consisting of approximately 110 images for each disease type, with enhanced image quality to achieve better results. The study applies a convolutional neural network (CNN) model integrated into an Android mobile application, achieving a training accuracy of 86.56% and a validation accuracy of 93.75%. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the model can be effectively implemented in mobile applications for accurately detecting rice leaf diseases, providing a reliable solution for field detection. This method not only helps farmers identify diseases more quickly but also has the potential to reduce crop losses caused by leaf diseases.
