Abstract

Prediction models using Neural Network or Support Vector Machine have been developed in many areas of rainfall. In this studi we have compared the performance of NN and SVM models, in predition of monthly rainfall at R-17 station Kecepit Pemalang. The analyzed using NN and SVM in which testing with Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) for get the performance is done. The data obtained for 2009 to 2018 monthly rainfall were used as modelling and forecasting sample. The results showed that NN obtained smallest error rate compared to SVM. the recognized value of RMSE for SVM is 176,374, Neural Network is 22,289. In RMSE the smallest error rate showed the best performance of algorithm.

Abstract

Abstract

Decision Support System Using the Promethee Method is a solution for selecting partners in an Event Organizer service company. In determining the selection of work partners in this system, it is based on ratings or rankings taken from the calculation results of each criterion. From the results of these calculations, a rating of 1 (one) to 3 (three) is taken, to determine the ranking used 5 (five) criteria. The object of this research is an event organizer service company that will determine its partners. This development will affect the company's consideration of choosing a partner offered by an EO because partners are one of the important parts that play a role in running an event, namely those that provide facilities such as for parties, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and others.

Abstract

One of the uses of cluster analysis is to predict the state of objects, and in this study, 514 provinces in Indonesia are grouped into four clusters based on LifeExpectancy at birth. The historical data used is sourced from BPS for a period of 11 years, from 2010 to 2019. The purpose of this provincial grouping is to provide input to local governments and policy makers regarding provincial clusters in their area. With the hope of making improvements or increasing efforts to increase life expectancy at birth and reduce mortality at birth. The algorithm used is K-Medoids which can perform clusters with the advantage of being able to overcome noise and oulier in large data. The results obtained are Cluster 1 as many as 125 provinces, Cluster 2 as many as 119 provinces, Cluster 3 as many as 137 provinces and Cluster 4 as many as 133 provinces. Life expectancy is one of the components in calculating the Human Development Index.

Abstract

Abstract - Sahid University Surakarta has an Instagram social media account, namely @usahidsolo. From the initial analysis obtained from @usahidsolo's insight, it is known that there are several things that are the weaknesses of the @usahidsolo account. Some of weaknesses are unscheduled posts, structuring content ideas that seem on the spot, unavailability of good captions on some posts, some posts that don't match the theme or circumstances that are going viral and not every day there are posts on the @usahidsolo account. Digital marketing management with a content calendar as a marketing medium can be more effective and efficient in reaching a wider market share if it has an innovative management strategy.Keywords: digital marketing, content calendar, instagram, marketingAbstrak – Universitas Sahid Surakarta mempunyai akun media sosial instagram yaitu @usahidsolo. Dari analisa awal yang didapatkan dari insight @usahidsolo, diketahui ada beberapa hal yang menjadi kelemahan akun @usahidsolo. Beberapa kelemahan tersebut adalah postingan yang tidak terjadwal, penataan ide konten yang terkesan on the spot, tidak tersedianya caption yang baik pada beberapa postingan, beberapa postingan yang tidak sesuai dengan tema atau keadaan yang sedang viral dan tidak setiap hari ada postingan di akun @usahidsolo. Abstract

Access to global information online is essential for an institution or group. Users who use web-based apps from their homes or other locations may meet their requirements without traveling to the designated institution. This study aims to determine if stakeholders' demands can be met by the web-based application for tuition fee management at the Islamic boarding school "Bilal Bin Rabah" in Sukoharjo. Both documentation and UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling techniques were employed in this study. The purpose of this application is to make it simpler for administrative staff to handle information on student fee payments and to evaluate financial information for associated parties. Three people may use this application's payment system: the administrator, the head of the Islamic boarding school, and a parent of a student. The administrator may handle student information, and payment information, charge the student’s parents, and print the necessary reports for the Islamic Boarding School. The school's headmaster has access to student data and may generate reports and examine student invoices. The invoices and transaction history of payments that have been made are visible to parents/guardians of students. The website will continue to be developed to support the mobile platform, allowing users to access the school fee management system via mobile more conveniently. Based on the test results, users of the SPP payment system application are quite satisfied.

Abstract

Almost every home has a Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) internet connection, and it is normal practice to safeguard internet access to prevent unauthorized use and to make sure that internet usage does not exceed costs. Using WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) protection is one method of securing internet access over Wi-Fi. However, some people are still attempting to crack WPA2 in order to obtain unrestricted, free, and unauthorized access to the internet. The purpose of this study is to identify the ways in which AeroWPA can be utilized to mitigate the problem of obtaining WiFi access without a password. AeroWPA and Wi-Fi Deauther are used in the keamanan access control procedure, with the Router Nirkabel Totolink N300RT serving as the subject of the investigation in order to identify any kind of anomaly. The study's findings indicate that the process of changing a password in an AeroWPA script is hindered by password cracking, which causes a connected phone to freeze twice. Additionally, SSID security is compromised by using a password that is obtained from a logged-in user and the script itself employs Social Engineering.

Abstract

Aplikasi Pinjam Ruang adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk mempermudah proses peminjaman ruang di Pemerintah Kota Salatiga. Kendala dalam proses pengembangan dan pengelelolaanya antara lain, ada beberapa ruang belum terintegrasi belum dilakukannya pengujian keamanan aplikasi sehingga diperlukan audit aplikasi Pinjam Ruang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif dengan jenis data primer berupa hasil observasi, wawancara dan mengajukan kuesioner kepada stakeholder dan jenis data sekunder berupa hasil studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil audit dari penelitian menggunakan framework COBIT 2019, menghasilkan level kapabilitas, analisa kesenjangan (gap) dan rekomendasi level. Level kapabilitas aplikasi Pinjam Ruang saat ini DSS05 (Managed Security Services) berada di level kapabilitas 3 dan MEA03 (Managed Compliance With External Requirements ) berada di level kapabilitas 2. Tata kelola aplikasi Pinjam Ruang sudah dapat diterapkan dengan baik di Diskominfo Salatiga dengan beberapa rekomendasi untuk perbaikan tata kelola aplikasi Pinjam Ruang agar berjalan lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Semarang mengalami kendala dalam penerbitan Kartu Tanda Penduduk elektronik (KTP-el) karena terbatasnya ketersediaan blangko. Manajemen blangko masih dilakukan secara manual, mencatat transaksi penerimaan dan pendistribusian blangko, menyebabkan keterlambatan dan akses data pelaporan yang lambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall untuk menganalisis, merancang, dan framework Laravel untuk mengimplementasikan manajemen blangko KTP-el menjadi sistem informasi berbasis web. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian aplikasi melibatkan uji fungsionalitas dan interface. Hasil penelitian mencakup identifikasi 3 jenis pengguna, 4 alur inti transaksi, serta Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan wireframe. Implementasi melibatkan basis data, back-end untuk menyimpan data transaksi, dan front-end dengan tampilan sesuai rancangan. Pengujian dengan 20 responden menunjukkan kepuasan tinggi terhadap halaman login, dashboard, transaksi, dan pemakaian. Sistem berhasil mengurangi stok blangko setelah cetak KTP, melaporkan blangko rusak, serta menambah stok setelah alokasi, meningkatkan efisiensi penerbitan KTP-el.
