Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, asset growth, operating leverage and sales stability on the capital structure and firm value. The company value in this study was published with Tobin Q. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies reported on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. In accordance with the selection criteria, there are 46 filtered sample companies. The analysis technique that used is Partial Least Square (PLS).  The results of hypothesis indicate profitability and sales that are significant to the capital structure while increasing performance and leverage of operations do not have a significant effect on capital structure. Profitability, asset growth, sales stability have a significant effect on firm value while operating leverage does not involve significance to firm value. Profitability and influence of sales have a significant effect on firm value through capital structure, while yield growth and operating leverage are opposite.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Pasar Buton. The method used is a quantitative method. The dependent variable in this research is Customer Satisfaction and the independent variable is Service Quality and Company Image. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, the results of the analysis showed that the service quality variable had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and corporate image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) service quality and company image have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the results of the t-test of the service quality variable have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions with a significantly smaller positive level. The corporate image variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a positive significant level less than.

Abstract

Based on Bank Indonesia Regulation No.21/18/2019 concerning the implementation of the international QRIS standard for payment, starting January 1 2020 Bank Indonesia requires all non-cash payment service providers to switch to the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) system. This requires UMKMs to provide QRIS as a means of payment to make transactions easier. This research aims to find out and analyze the comparison of income at the Bintang Mawar Ayam Pedas Depot before and after using QRIS. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive data, normality test, and partial test (t-test) using SPSS 26.0. The results of the t test calculation show a sig value. amounting to 0.006 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of QRIS to increase income at the Bintang Mawar Ayam Pedas Depot, the average increase per month at the Bintang Mawar Ayam Pedas Depot is IDR. 5,522,111.

: Internal Control performed by PT ASABRI (Persero), the pension fund manager owned by BUMN, which will concentrate on the pension fund's actual payout. The study makes use of the following five COSO internal control framework components: information and communication, control activities, risk assessment, environmental control, and monitoring activities. PT ASABRI has an appropriate environment for the process of carrying out activities, has a system or application in accordance with activities, carries out both internal and external controls, and monitors and evaluates all activities that have been carried out by each related division, especially pension funds, according to the study's results, which were obtained using qualitative research methods

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat kali ini berlokasi di Gunung Binjai, Pasar Tumpah Pringgodani kelurahan teritip kecamatan Balikpapan timur. Kota Balikpapan yang menjadi pintu gerbang Provinsi Kaltim. Selain  menawarkan beberapa produk lokal, khususnya makanan tradisional serta memiliki nilai sejarah dan budaya yang akan dijadikan unggulan, pasar tumpah pringgodani ini nantinya akan memanfaatkan pemasaran digital dan melakukan pemasangan logo terhadap produk yang didagangkan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Hasil perumusan masalah mitra maka tim PKM kali ini akan membahas pada persoalan “Tidak adanya pemasaran digital dan logo produk”. Alasan tim untuk menangkat persoalan ini, selain dari penjelasan kebutuhan dari calon Mitra karena persoalan tersebut terkait dengan faktor kesejahtraan warga setempat. Banyak masyarakat yang berkunjung wisata pasti melakukan aktifitas jual beli, kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan beberapa pertimbangan :  adanya kegiatan usaha membuat masyarakat setempat memiliki aktifitas yang mendorong kesejateraan ekonomi, pengunjung wisata biasanya melakukan aktifitas pembelian di tempat wisata dan mendorong untuk pemasaran dan menambah daya tarik tempat wisata. Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendirian Usaha Mikro kecil dan Menengah bagi masyarakat bagi pasar tumpah pringgodani berupa pemasaran digital dan pembuatan logo UMKM diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat dalam segi peningkatan perekonomian.

Abstract

This research aims to prove that the issue of boycotts has an influence on the population of issuers in the Non-Primary Consumer Goods Sector. using purposive sampling techniques, the characteristics raised were companies that were suspected of being affiliated with Israel. From these characteristics, 4 samples were obtained which were then analyzed using SPSS tools. The collected trading and volatility data were tested using the Wilcoxon Test.  This test compares 2 paired data to determine whether there are differences between the 2 data. It can be seen from the results of the normality test that the data is not normally distributed. The results of this research show that there are differences in volatility before the boycott call and after the boycott call for UNVR, MAPI and MAPB. Meanwhile, regarding stock trading profits, the 4 research objects, namely UNVR, MAPI, MAPB, and FAST, have no differences despite calls for a boycott. However, seeing the market response with differences in volatility when calls appear, researchers suggest waiting and seeing the stock market situation until it is more conducive.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of Financial Literacy, Ease of Use, and Trust on Transaction Decisions using QRIS at MSMEs in Balikpapan City. This research uses quantitative method with a sample of 400 MSMEs selected through Accidental sampling technique as part of Non-Probability Sampling. The results show that Financial Literacy, Ease of Use, and Trust simultaneously affect the Transaction Decision using QRIS. Partially, Financial Literacy and Ease of Use affect Transaction Decisions, indicating that increasing Financial Literacy and Ease of Use can encourage decisions to transact using QRIS. Conversely, Trust has no effect on Transaction Decisions using QRIS. This finding indicates that although Trust in the QRIS system does not affect transaction decisions, the Financial Literacy and Ease of Use factors still have an important role in MSME decisions to adopt QRIS as a payment method. This study provides valuable insights into the factors that need to be considered in increasing the adoption of QRIS among MSMEs in Balikpapan City. It is expected that further researchers add other relevant variables in order to get a deeper understanding of the adoption of QRIS by MSMEs.

Abstract

Pasar Pandansari adalah salah satu ikon perdagangan tradisional di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. Terletak di kawasan strategis yang mudah diakses dari berbagai penjuru kota, pasar ini dikenal sebagai pusat ekonomi yang ramai sekaligus tempat wisata belanja yang menarik. Sebagai pasar terbesar di Balikpapan, Pandansari menjadi tujuan utama masyarakat setempat maupun wisatawan yang ingin mencari berbagai kebutuhan rumah tangga, oleh-oleh khas Kalimantan, hingga produk unik hasil karya lokal. Dengan menciptakan lingkungan pasar yang lebih menarik, pasar tradisional dapat bersaing secara efektif dengan  format  ritel  modern,  yang  seringkali  menjadi  kelemahan  pasar tradisional, Akan tetapi terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang masih perlu dibenahi, berikut adalah beberapa fasilitas pasar pandan sari yang perlu untuk mendapat perhatian berdasarkan koordinasi dengan mitra yaitu berupa  rambu lalu lintas keluar masuk parkir dan tempat berkumpul, Plang papan pengumuman spanduk tempat konsultasi bagi pedagang dan pengelola pasar. Permasalahan diatas akhir dapat terselesaikan dengan membuat beberapa rambu lalu lintas, pemasangan plang spanduk dan pembuatan tempat duduk dari besi. Semoga dengan adanya kegiatan ini Masyarakat pengujung pasar Pandansari menjadi lebih tertib dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Pasar Pandansari

Abstract

Nowadays, many marketing methods utilize digital media, including social media, marketplaces, and websites. The purpose of this study is to determine whether digital marketing influences the revenue of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Grand City Balikpapan Food Court and how this influence occurs. This type of research is descriptive mixed method research. The data source in this study is primary data, namely data sourced directly. Then the data is processed using SPSS with simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that digital marketing has a significant effect on revenue. This means that if digital marketing runs well and is used as efficiently as possible, it will increase the number of consumers and will certainly increase the revenue of the MSME. Digital marketing can expand the marketing reach of MSMEs so that they can add consumers to the MSME. With the increase in consumers, it can certainly increase the revenue of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Grand City Balikpapan Food Court. The interview results also confirmed that digital marketing helps increase revenue. Meanwhile, the obstacle is that not everyone has access to digital marketing.
