Abstract

Marriage is the implementation of the constitutional rights of every citizen guaranteed by Article 28B Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution concerning the right to form a family and continue the lineage through a legal marriage. In addition, Article 28D Paragraph (1) affirms the right of every individual to obtain recognition, guarantees, protection, and fair legal certainty and equal treatment before the law. In this context, marriage is regulated by Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage which affirms that marriage aims to form a happy and eternal family based on the Almighty God. However, in practice, not all marriages run harmoniously and many end in divorce due to prolonged disputes and quarrels. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of divorce due to disputes and quarrels in the household based on the Decision of the Religious Court Number 1426/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Krs. The research method used is normative juridical, with a statutory approach and analysis of court decisions to understand the legal basis, trial process, and judges' considerations in deciding divorce cases. The results of the study indicate that the divorce in this case was caused by household disharmony that continued since April 2016 until its peak in January 2017, which culminated in a divorce petition by the plaintiff. The court decided the divorce by granting iddah, mut'ah, and child support to the entitled party. This case emphasizes the importance of strengthening the mediation mechanism in the divorce process so that dispute resolution can be achieved peacefully before entering the court realm. Keywords: Dispute, Divorce, Quarrel.

Abstract

Anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum spp. has reduced red chili production in Indonesia, thus requiring control measures that can suppress anthracnose in a more environmentally friendly manner. This research aims to explore the potential of rhizosphere fungi from kirinyuh as a biological agent in controlling anthracnose disease in red chili peppers. (Capsicum annuum L.). Isolates found in the rhizosphere of kirinyuh were identified and then tested for hypersensitivity, in vitro, and in vivo. Eleven rhizosphere fungal isolates from kirinyuh were suspected to belong to the genera Penicillium, Blastomyces, Sepedonium, Aspergillus, Tricladium, and Rhizoctonia, and did not show pathogenicity traits on plants based on hypersensitivity tests. The results of in vitro tests show that the isolate with code CRKF can suppress the growth of Colletotrichum by up to 46%. Meanwhile, in in vivo tests, the CRKA isolate (Penicillium) was able to reduce the intensity of attacks by 13%, the CRKH isolate effectively reduced fruit shrinkage, and the CRKI isolate was proven to slow down the incubation period by up to 4 HSI.

Abstract

This study focuses on HIV misconceptions in Indonesia. Based on Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) Program, there are three common misconceptions about HIV: (1) whether HIV can be transmitted through mosquito bites, (2) whether transmission occurs by sharing food with a person who has HIV/AIDS, and (3) whether a healthy-looking person could have HIV. Using 2017 the Indonesia DHS, this study examines the impact of two factors - socio-demographic and media exposure - on HIV misconceptions in Indonesia. I found that respondents who belong to the younger age group, living in urban areas, have a higher degree of education, and have higher exposure to media were less likely to have misconceptions about HIV. This result indicates that to reduce HIV misconceptions in Indonesia, the government should make a targeted intervention program.
