Abstract

Abstract: The research carried out base on the lowly of the result of IPS in grade 4th SDN 15 Lubuk Muda Kecamatan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis which is about 62,66 within minimal completeness criterion stated is 70. Among 15 student, there was only 4 students were able to achieve the score of minimal completeness criterion stated. The purpose of this research is to improve student’s achievemet on IPS of the fourth graders in SDn 15 Lubuk Muda Kecamatan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis with the application of contextual teaching and learning model. This research was classroom action research consisting 2 cycles within 4 procedures : planning, doing, observing, and reflecting and each cycle consist of three meeting. Instruments on this research are syllabus, lesson plan, and student work sheet. Instrument for collecting data are observation sheet and test. Data which was collected were learning outcomes and teacher’s activities during lessons. After implementation of contextual teaching and learning model it was abtained student’s outcomes in UH I within average 64,66 (improved from basic score 3,19%). The average score form UH II was 73,66 (improved 17,55%). Teachers activities results in the first meeting of the first cycle was 57,14% (enough category), and then 67,85% (good category) for the second meeting in cycle I. Meanwhile in the first meeting of the second cycle was 78,57% (good category) and then 85,71% (very good category) for second meeting in cycle II. Students activity in the first meeting of the cycle I was 57,14% (fair category), 64,28% (enough category) for the second meeting in the cycle I. And then in the first meeting of the second cycle was 7,14% (good category), 78,57% (good category) for the second meeting in cycle II. Based on the result it can be concluded that implementation of contextual teaching and learning model can IPS in fourth graders at SDN 15 Lubuk Muda Kecamatan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis.Keywords : Contextual Teaching and Learning, the result of IPS Studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kinerja pengelolaan dana desa dalam pemanfaatan dana desa pada desa Kecamatan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini masyarakat di 8 desa di Kecamatan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dengan jumlah responden yang mengembalikan kuesioner adalah 40 responden sempel yaitu 1 orang dari Tokoh masyarakat,1 orang dari tokoh agama,1 orang tokoh adat dan 2 dari tokoh pemuda di tentukan berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan minimal SMA. Instrumen yang dijadikan alat dalam pengambilan kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari beberapa pertanyaan yang merupakan indikator penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey, analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis mengunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel akuntabilitas dan partisipasi masyarakat secara persial signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pengelolaan dana desa sedangkan variabel transparansi tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pengelolaan dana desa di Kecamatan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.

Abstract

Bullying di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar menjadi permasalahan serius yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan mental, emosional, dan sosial anak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi upaya edukasi dalam menghentikan perilaku bullying di SD Negeri 65 Bengkulu Selatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan yang melibatkan siswa, dan Guru SD Negeri 65 Bengkulu Selatan, dengan menekankan pentingnya empati, komunikasi, dan saling menghargai di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, bimbingan belajar, dan diskusi interaktif untuk menanamkan kesadaran akan dampak negatif bullying serta cara-cara mengatasinya. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang bullying dan berkurangnya insiden perilaku agresif di sekolah. Edukasi stop bullying diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan suportif bagi semua siswa.

Abstract

This study addresses the following questions: 1) what is the level of job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Bintang Mas Pusaka? 2) How does job satisfaction affect employee performance at PT. Bintang Mas Pusaka? The research aims to: 1) Identify and describe job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Bintang Mas Pusaka, and 2) Analyze the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance at the company. This is an associative study involving a population of 26 employees, with the entire population sampled using a saturated sampling method. Data for the research were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, encompassing both primary and secondary sources. The research results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on employee performance at PT. Bintang Mas Pusaka Lubuklinggau. This is evidenced by a t-test value of 11.894, which is substantially higher than the t-table value of 1.706, with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than α 0.05. This suggests that job satisfaction consistently and significantly influences the improvement of employee performance. Furthermore, the analysis reveals that the R Square value is 0.849 or 84.9%, indicating that nearly 85% of the variation in employee performance at the company can be explained by job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remaining 15.1% of performance variation is influenced by factors not examined in this study. In other words, job satisfaction is a primary predictor contributing to employee performance, although other variables also play an important role.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in guidance and counseling study program students at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. There are several students who tend to exhibit consumptive buying pattern This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of guidance and counseling students at UIN Sjech M Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type with a simple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study was 493 students. The sampling technique in this study was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The sample in this study was 221 samples. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis used to test the research hypothesis was simple linear regression. The results of the study showed that lifestyle influences the consumptive behavior of guidance and counseling students and the magnitude of the influence of lifestyle on consumptive behavior is 74.9% which is in the high category.
