Abstract

Abstrak Pengaturan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja yang efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. Forboys adalah perusahaan yang menjual berbagai macam kemeja, mulai dari kemeja anak- anak, kemeja dewasa lengan pendek dan kemeja dewasa lengan panjang untuk penelitian kali ini penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap satu produk Forboys yaitu Forboys lengan panjang. Forboys memiliki kendala dalam pengaturan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan produkstivitas pekerja. Agar Forboys dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja, maka dibutuhkan perancangan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja. Dalam melakukan perancangan tata letak fasilitas dan area kerja peneliti menggunakan satu jenis produk yang diproduksi oleh Forboys yaitu Forboys lengan panjang. Forboys lengan panjang membutuhkan 13 jenis mesin dimana masing-masing mesin tersebut berjumlah 1 mesin. Luas lantai produksi yang optimal untuk Forboys adalah 365.05 m2. Luas gudang bahan baku dan barang jadi juga diketahui sebesar 251.47 m2 dan 99.56 m2. Kemudian peneliti memilih metode terbaik, yaitu graph based karena memiliki jarak rectilinear terkecil sebesar 873.5 m. Dengan penambahan 1 lahan parkir, 7 restroom, 1 musholla, dan fasilitas ruang kantor dihasilkan total luas lahan Forboys adalah  adalah 172.2 m2.  Kata kunci : tata letak pabrik, perencanaan proses, permintaan perencanaan mesin, graphbased

Abstract

The efficiency of a work system can be influenced by several factors, namely the operator and machine capacity in the production process. The line balancing method is the right method to increase the efficiency of a work system. From the various work stations, the researchers balanced the processing time of the work stations so that each line of work stations could complete quickly, thereby reducing waiting time. In this research, the researcher started the activity by collecting data from each work station in the process of making the Harrington Jacket which was produced by CV. 913 productions. From the results of the data obtained. Researchers processed data using Bill of Materials (BOM), Process Plan Sheet (LRP), Precedence Diagram, Assembly Chart, and Operation Process Chart (OPC). In order for the production process to be very efficient, methods are needed. The methods used are the Ranked Positional Weight (RPW) method, the Mirror RPW method, the Largest Candidate Rule (LCR) method, the J.Wagon method and the Region Approach method.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam satu dekade terakhir ini, dunia kesehatan mengalami perubahan atau disrupsi yang cukup besar. Perkembangan teknologi di bidang kesehatan saat memerlukan fasilitas yang mempermudah melihat informasi kesehatan seseorang secara cepat dan darimana saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Aplikasi Metrik Kesehatan Personal dengan framework hGraph. Aplikasi yang dibangun menyajikan data kesehatan berdasarkan label-label kesehatan dan dirangkai menjadi sebuah grafik yang mudah dibaca. Aplikasi menyediakan tiga user yaitu pasien, dokter, dan petugas klinik dengan hak akses yang berbeda-beda. Pasien memiliki fitur profile user untuk melengkapi data diri dan dashboard menampilkan grafik kesehatan dengan menggunakan hGraph. Petugas Klinik memiliki tiga fitur yaitu pasien berisi daftar pasien, daftar dokter. Petugas klinik dapat membuat, mengupdate, dan menghapus semua data pasien dan dokter. Aplikasi Metrik Kesehatan Personal telah berhasil diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan framewok hGraph, software JavaScript, dan database Mongodb. Aplikasi mempermudah dokter untuk melihat rekam medis ketika akan melakukan perawatan kepada pasien-pasiennya dan membuat data rekam medis menjadi catatan digital yang mudah diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja.

Abstract

Take in water at the mosque, wudhu often clogs is useful to protect the footwear, to keep in touch directly with the surface. Unfortunately while using clogs has not based on the size of a man, In this study we take the size of an adult male feet. take size anthropology human foot. Among other sections leg length, foot width, the distance between the heel of the foot is wide, wide heel, foot circumference (widest size), circumference of the shell. Then practice process data to obtain an average, standard deviation, percentiles 0.05 0.50 0.95. Then Practice provide percentile. Percentile is information that gives the average size in each range, percentiles 0.05 gives small size, 0.50 percentile provide medium and 0.95 percentiles provide large size. appropriate that clogs that are used to reach all adult male foot size and comfortable during use. Among them is the use of percentiles 0.95 feet long, wide leg using the percentile 0.95, the distance between the heel with 0.50 feet wide, the width of the heel, foot circumference (widest size) using 0.05 percentile, using the shell circumference 0.50 percentile. Our last repeated desing the form of clogs according to size percentile which has on set.

Abstract

Inalcafa jacket products have three types of variations, including for men, women and children. In this study, researchers tried to predict the number of requests for inalcafa jackets in men's product variations over the next six months. By forecasting the number of requests for Inalcafa jackets, it can provide information on the number of requests for Inalcafa jackets in men's product variations in the next period. The forecasting methods that we calculate include the Double Moving Average method. After the researcher carried out forecasting calculations using the double moving average method, the researcher then determined the upper class limit, middle value and lower class limit based on sales data from the previous 24 months. Finally, the researcher carried out a Moving Range calculation to show the comparison of actual data values with forecasted values. After the researchers carried out forecasting calculations using the double moving average method, an error value of 6.77% was obtained. The predicted production numbers for the next 6 months have an average of 34.67 men's jacket variations produced.

Abstract

PT. UES, a construction service company, is preparing to participate in the prequalification stage of the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) for project tenders. This research aims to measure the implementation of CSMS during the prequalification stage using the gap analysis method. This method compares data sets to identify gaps. The research methodology includes distributing questionnaires to relevant respondents and reviewing the company's safety documents. The results show a compliance percentage of 73%, indicating gaps between the company's CSMS implementation and the standards set by the employer, thus necessitating improvements in the company's CSMS implementation

Abstract

Production process part body type car Rail Roof Side experience defect that is, there are variations in size specifications due to unstable processes. The cause of the unstable process is that the repair of the die tooling is not optimal and the machine parameters stamping not yet ideal for process operations. Verification quality assurace processes are needed to ensure QA is able to prevent, detect and control every production process activity. This research aims to design framework verification quality assurance by using detection capability variables and action conditions irregular. The process stability measurement variable using Cpk data is used as the main data. Design results framework process QA verification is a Cpk measurement >1.33 for a stable process standard, then a detection capability level during work operations of 0.8 for visual detection scores and tool detection capabilities, warnings, interlock system respectively 1.0/1.2/1.4. Meanwhile, the ability to detect post-work operations visually, tools, warnings, interlock system respectively 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4. Meanwhile, the level of action ability irregular namely a score of 1 if the worker is able to take action according to the SOP and a score of 0 if the action does not comply with the SOP when there is an abnormal process. The final stage combines these 3 (three) variables to produce a rank value at each inspection point. Process quality assurance can be achieved if the rank value is 1.5–1.99 and the rank value is > 2.0. Process quality assurance is not achieved if the rank value is 0.0–1.19 and the rank value is 1.2–1.49. Process guarantees that are not achieved indicate that there are process variations or unstable processes. The verification process is considered complete when the results of the verification of process guarantees reach the target and improvements are made to quality guarantees that do not reach the target rank.

Abstract

This research focuses on water flow sensors in underground drainage. In Indonesia, the use of sensors and actuators to control and measure water velocity and water discharge in underground drainage is not very popular, although one of the causes of flooding is caused by clogged drainage or workers forgetting to turn on the pump at a certain height and water flow. This paper will explain how to find out the speed and discharge of water in an underground drainage without checking it directly on site. The water flow sensor is used to measure the water velocity and water discharge entering a drainage system. The data acquisition conducted with 3 section, data preparation, data collecting, and data processing. Data preparation is preparing the microcontroller, sensor, and data display to get the data. Data collecting is about collecting the data from sensor in this research the data collected is in pulse that can be calculated to water discharge and water velocity in the data processing. From the experiment, it can be seen that the highest error rate on the sensor is 7.64% and the lowest at 0% or no error with the average amount of error is 2.46%. The data obtained from the sensor can be converted into water velocity and water discharge depending on the shape of the drainage. The length, width and height of the drainage are assumed to be 10x4x3 m respectively, with a constant water level of 2 m, so the water flow sensor is placed at a height of 1 m because the safe height is 1 m. From the case study conducted the error rate of the water flow sensor error is 0%, because the case study conducted using imaginary data. Based from this, the knowledge gained from the research, it can be used to determine the water velocity and water discharge value of underground drainage using water flow sensor, which is expected to be applied to pump houses to more easily determine the state of drainage.

Abstract

Tajwid is an important science that regulates the way of reading the verses of the Al-Qur’an properly. Learning Tajwid means knowing the meaning that corresponds to the correct recitation. Learning to read the Al-Qur’an tends to be done traditionally in a place of learning or by calling a teacher to the house. Learning in this way has some drawbacks, such as the limited availability of trained and competent teachers because not all areas have sufficient access to these teachers. Dependence on schedules and locations can be a constraint for students with limited mobility or busy schedules. The role of the teacher is still important in learning tajwid, especially in providing effective explanations, guidance, and feedback. However, to overcome these shortcomings, integration with independent and technology-based learning methods can help improve the accessibility, flexibility, and quality of tajwid learning. The classification of tajwid laws using image processing allows users to see the results of inputting images of verses of the Al-Qur’an into the type of detected nun sukun tajwid and how to recite it. The initial stage of this system in detecting tajwid laws from uploaded images is the input of images by users, which can be done in two ways, namely by directly taking pictures using a smartphone camera or uploading images from the gallery. This is followed by the OCR process to detect the Arabic text contained in the image and provide diacritics for that Arabic text. Finally, letter classification is carried out after nun sukun and classification of tajwid laws contained in accordance with the detected letters after nun sukun. This system has an accuracy rate of 92.18% from the classification results that have been carried out.

Abstract

Community service at Master Indonesia Vocational High School (SMK) Bogor in 2022 aims to improve the competence of vocational teachers and the quality of vocational education. The program consists of two phases, namely Phase I in February and Phase II in May. In the planning phase, an initial evaluation of teachers' needs was used to design a responsive training program. The implementation phase provided training and technical support to teachers, resulting in significant improvements in teaching skills and technical knowledge. The assessment phase, measures the effectiveness of the program and forms the basis for program improvements in Phase II. The program is updated based on teacher and student responses. The continuous evaluation phase, enabling the monitoring of long-term impacts, including improvements in teachers' competencies and students' motivation. In conclusion, the program successfully improved the quality of vocational education and motivated students to pursue careers in vocational fields. These results suggest that investments in vocational education can create significant positive changes in students' preparation for the competitive world of work.
