Abstract

Children with Special Needs are children who have long-term problems on the physical or mental causes a child unable to carry out daily activities and interact with other people in the community (Cavallo, 2009). The limitations experienced by Them cause problems in self-care which result in health problems. So They can live quality, especially in terms of self-care needed support from his family. The goal is to find out family support for the independence of children with special needs in carrying out self-care. The method used is literature by taking some of the results of previous research from several scientific articles in the journal. The results of the literature review show that there is a need for parental support to establish children with special needs in carrying out self-care.

Abstract

Deaf people are part of children with special needs. Hearing loss in deaf children results in disruption of socio-emotional development. In social interaction, emotional plays an important role in the daily life of children. The socio-emotional development of deaf children can be optimized by playing methods or therapy. Play can help children adapt to the environment, and naturally children like to play. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-test-post-test control group design approach. Sampling by purposive sampling, with the number of respondents each 32 respondents in the control and intervention groups. The measuring instrument used is the SDQ (Strengths and Questionnaire) which consists of measuring aspects of emotional and prosocial status. Statistical data analysis using Independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was no effect on the group on emotional status (P=0.18 but there was an effect on prosocial (P=0.01). Recommendations for playing puzzles can be applied in providing nursing care to deaf children at various age levels

Abstract

Pregnancy in the third trimester start from 28 weeks to 40 weeks of gestation. Every semester there are changes that occur due to hormonal imbalances. Change that occur in mothers often cause discomfort, namely back pain and sleep quality problems caused by changes in body posture, this is in line with the gradual increase in body weight during pregnancy and redistribution of ligaments, the body’s center gravity shifts forward and when combined with stretching of the abdominal muscles which weak in pregnancy womwn when begin during the pregnancy process. As the gestational age increase, there will also be complaint, an increasingly enlarge stomach, back pain, difficulty in starting to sleep, fatique and physiological canges such as increasing levels of progesterone and prolactin, so that this sleep disturbsnces will affect the quality of sleep. Cadres” knowledge has increased and Bac Rub is an intervention to treat back pain and sleep disorders. Result there was an effect of giving back rub on back pain and sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Recommendation : Back Rub be used as an alternative intervention and included in Community Health Center Programs, especially for pregnant women.

Abstract

Thalassemia is one of the most common genetic blood disorders suffered by people in the world. According to WHO (2012), approximately 7% of the world's population has the thalassemia gene where the highest incidence of up to 40% of cases is in Asia. According to IDAI data for 2016, the prevalence of thalassemia major in Indonesia was 9,121 people. Based on data from the Association of Indonesian Thalassemia Parents (POPTI) in 2018 there were 9,028 (Ministry of Health, 2019). In Bogor City itself, based on the POPTI report, the number of children with thalassemia is 400 people. The aim of the study was to obtain an overview of the effect of group play therapy on the self-concept of children with thalassemia in Bogor City. Quantitative research method with quasi-experimental method pre test–post test control group design to compare the results of the intervention of two groups: the intervention group, namely the Thalassemia children who received group play therapy and the control group, namely the Thalassemia children who did not receive group play therapy. The number of research samples was 35 respondents for each intervention and control group. The aim of the study was to obtain an overview of the effect of group play therapy on the self-concept of children with thalassemia in Bogor City. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a significant effect between group play therapy (TBK) in thalassemia children on the self-concept of children with thalassemia in Bogor City with P Value = 0.000 at alpha <0.05. The conclusion is that group play therapy (TBK) has a significant effect on the self-concept of children with thalassemia with P value = 0.000, at α = 0.05. There is a significant difference in the mean self-concept of thalassemia children between the intervention group and the control group with a P value = 0.000, meaning at alpha 0.05. Abstract

Permasalahan psikososial akibat kecanduan judi online semakin meningkat seiring dengan kemudahan akses digital. Dampak negatif seperti gangguan kecemasan, depresi, stres, dan disfungsi sosial memerlukan intervensi yang efektif dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi modifikasi terapi thought stopping, mindfulness, dan manajemen stres berbasis digital sebagai solusi terhadap permasalahan psikososial pada pecandu judi online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meta-analisis yang didasarkan pada hasil kajian dari berbagai literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti untuk memperoleh artikel yang dipublikasikan adalah dengan menggunakan basis data dari Google Scholar, Publish or Ferish, Mendeley, Google Book, PubMed. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa penerapan terapi thought stopped dapat membantu mengendalikan dorongan impulsif, mindfulness berperan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan manajemen emosi, sedangkan manajemen stres berbasis digital menawarkan dukungan yang fleksibel dan mudah diakses. Integrasi ketiga pendekatan ini dalam platform digital berpotensi menjadi solusi komprehensif yang efektif dalam mengatasi masalah psikososial bagi pecandu judi online. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lebih lanjut terkait implementasi intervensi berbasis digital agar dapat diintegrasikan dalam layanan rehabilitasi.
