Abstract

Promosi merupakan strategi komunikasi pihak penjual/produsen agar produk dapat dikenal konsumen, dan mempengaruhinya. Smart turntable digunakan untuk kegiatan promosi produk inovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini rancang bangun Smart Turntable sebagai sarana pameran produk-produk inovasi untuk menginformasikan kepada masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan studi pustaka, studi lapangan, tahap perancangan, tahap pembuatan, pembelian komponen standar seperti motor, gear box dll-nya, tahap perakitan dan tahap pengujian kinerja. Hasil penelitian satu unit meja putar dengan spesifikasi diameter 1800 x 250 mm; motor listrik 0,5 HP; reducer gear rasio 1:60, dengan transmisi sprocket dan rantai. Smart turntable dilengkapi kontrol otomatis dengan inverter dan time delay relay yang dapat dioperasikan secara wirelles menggunakan remote control. Pengujian kinerja smart turntable dapat bekerja dengan baik, berputar ke arah kiri dan sebaliknya dengan putaran kerja 2,5 rpm; beban maksimal 300kg.

Abstract

Background. Student inactivity in social interaction is a serious problem in Indonesian higher education, it can affect the quality of language learning. The learning structure tends to be one-way from lecturer to student, creating a dynamic like an inverted pyramid, with limited social interaction. Therefore, this research aims to explore the role of social media in enriching social interactions and improving language learning in higher education environments. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to investigate and understand in depth the role of social media in increasing students' social interactions during the language learning process in Indonesian higher education. By achieving this goal, this research seeks to provide practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of language learning and creating a foundation for the development of more adaptive social media-based learning strategies. Method. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The questionnaire was designed using Google Form and distributed to 30 students who were studying Arabic and English at various universities in Indonesia. The data analysis technique adopts the Miles Huberman technique with a focus on students' understanding of the contribution of social media to increasing social interaction in language learning. Results. The research results show that students actively use social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp to discuss, share learning resources, and collaborate on learning projects. Evaluation of the integration of social media in learning materials shows that the majority of students think that lecturers have integrated social media well. Conclusion.` This research provides a comprehensive picture of the positive impact of social media in language learning in higher education. By involving increased interaction, collaboration, and understanding of language material, this research creates a foundation for the development of learning strategies that are more focused on social media integration.

Abstract

The development of information technology has entered 4.0 in Indonesia now, such as the tiktok application, this is good if taken from the positive side where tiktok is used as an English learning medium to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Tiktok application on improving students' English learning. This research method uses quantitative with descriptive analysis. The correspondent data is around 38 students who have the tiktok application. Samples were taken from students who were interviewed. The results of this study are that in this study the researchers concluded the analysis of the effect of the Tiktok application on improving English learning in students with the following analysis: Based on the ANOVA test, a significance level of probability was obtained. then the H0 hypothesis is rejected and the Ha hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence on the Tiktok application on improving English learning in students.

Abstract

Background. This research is motivated by significant changes in the way students interact and communicate due to the development of digital culture. In the midst of the rapid use of social media and other digital platforms, its influence on the development of students' linguistic identities has not been widely researched. Digital culture has created a new communication space that tends to be informal and different from the language norms in the academic space. Purpose. This study aims to analyze how digital culture affects the development of students' linguistic identities in the context of education. Method. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews involving 200 students from several high schools. The research instrument is designed to uncover the pattern of students' language use in the digital world and its relation to formal language skills. Results. The results showed that most students use informal language, such as slang and slang, more often in cyberspace. This difference causes some students to have difficulty adapting to the formal language used in academic contexts. Although some students have successfully adjusted, there are indications that these changes have impacted the effectiveness of their formal language use. Conclusion. Digital culture affects students' linguistic identities in a complex way. Therefore, a more flexible approach to education is needed to deal with these challenges. Advanced research can explore other factors that influence the development of students' linguistic identities, such as family factors and local culture.

Abstract

Banyaknya minuman kemasan yang menggunakan botol plastik berdampak pula pada limbah sampah yang berupa botol plastik, dengan banyaknya limbah botol plastik memungkinkan untuk dimanfaat menjadi barang yang berguna yaitu salah satunya dengan mengubah limbah botol plastik menjadi fillamen printer 3D dalam proses perubahan dari botol plastik menjadi fillamen dibutuhkan mesin pembuat fillamen dengan motode extruder. Proses pembuatan mesin fillamen ini dilakukan dengan tahapan penelitian ini yaitu identifikasi masalah, perumusan masalah, sintesis analisis, evaluasi dan presentasi. dari keseluruhan proses desain dan pembuatan mesin fillamen printer 3D motede extruder berbahan botol plastik memiliki spesifikasi dimensi Panjang mesin 1600 mm dengan lebar 300 mm kontrol menggunakan Arduino, penggerak ektruder menggunakan stepper motor Nema 34, penggerak penggulung fillamen menggunakan stepper motor Nema 23, menggunakan 4 pemanas dan filamen yang dihasilkan memiliki diameter 1.75 mm. Ditahapan evaluasi Mesin fillamen printer 3D motede extruder dilakukan pengujian menggunakan 2 macam variabel yaitu variabel tetap dan bebas.Variabel tetap pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan suhu (195℃, 220℃ dan 250℃). Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah kecepatan putar (66 RPM dan 80 RPM) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pada uji coba lapangan di dapat filament diameter homogen berdiameter 1,75 mm, warna tidak gosong, tekstur tidak kasar dan berbintik hitam. Dengan parameter terbaik kecepatan screw 80 RPM dan suhu pemanasan 220 °C menggunakan variabel pendingin 2 buah kipas. Mampu menghasilkan kapasitas keluaran mesin extruder filament 3D Printing adalah 2.079 𝑘𝑔/𝑗𝑎𝑚

Abstract

Pupuk organik granul merupakan pupuk yang sebagian atau seluruhnya berasal dari bahan – bahan organik yang berbentuk butiran padat. Di bidang pertanian pupuk organik granul sangat diperlukan keberadaannya karena kualitas pupuk granul dapat menambah tingkat kesuburan tanah. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah merancang dan membangun Mesin Pengolah Pupuk Organik Granular dan melakukan uji kinerja pada mesin tersebut. Tahapan untuk metode ini yaitu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, perumusan masalah, sintesis, analisis dan optimalisasi, evaluasi dan presentasi. Mesin ini dirancang dengan sistem rotary untuk memutar pupuk organik yang bercampur dengan cairan perekat yang disemprotkan secara otomatis dan penggerak motor listrik 1HP dengan kapasitas 10 kg/jam dalam sekali proses granulasi serta mudah dalam pengoperasian yang hanya memasukkan pupuk organik ke dalam pengaduk dan menekan tombol ON/OFF untuk memutarkan pengaduk maupun untuk mengaktifkan penyemprotan otomatisnya
