ABSTRACTStaphylococcus aureus causes diarrhea, which is one of the main cause of infant mortality, where asSalmonella typhi causes typhoid fever with the incidence rate of 180/100,000/year. Plantarisin F is anantimicrobial peptide that can inhibit the growth of S. aureus and S. typhi. The aim of this study is to determinethe effect of temperature, pH, enzymes, and surfactants of encapsulated F recombinant plantarisin. Plantarisin F(1.61%) encapsulated with maltodextrin (5.36%) and skim milk (2.68%) using the spray dry with inlettemperature 150ºC produced particles that are generally spherical with a rough texture, range in size, yield25.03%, and had good antibacterial activity against S. aureus and S. typhi. The antibakterial activity plantarisinF encapsulated is not affected by the treatment temperature (40ºC-100ºC), pH (2-12), enzyme (proteinase-K,catalase, lysozyme, pepsin, trypsin), dan surfaktan (SDS, urea, triton X-100, PMSF, EDTA) treatment.Keywords: Antibacterial, Encapsulation, Plantarisin F, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or commonly called MSMEs are on the rise and are one of the government programs, which is stated in the Job Creation Law No. 20 of 2008. Bojong Village, Pondok Terong is one of the many other villages in Indonesia where the majority of the population are MSME actors. One of them is Mr. Muhayar who carries out MSME activities by opening a Basic Food Shop at his home. However, behind the rise of MSME activities, there are limited knowledge and insights related to managerial in the preparation of financial statements faced by grocery store owners. Therefore, this study aims to explore the socialization process and the application of simple accounting-based bookkeeping where this research involves active participation and interviews of MSME actors, namely in Mr. Muhayar's basic food shop business. This is done to increase understanding of the importance of good financial records, as well as to understand how accounting implementation can improve the efficiency and sustainability of micro-enterprises. The results of this study show that this socialization can make a positive contribution to the financial management of MSME actors. In addition, the results show that the application of simple bookkeeping provides a better understanding of cash flow, stock of goods, and profitability.

The aim of this research is to use Wordwall as a learning tool to improve students' understanding of Natural Sciences (IPA), with special emphasis on the ecosystem subtheme. Grade 5 students at SDN 19 Muara Telang use this media as an interactive learning alternative that is interesting and easy to use. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). 30 students in grade 5 were research subjects. This research shows that the use of Wordwall media can increase students' understanding of ideas. ecosystem. The pretest and posttest results which increased by an average of 25% show this improvement. This media also received positive responses from students and teachers, who found it interesting, interactive and easy to understand. Therefore, the development of Wordwall-based learning media can be recommended as a way to improve the quality of science learning, especially the ecosystem sub-theme.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menetahui penerapan perhitungan, pembayaran, dan pelaporan pph pasal 23 pada CV.Ghiaa Multiguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada direktur dan analisa data sekunder yaitu laporan pajak pph pasal 23 CV. Ghiaa Multiguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Objek penelitian yaitu CV. Ghiaa Multiguna. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan direktur perusahaan sesuai dengan variable penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di CV. Ghiaa Multiguna masih terdapat beberapa kekeliruan dalam perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh mitra, yang menyebabkan ketidak sesuaian perhitungan dan pembayaran yang terlambat, termasuk untuk PPh Pasal 23. Namun, perusahaan sudah memiliki rekapitulasi pemesanan jasa katering, sehingga kekeliruan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan data yang ada. Kurangnya koordinasi rutin antara direktur, komisaris, dan staf terkait pelaporan PPh Pasal 23 juga turut berkontribusi pada masalahini. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan koordinasi dan menerapkan strategi perpajakan yang tepat, sehingga beban pajak dan pembayaran PPh 23 dapat dikurangi.

This study aims to determine consumer perceptions of interest in buying rice at the Maros Modern Traditional Market (Tramo) in Turikale District, Maros Regency. The population in this study are all consumers who have shopped for rice at the Maros Modern Traditional Market (Tramo). The number of sources is 30 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis uses the method of calculating percentages and intervals. The results showed that consumers' perceptions of interest in buying rice regarding the price variable were in the good perception category, this was due to the fact that the selling price was still within normal limits besides that there were also differences in characteristics between consumers on their buying interest. And regarding consumer perceptions of buying interest regarding the rice quality variable, it is in the good perception category. Because consumers feel that the rice being sold meets the requirements for good quality rice. As for consumer perceptions of buying interest regarding the variable infrastructure of Tramo Market, it is in the very good category. In general, rice consumers show a positive perception of infrastructure. This is reinforced by the large number of consumers who come from various places. And for consumer perceptions of interest in buying rice regarding market location it is in the good category because it is supported by a strategic location and is easily accessible to the public.

Bank syariah perlu berbenah dalam mentransformasikan nilai-nilai Islam sebagai suatu bentuk daya saing bukan. sebatas budaya atau kebiasaan semata. Bank syariah juga perlu mulai memahami bahwa keunggulan kompetitif bank syariah adalah memiliki sumber daya manusia dengan pribadi yang kompetitif ke depannya, pribadi muslim adalah hal yang akan menjadi tren dari berkembangnya bank syariah. Kekeringan akan pemahaman terhadap Islam akan mengurangi daya saing bank syariah karena bank konvensional sudah lebih kompetitif. Menurut pasal 1 ayat 9 UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 mengenai ketenaga kerjaan, pelatihan kerja adalah seluruh kegiatan untuk memberi, memperoleh, meningkatkan, serta menegembangkan potensi kerja, produktivitas, disiplin, sikap dan etos kerja pada tingkat keterampilan dan keahlian tertentu sesuai dengan jenjang dan kualifikasi jabatan dan pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan Literatur review akan memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan suatu topik tertentu. Literatur review akan memungkinkan seorang peneliti untuk melakukan identifikasi atas suatu terori atau metode, mengembangkan suatu teori atau metode, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan yang terjadi antara suatu teori dengan relevansi di lapangan / terhadap suatu hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Analisis strategi SDM di Bank Muamalat menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang efektif memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup pengembangan kompetensi, diberikan penghargaan berbasis kinerja, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi. Dengan strategi ini, Bank Muamalat tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan produktivitas karyawannya tetapi juga memperkuat posisi sebagai bank syariah terkemuka di Indonesia. Ke depan, Bank Muamalat perlu terus berinovasi dalam strategi SDM untuk menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks
