Abstract

Service activities are based on the need for marketing mix formulation counseling to increase business turnover in new businesses. Referring to the conditions in the field, it is necessary to provide solutions in the form of training, counseling and discussions involving the clinical management and all of its employees to provide enlightenment, understanding, guidance and development of business potential. This training is expected to complement the knowledge and skills of the management and employees of beauty clinics in Pekanbaru in implementing various strategies that can be used to increase business turnover. The first session includes counseling on marketing mix theory (7P Marketing Mix). The second session includes counseling on Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning. The third session includes counseling about marketing strategies. The fourth session includes counseling on business management. With the completion of this service, participants can create a good marketing strategy to be able to increase the turnover of the beauty clinic business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash turnover and receivables turnover on profitability in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The population in this study were all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, namely 46 companies. From the criteria, the companies that met the requirements in this study were 13 transportation companies so that the total sample during the 2020-2022 period was 39 samples. The data collection technique used in this study was the documentation technique which was carried out in the form of annual report data from transportation companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that partially cash turnover did not affect profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022, while receivables turnover affected profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. 3. Simultaneously, cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover affect profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020 - 2022.

Abstract

Ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai transparansi dan akuntabilitas perusahaan, khususnya pada sektor perbankan yang memiliki kewajiban pelaporan kepada publik dan otoritas. Namun, tidak semua perusahaan mampu memenuhi tenggat waktu pelaporan dengan konsisten, sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur kepemilikan dan financial distress terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode pengamatan, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t = 4,684; sig. 0,045) dan financial distress berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (t = -5,388; sig. 0,017). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,786 menunjukkan bahwa 78,6% variasi dalam ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Temuan ini mendukung teori kepatuhan dan teori sinyal yang menyatakan bahwa tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan tekanan eksternal mendorong kepatuhan pelaporan, sementara tekanan keuangan menjadi hambatan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan pengawasan internal, pengelolaan kondisi keuangan yang sehat, serta keterbukaan terhadap kepemilikan publik merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan pelaporan keuangan.

Abstract

Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru merupakan perusahaan perbankan yang bergerak di bidang pemberian pelayanan jasa yang berfokus pada sektor properti dan produk investasi. Untuk kantor cabang utama berada di JL. Jenderal Sudirman Pekanbaru dan empat belas Kantor Cabang Pembantu dalam kota maupun luar kota telah berusaha memenuhi semua faktor atau unsur-unsur yang menjadi pertimbangan para nasabah Bank BTN. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank BTN KCP Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru JL. Jend. Ahmad Yani No. 30 Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan November 2022-Juni 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah tabungan BTN Prima di Bank BTN KCP Ahmad Yani tahun 2021 sebanyak 1401 nasabah yang masih aktif. Kemudian teknik yang dipakai adalah teknik simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu, jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 94 nasabah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the debt to equity ratio and loan to deposit ratio on returns or what is often also called the stock rate of return. The research population used in this research is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of a banking company that published complete financial reports during the research period, and had a positive equity share. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports and obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market of Directory. The statistical test carried out was a normality test with the results of all data having normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing is carried out using quantitative analysis methods through multiple regression models and t-statistical tests. Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) do not have a significant effect on stock returns

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of internal control and compensation on fraud at CV Prima Sugih Abadi in Pekanbaru. The population used in this research was all employees at CV Prima Sugih Abadi, totaling 79 people. The data collection technique used in this research consists of documentation and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the type of data used is quantitative and qualitative. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially internal control does not have a significant influence on fraud and compensation has a significant influence on fraud at CV Prima Sugih Abadi Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, internal control and compensation have a significant influence on fraud at CV Prima Sugih Abadi Pekanbaru. Keywords: Internal Control, Compensation, Froud

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas. Populasi seluruh nasabah Tabungan Bank Syariah Mandiri Selat sebanyak 6120 orang. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis uji persyaratan dan pengujian hipotesis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: 1) Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 2) Harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 3) Promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) Tempat atau lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 5) Karyawan / orang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 6) Proses memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 7) Bukti fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kata kunci: bauran pemasaran dan loyalitas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect that size company, which is moderated by profit growth on return (rate return) shares. The study population is a registered banking companyon the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample used purposive sampling method with criteria for banking companies and issuing complete financial statements research period, and have a positive share equity. Based on the criteria obtained a sample of 20 companies. The data used is the secondary data obtained from financial statements and obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market of Directory 2013-2017. Hypothesis testing is carried out using quantitative analysis methods through multiple regression models and t-statistical tests. Based on processing results seen that the size of the company does not have a significant effect on stock returns with the size of the company, which is moderated by profit growth has no effect significant to stock returns.

Abstract

Iklim organisasi adalah faktor yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Sumber daya adalah faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, suatu organisasi atau perusahaan harus memiliki program untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, sehingga organisasi atau perusahaan dapat dengan mudah mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan sampel karyawan PT. Taspen (Persero) padang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja PT. Taspen (Persero) Padang.

Abstract

Hotel Angkasa Garden Pekanbaru is one of the three star hotels in Pekanbaru City. This hotel offers affordable prices and is also equipped with adequate facilities, from parking, garden, free breakfast, sakura swimming pool, Ballroom and Metting Room which are comfortable for family and office events. The research was conducted at Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru on Jl. Dr. Setia Budi No. 107. This research was conducted for six months from October 2022 to March 2023. The population in this study were consumers who had stayed at the Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Then the technique used is simple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to strata in the population. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 consumers. This research was conducted for six months from October 2022 to April 2023. The population in this study were consumers who had stayed at the Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Then the technique used is simple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to strata in the population. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 consumers. Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the results of the study, it can be concluded that F arithmetic F table is 164.457 3.09 with sig 0.000 0.05. This indicates that capital regression can be used to simultaneously test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, namely facilities and price perceptions simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of this study state that the sig value for the influence of X1 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t value is 5.376 1.98472 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that facilities have a significant influence in determining the level of customer satisfaction. The results of this study state that the sig value for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t value is 4.850 1.98472, so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X2 on Y.
