Abstract

Penelitian dalam artikel ini ingin menjawab bagaimana personalisasi institusi Filantropi terjadi pada kepemimpinan Kyai di pesantren?, dan apa makna “Salam templek” dalam tradisi filantropi santri?. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode diskrptif analitis, dan data dikumpulkan dari wawancara mendalam dengan relawan yang bersangkutan dan dikuatkan dengan data tetulis dan dokumentatif yang berasal dari buku, jurnal yang relevan dengan tema. Hasilnya; 1) Personalisasi institusi filantropi terjadi karena kepemimpinan karismatik Kyai dan budaya pantron klien, karisma ketokohan dalam kepemimpinan Kyai dalam memimpin lebih kuat dari lembaga yang dipimpin, sehingga pribadi Kyai menjadi pusat pengambilan kebutusan, keputasan Kyai adalah keputusan institusi. Keputusan Kyai di atas keputusan lembaga, karena lembaga adalah subordinat dari personal Kyai; 2) Salam templek adalah wujud kedermawanan personal seoarang santri kepada gurunya secara sukarela, yang bermakna simbol ungkapan terimakasih, sedekah, hadiah, pengharapan berkah, permohonan restu, hingga permohonan doa. Santri percaya bahwa donasinya penting dan manfaatnya kembali pada yang berdonasi. Pendonasian derma ini dipersembahkan langsung kepada pribadi sang Kyai, lantaran kekuatan karisma personal Kyai berada di atas lembaga yang dipimpinya (personalisasi institusi), tradisi ini dalam relasi timbal balik Kyai-santri merupakan jawaban kedermawanan Kyai kantong bolong yang mewakafkan dirinya, hartanya bagi pendidikan santri, pesantren, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted in order to determine the level of health at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar where the CAMEL method, that is Capital (capital), Asset Quality (asset quality), Management (management), Earning (profitability), and Liquidity (liquidity), was used in this study, and the period used was 2016-2020. Assessment of the bank's soundness level is also very important for a company itself, because by knowing the bank's health, the manager can make changes that can support the goodness and also the company's policies going forward. This research data collection method is by reviewing company records or documents. The results of the 2016 - 2020 BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Health Study show that the CAR ratio, BOPO is considered very healthy, while the PDN ratio is considered healthy even though the table does not show any movement in the level of health because BPRS Bhakti Sumekar is a non-foreign exchange bank, then FDR and ROA is considered healthy, and the ROE and FDR ratios are considered quite healthy because of all the results of these ratios, some are included in the moderate category; healthy

Abstract

Responses and strategies for the enrichment of product marketing problems in business units at Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel (UINSA) Surabaya need to be done. It is reasonable to prepare considering that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a systemic impact on all sectors, including the economic and business sectors. Business units in universities as one of the sub-fields that need to be developed as incubation centers, and sources of income for universities are important to maintain stable performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the identification of internal and external conditions. The research used is qualitative, with a descriptive strategy and SWOT analysis as an analytical tool. Informants from this study came from internal and external institutions, such as the daily board (BPH), employees, and customers. Validation of data using in-depth interviews, in order to obtain the accuracy and validity of data and information. The results indicate that the internal and external SWOT analysis is located in quadrant 1, (0.026; 0.063), which shows the results that these coordinates place the company in a position that supports an aggressive strategy. A strategy that prioritizes sales focus and strengthens internal management. Then from an institutional managerial point of view, PUSBIS in its current condition also has fairly solid teamwork, protecting all members of the extended family by carrying out reading routines, daily financial evaluations, self-development training, and compensation for improving performance. Research suggestions that are in accordance with the results of the study are increasing sales skills, utilizing social media, marketplaces, and involving websites to launch and sell products. It is considered important and necessary in the midst of a pandemic that is still not over, to capture the normal potential of buyers from outside the campus.

Abstract

Research entitled the influence of employee engagement and knowledge sharing on the quality of employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable: case study at UD. Friends of Sidoarjo Farmers. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The type of data used in this research is primary data which comes from taking a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. Option one is a statement of strongly disagree and option five is a statement of strongly agree. Based on this research, the results show that employee engagement has an effect on organizational culture with a p value of 0.000, knowledge sharing has an effect on organizational culture with a p value of 0.0001, employee engagement has no effect on the quality of employee performance and has a p value of 0.247, knowledge sharing influences the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.006, organizational culture mediates the relationship between employee engagement and the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.009, and organizational culture mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.021. Abstract

Environmental issues are currently starting to be widely discussed, which can also be a consideration for businesses to adopt as part of their operations. One of them is green products which have been used in several business fields and can generate positive word of mouth compared to conventional products. This research aims to determine the influence of green products and word of mouth (WOM) on decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for Fore Coffee Surabaya consumers. The population of this research is all consumers who make purchases at Fore Surabaya. The number of respondents to this research was 165 who used a non-probability sampling type with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that: (1) green products have a significant effect on buying interest, (2) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on buying interest, (3) green products have no effect on purchasing decisions, (4) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (5) buying interest has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) green products have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest as mediation, and (7) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on decisions purchase through purchase interest as mediation.

Abstract

Tenaga kerja merupakan penggerak aktivitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk melakukan kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Terdapat dua perjanjian kerja yang di atur pada pasal 56 ayat (2) UU No 13 taun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan, yaitu Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) dan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu (PKWTT). Dalam prakteknya tidak sedikit perusahaan menggunakan PKWT, seperti yang di lakukan oleh PT Putera Rackindo Sejahtera. 64% dari karyawan mereka adalah PKWT. Hal ini dikarenakan karyawan PKWT memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan karyawan PKWTT. Perusahaan memberikan tenakan berupa punishment dan pengawasan yang ketat untuk mengatur tenaga kerja agar bisa bekerja dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 119 orang dan jumlah sampel yang akan dijadikan penelitian adalah sebanyak 92 orang. Sumber data pada penelitian ini didapat dari data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dan data sekunder buku-buku literasi terkait dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja karyawan PKWT lebih baik 4% dibandingkan kinerja karyawan PKWTT

Abstract

ABSTRAK Orang yang berbeda mendefinisikan penghormatan secara berbeda. Di Indonesia, pesantren - pondok pesantren - mengembangkan akar filosofis budaya yang unik yang dianggap berdampak pada pemikiran dan perilaku santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi makna ta’dzim santri kepada Kiainya di pesantren Al Fiqhiyah desa Rembang, kecamatan Rembang, kabupaten Pasuruan merupakan pesantren yang belum pernah di jamah para peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fenomenologi sebagai metodologi. Untuk mengumpulkan data, kami melakukan wawancara mendalam. Informan ditentukan secara purposif sesuai dengan referensi untuk menentukan informan dalam metode fenomenologi, kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa santri mengkonstruksi makna penghormatan secara berbeda dari makna penghormatan pada guru mereka yang berbeda dari para penuntut ilmu disekolah formal. Bagi santri, makna kerja penghormatan kepada kiai bahwa Pertama: Ta’dzim santri kepada kiai, adalah penghormatan terhadap ilmu; Kedua: Ta’dzim santri kepada kiai, adalah ngalab barokah; Ketiga: Ta’dzim santri kepada kiai, adalah mengharapan ridho guru; Keempat: Ta’dzim santri kepada kiai, adalah simbul ketaatan pada guru.
