Abstract

Network infrastructure monitoring is an important part of an institute to maintain the stability of computer network devices. One of the functions of computer network monitoring is to find out the data traffic generated in network application. Simple Network Management Protocol is one of protocols for monitoring the data traffic in network device. However, network device administrators still have problems when they want to monitor their network infrastructure, such as device location and data traffic information of network device that is only temporarily stored in the monitoring system, and physical location of network device is not contained in the monitoring system. In order to make it easier for them how to monitor network devices, the Researcher intends to combine Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and SNMP into a web-based monitoring application. Geographic Information System application can display the physical location of network devices, whilethe SNMP application using for monitoring the data traffic in network device,finding out the data traffic that can be generated in real time, and displaying data traffic of network device that has been monitored in to graphical form based on the time and network device used.

Abstract

Klasifikasi teks adalah proses pengelompokan dokumen ke dalam kategori atau kelas yang berbeda. Surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian memiliki bermacam – macam jenis, seperti: surat kehilangan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), surat kehilangan Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar (STTB) dan lain-lain. Klasifikasi surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian masih dilakukan secara manual, karena belum adanya sistem untuk mengklasifikasi surat tersebut. Klasifikasi surat manual memiliki keterbatasan alokasi ruang dan waktu. Untuk menyeselesaikan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menawarkan implementasi algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor untuk mengklasifikasi surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian. Algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor adalah salah satu metode klasifikasi untuk data mining terkhusus text mining. Metode ini bekerja dengan mencari kedekatan jarak suatu data dengan data lain. Pembobotan term dilakukan dengan mencari TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency). Arsip digital surat dibuat melalui proses scanning dan menyimpan isi utama surat dalam file teks. Dalam hal ini surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian digolongkan menjadi tiga kategori utama yaitu kartu, surat, dan sertifikat. Dari hasil pengujian klasifikasi pada 100 isi surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian, algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dapat menghasilkan ratarata tingkat akurasi 91.75 %.

Abstract

Retinal detachment is a disorder of the retina of the eye that results in detachment of the retina from its supporting tissue. Retinal detachment can lead to permanent vision loss (blindness). Factors that cause retinal detachment with increasing severity are aging, genes, high myopia, severe eye injury, cataract surgery, and ocular inflammation. Examination in diagnosing retinal detachment through fundoscopy to observe the presence of very pale retinal blood vessels that are detached with a white appearance in the form of vitreous, wavy folds, and bends at the edge of the retina. However, the diagnostic examination is carried out manually by ophthalmologists so that it can lead to unclear observations and possibly fatal visual disturbances. For this reason, a new alternative is needed in classifying retinal detachments. Therefore, this study implements the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method in the retinal detachment classification process. The stages used in the research before being classified are resize, green channel, and contrast as the pre-processing stage and simple thresholding as the image segmentation stage and Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) as the feature extraction stage. In the final stage, the image will be classified with Extreme Learning Machine. This study uses retinal fundus images totaling 178 images which are divided into 133 images as data latih and 45 images as test data. The results of this study were able to classify retinal detachments with an accuracy of 91%.

Abstract

SMK Medan Area 1 is one of the educational facilities that want to produce the best students to be able to become the best human resources in the future. The school is one of the secondary schools located in the city of Medan, North Sumatra province. The school provides various educational support facilities for its students so that they can learn to the fullest. For the sake of education progress, this Medan Area 1 Vocational School wants to take advantage of the available facilities and infrastructure, one of which is the internet. The school's need to quickly and easily supervise student activities and the curiosity of parents/guardians for information related to their sons and daughters makes a new need to continue to be able to unite all their children's activities at the school. These activities include attendance, tuition payments, notification of grades and violations committed by their sons and daughters. Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) memiliki kekurangan disamping kelebihannya yang dapat digunakan di lingkungan extreme. Salah satu kekurangan yang menjadi faktor penting pada WSN adalah energi yang terbatas, karena kehabisan daya pada node-node di WSN sebelum menyelesaikan tugasnya akan menjadi masalah. Pada penelitian ini kami mencoba untuk memperpanjang masa pakai WSN yang menggunakan protocol routing DSDV dengan memanfaatkan kejadian yang sangat sulit dihindari pada sistem WSN dengan jumlah node yang banyak, yaitu tabrakan data (collision). Pada kondisi WSN yang menggunakan topologi grid dengan jumlah node 12, 30, dan 70 akan diterapkan protocol routing DSDV yang akan dibandingkan dengan protocol routing DSDV berbasis collision pada kondisi WSN yang sama. Dari beberapa percobaan dengan variasi jumlah node didapatkan hasil jaringan WSN yang menggunakan protocol routing DSDV berbasis collision lebih baik dalam hal pengiriman packet mencapai 92 packet dan efisiensi energi mencapai 10 milijoule
