Abstract

Network infrastructure monitoring is an important part of an institute to maintain the stability of computer network devices. One of the functions of computer network monitoring is to find out the data traffic generated in network application. Simple Network Management Protocol is one of protocols for monitoring the data traffic in network device. However, network device administrators still have problems when they want to monitor their network infrastructure, such as device location and data traffic information of network device that is only temporarily stored in the monitoring system, and physical location of network device is not contained in the monitoring system. In order to make it easier for them how to monitor network devices, the Researcher intends to combine Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and SNMP into a web-based monitoring application. Geographic Information System application can display the physical location of network devices, whilethe SNMP application using for monitoring the data traffic in network device, finding out the data traffic that can be generated in real time, and displaying data traffic of network device that has been monitored in to graphical form based on the time and network device used.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a global threat that requires innovative approaches in management such as the application of nursing innovation and information technology focused on health independence through WEB-based self-care methods. The main problem is the lack of accessibility of information and support needed by the community in NCD management, low healthy living behavior in NCDs. The method used was a holistic approach, designing and implementing an integrated disease management strategy, including health condition monitoring, care planning, and health education to the community, developing and maintaining a dedicated website that provides health information related to non-communicable diseases, health condition monitoring tools, as well as interactive features for the community of Kelambir Lima Village in managing their health independently. providing training to the community on how to use the website to monitor health conditions, access accurate health information, and implement steps to improve healthy lifestyles to prevent and manage NCDs. Findings showed increased community participation in personal health management, and improved understanding of health conditions. It is recommended that the integration of nursing innovation and information technology can bring about a revolution in NCD management and drive positive changes in public health.

Abstract

Differentiated learning aims to improve classroom learning by accommodating students' diverse personalities and backgrounds, enabling effective and efficient participation. This community service provides training for teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan on differentiated learning methods using information technology through a blended learning approach. The training included pre- and post-tests to evaluate teachers' knowledge and skills. Results showed a significant improvement in teachers' ability to use interactive applications such as Padlet, Nearpod, Classcraft, and Kahoot, with post-test scores indicating an average increase of 20% compared to pre-test scores. Statistical analysis using the T-test confirmed the enhancement, with p-values below 0.05 for differentiated learning concepts and application usage. Teachers reported Kahoot as the most preferred application, followed by Padlet, Classcraft, and Nearpod. The study concludes that designing and implementing diverse instructional strategies using interactive media tailored to students' needs fosters meaningful learning experiences and improves teaching outcomes. Future efforts will include sustained support for teachers and the development of technology-focused learning modules.
