Abstract

Network infrastructure monitoring is an important part of an institute to maintain the stability of computer network devices. One of the functions of computer network monitoring is to find out the data traffic generated in network application. Simple Network Management Protocol is one of protocols for monitoring the data traffic in network device. However, network device administrators still have problems when they want to monitor their network infrastructure, such as device location and data traffic information of network device that is only temporarily stored in the monitoring system, and physical location of network device is not contained in the monitoring system. In order to make it easier for them how to monitor network devices, the Researcher intends to combine Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and SNMP into a web-based monitoring application. Geographic Information System application can display the physical location of network devices, whilethe SNMP application using for monitoring the data traffic in network device,finding out the data traffic that can be generated in real time, and displaying data traffic of network device that has been monitored in to graphical form based on the time and network device used.

Abstract

Intelligence are things related to intelligence, intellectual action, and perfect development of the mind. Every human being has the right to develop himself based on intelligence. A child who is good at playing violin shouldn't let himself feel like he is stupid because he is unable to complete his mathematical tasks. Therefore, the author wants to create a system for determining children's talent based on multiple intelligence as measured by the tendency of posts about their daily activities on social media by using the Sentistrength and Spearman's Correlation Coefficient methods. The purpose of this research is to create a social media application called Juicer, which is able to determine one's talent according to multiple intelligence theory based on data in the form of user posts about their daily activities. Users input their daily activities and opinions about the activities that he is currently undergoing. The system will analyze the data entered a negative or positive opinion. Then determine whether the data entered are musical-rhythmic, visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic, and / or spiritual-type using lexicon-based sentiment analysis with the Sentistrength method. After a long period of time, the system will sort the data that has been stored. After the data is classified, user intelligence types will be found based on multiple intelligence theory, as a result of this study. The result of the correlation between intelligence type data obtained through the system compared to intelligence type data obtained through the manual method is 80%, and the deviation value is 0.09.

Abstract

Klasifikasi teks adalah proses pengelompokan dokumen ke dalam kategori atau kelas yang berbeda. Surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian memiliki bermacam – macam jenis, seperti: surat kehilangan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), surat kehilangan Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar (STTB) dan lain-lain. Klasifikasi surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian masih dilakukan secara manual, karena belum adanya sistem untuk mengklasifikasi surat tersebut. Klasifikasi surat manual memiliki keterbatasan alokasi ruang dan waktu. Untuk menyeselesaikan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menawarkan implementasi algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor untuk mengklasifikasi surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian. Algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor adalah salah satu metode klasifikasi untuk data mining terkhusus text mining. Metode ini bekerja dengan mencari kedekatan jarak suatu data dengan data lain. Pembobotan term dilakukan dengan mencari TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency). Arsip digital surat dibuat melalui proses scanning dan menyimpan isi utama surat dalam file teks. Dalam hal ini surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian digolongkan menjadi tiga kategori utama yaitu kartu, surat, dan sertifikat. Dari hasil pengujian klasifikasi pada 100 isi surat laporan kehilangan kepolisian, algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dapat menghasilkan ratarata tingkat akurasi 91.75 %.

Abstract

AbstractThe increasing enthusiasm of aquascape hobbyists is one of the factors in the development of the beauty industry of artificial underwater ecosystems in the aquarium. The aesthetic value offered by aquascape is one of the allures for its connoisseurs. The art of organizing ecosystems in water is a simple definition of an aquascape. The complexity of the arrangement can then be described through the presence of various themes. The selection of tools, flora and fauna, and other ornaments to form a unified ecosystem are things that are of concern so that an ecosystem in artificial water has good aesthetic value and can be categorized in a certain theme. By using a decision support system (DSS) or decision-making system, the results can provide better decisions and minimize the possibility of errors. One method of decision making in the scope of decision support system (DSS) or decision making system is Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART), where this method can determine product recommendations based on several product variants offered as a form of marketing analysis. This method is able to provide recommendations for more than one decision and provide results with the best accuracy. System testing was conducted to 50 users and it was found that the recommendation system based on the questionnaire application was able to provide a good percentage of conformity between the user's wishes and the recommendations given. That is, 51% of correspondents rated it very appropriate, 27.5% of correspondents rated accordingly, 19.5% of correspondents rated neutral, and only 2% of correspondents rated it inappropriateKeywords: Aquascape, Decision Support System, SMART, Recommendation

Abstract

Abstract: The digital transformation of village administration has become an urgent need to enhance public service efficiency and ensure transparent local governance. This study analyzes the implementation of the Village Information System (SID) in Kuta Mbelin Village, STM Hulu Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, as a mechanism for supporting administrative digitalization. It also evaluates the role of information technology in village governance and the integration of village statistical data within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research employs a combination of literature review, field observation, and interviews with village officials and community members. The findings indicate that the adoption of SID in Kuta Mbelin Village improves administrative efficiency, accelerates public service delivery, and enables evidence-based data management that supports sustainable village development planning. This study recommends enhancing SID by integrating data analytics and strengthening information security to maximize its usefulness in village governance. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Desa Kuta Mbelin, Kecamatan STM Hulu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dalam mendukung digitalisasi administrasi desa. Studi ini juga mengevaluasi peran teknologi informasi dalam tata kelola pemerintahan desa serta integrasi data statistik desa dalam perspektif Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara dengan perangkat desa serta masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SID di Desa Kuta Mbelin meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempercepat pelayanan publik, dan memungkinkan pengelolaan data berbasis bukti yang mendukung perencanaan pembangunan desa berkelanjutan. Studi ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi SID dengan integrasi analitik data dan keamanan informasi untuk meningkatkan daya guna dalam tata kelola desa. Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has become a major driver in the transformation of the digital business world, including in the startup sector. However, a deep understanding of AI integration into business models remains a challenge for students, particularly in the field of Information Technology (IT). This community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of IT students in designing strategic, ethical, and sustainable AI-based digital businesses. The implementation method involves a one-day educational seminar, including presentations, interactive discussions, simulations of Business Model Canvas (BMC) development, and evaluation through questionnaires. Evaluation results showed significant improvements: understanding of the BMC increased from 41% to 89%, understanding of AI startup concepts from 54% to 92%, ability to draft a business plan from 16% to 78%, and motivation for technology entrepreneurship from 68% to 90%. These findings indicate that an applied and participatory approach in seminars is effective in developing digital entrepreneurship capacity among IT students.
