Abstract

Belum optimalnya pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah mitra menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat pendapatan. Kelompok usaha memiliki potensi dalam membangun perekonomian warga, khususnya usaha bubuk minuman herbal instan “Argiash” yang memiliki bahan baku dan sumber daya yang memadai. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi lemahnya motivasi dan kemampuan SDM pelaku usaha, rendahnya kuantitas dan kualitas produksi, belum adanya standarisasi produk, kurangnya pengetahuan manajemen keuangan, serta sistem pemasaran konvensional yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi seperti e-commerce. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan motivasi dan kapabilitas SDM, pelatihan manajemen produk dan keuangan, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran berbasis e-commerce. Kegiatan ini mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan manajerial kewirausahaan, pendampingan pembuatan produk, dan evaluasi kinerja mitra. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan kapabilitas SDM, pengetahuan manajemen keuangan, serta frekuensi dan kapasitas produksi melalui penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce.  Abstract. The suboptimal community empowerment in partner areas results in low income levels. Business groups have potential in building the local economy, especially the instant herbal drink powder business "Argiash" which has adequate raw materials and resources. The issues faced include low motivation and skills of entrepreneurs, low production quantity and quality, lack of product standardization, limited financial management knowledge, and conventional marketing systems that do not utilize information technology such as e-commerce. Proposed solutions include enhancing the motivation and capabilities of human resources, product and financial management training, and developing e-commerce-based marketing strategies. Activities include socialization, entrepreneurial managerial skills training, product development assistance, and partner performance evaluation. The results show that the training and mentoring have successfully increased the motivation and capabilities of human resources, financial management knowledge, and the production frequency and capacity through the use of e-commerce applications.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat di area mitra masih belum mencapai potensi maksimal, yang berakibat pada pendapatan yang rendah. Di sisi lain, kelompok Sutera Sure Salaka, yang fokus pada produksi kain sutera, memiliki peluang signifikan untuk memajukan ekonomi lokal. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti kurangnya motivasi dan keterampilan pelaku usaha, kualitas dan kuantitas produksi yang rendah, kurangnya standarisasi produk, serta kurangnya pengetahuan dalam manajemen keuangan dan penggunaan teknologi informasi serta e-commerce. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan motivasi dan keterampilan pelaku usaha, pelatihan manajemen produk serta praktik produksi yang baik, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, strategi pemasaran melalui teknologi informasi dan e-commerce, serta sosialisasi. Workshop juga dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan SDM, keterampilan manajerial kewirausahaan, pengembangan produk, dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pemasaran berbasis website e-commerce. Evaluasi manajemen usaha mitra menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan telah memenuhi harapan. Tingginya partisipasi mitra memberikan dampak positif pada program, meningkatkan motivasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan, dan menghasilkan aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website yang kini dimanfaatkan oleh mitra untuk meningkatkan produksi.  Abstract. Community empowerment in the partner area has yet to reach its full potential, resulting in low income. On the other hand, the Sutera Sure Salaka group, which focuses on silk fabric production, has significant opportunities to advance the local economy. However, there are several challenges, such as the lack of motivation and skills of business actors, low production quality and quantity, lack of product standardisation, and lack of knowledge in financial management and the use of information technology and e-commerce. The proposed solutions include increasing the motivation and skills of business owners, training on product management and good production practices, financial management training, marketing strategies through information technology and e-commerce, and socialisation. Workshops were also conducted to improve motivation and human resource capabilities, entrepreneurial managerial skills, product development, and assistance in the use of information technology for e-commerce website-based marketing. Evaluation of partners' business management showed that the training had met expectations. The high participation of partners has a positive impact on the programme, increasing motivation in the implementation of activities, knowledge of financial management, and producing website-based e-commerce applications that are now used by partners to increase production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemasan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan simultan pada Produk Roti Mantao di Kota Parepare. Penelitian Ini dilakukan di Sinar Terang Kota Parepare dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka, kuesioner dibagikan kepada konsumen Roti Mantao yang telah melakukan pembelian, adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validasi dan reabilitas, metode asumsi analisis regresi dan penguji hipotesis. Kemasan, harga dan promosi yang digunakan pada produk Roti Mantao ini sudah baik sehingga dapat berkembang sampai saat ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan kemasan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian, yakni sebesar 54,1 %, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemasan, harga dan promosi berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The implementation of a circular economy holds significant potential to support environmental sustainability and economic growth. However, it still faces key challenges, particularly the negative public stigma toward recycled products and a sense of social prestige that discourages people from using them. Therefore, this study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis and identify solutions to address these issues. This research employs an exploratory qualitative method with a case study approach, focusing specifically on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that process tires in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, snowball sampling, and convenience sampling. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. To ensure data validity, triangulation was carried out by comparing information. The findings reveal that the implementation of a circular economy through used tire recycling businesses in Sidenreng Rappang still faces several obstacles, particularly in production due to limited raw materials; in marketing, which remains suboptimal and highly dependent on intermediaries; and in financing, as business capital is constrained by the lack of accessible funding support. On the other hand, public stigma toward recycled products is driven more by psychological and cultural factors—especially feelings of social prestige—rather than by product quality, which is actually quite good and durable. According to, MSMEs require tangible support in the form of easier access to capital, broader promotional efforts, and affirmative policies from local governments. Meanwhile, strategies to reduce stigma can be implemented through improving product quality and providing warranties, public education, stronger branding, the use of digital marketing, and active government involvement in promotion and supportive regulations.
