Abstract

Pain is an unpleasant experience experienced by children during medical procedures since the beginning of life. The experience of pain that is not managed properly could be a traumatized experience for the children. The use of technology in non-pharmacological pain management strategies is able to demonstrate effectiveness and safety in its use. One of the technological models that can be used is a robot. This research is a literature study, with five online database sources (2017-2021) with the keywords, robot, pain, children, and pain management. The search and analysis obtained 9 journals that show the various uses of robots in pediatric pain management. The robots can be an alternative in non-pharmacological pain management techniques that are quite effective. The use of robots in non-pharmacological pain management in children, could reduce pain and unpleasant experiences by children during medical procedures. Abstrak Nyeri adalah pengalaman tidak menyenangkan yang dialami anak dalam menjalani tindakan medis sejak awal kehidupan. Pengalaman nyeri yang tidak dimanajemen dengan baik dapat membawa trauma pada anak. Penggunaan teknologi dalam strategi manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis dianggap mampu menunjukkan efektivitas dan keamanan dalam penggunaannya, dimana salah satu model teknologi yang dapat digunakan adalah, robot. Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dengan lima sumber database online (2017-2021) dengan kata kunci, robot, pain, children, and pain management. penelusuran dan Analisa, didapatkan 9 jurnal yang menunjukkan berbagai penggunaan robot dalam manajemen nyeri anak. Pemanfaatan robot dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam teknik manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis yang cukup efektif. Dengan adanya penggunaan robot dalam manajemen nyeri non-farmakologi anak, dapat membantu anak untuk mengurangi nyeri dan pengalaman tidak menyenangkan selama tindakan medis. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter yang berbasis nilai-nilai ideologi Pancasila memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda Indonesia. Artikel ini membahas penerapan nilai-nilai ideologi Pancasila di sekolah dasar melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi nilai-nilai ideologi Pancasila bagi karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian mencakup pendidikan karakter siswa, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, implementasi nilai-nilai ideologi Pancasila, serta upaya peningkatan efektivitas pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah dasar. Tantangan dalam implementasi termasuk kurangnya materi interaktif, keterbatasan guru, dan dukungan lingkungan yang kurang. Kesimpulannya, dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter yang berbasis Pancasila, diharapkan generasi muda dapat memiliki karakter yang kuat dan siap menghadapi tantangan kehidupan bermasyarakat, sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

Background: Asthma is a condition in which the airways are narrowed due to hyperactivity to certain stimuli, which causes inflammation. Telehealth includes the use of phone calls, text messages, email, or online health portals that allow patients to communicate with healthcare providers. Method: Design using Literature Review, which is a study based on a summary of several studies related to the research topic that has been determined. Journals used through searches with databases from EBSCOhost, ProQuest and Clinical Key between 2017 and 2021. Results: Based on the journals collected, the use of Telehealth in children with Asthma is effective in increasing the level of adherence to treatment, reducing the frequency of hospitalization and reducing the frequency of not attending school. because of recurrence. Conclusions and Recommendations:Telehealth facilitate monitoring of children's conditions and control the level of child adherence to treatment, reduce recurrence rates so that the quality of life of children with asthma is better which then reduces mortality due to asthma. The author recommends that Telehealth can be implemented in Indonesia. Keywords: Telehealth, Asthma, Pediatric

Abstract

Holistic nursing care is care that should be given by a nurse. However, it is known that nurses have missed oneof several activities in nursing care. This study aims to describe the implementation of nursing care in theinpatient ward A Military Hospital in Jakarta. The method used is a pilot study through 23 medical recorddocuments, observations, and interviews with patients and families. The stage begins with the initialassessment, fishbone analysis, PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Action), implementation and evaluation. Theimplementation is in the form of SPO drafting and form optimization, outreach, mentoring, and roleplay videos.The results of the study showed there was improvement in the process of evaluating nursing care reaching78.26%. While nursing actions showed a significant increase in meeting bathing needs reaching 75%, ROMreaching 70%, sitting in a wheelchair, and dangling reaching 100%. Success is influenced by materialresources in the form of SPO and support and the role of the nurse manager. The recommendations of thisstudy can be the basis for optimizing the implementation of nursing care in hospitals.

Abstract

Abstract: The beauty industry is experiencing rapid development, especially the Make Up Artist (MUA) profession which is now one of the most sought-after vocational skills. MUA training at the Kediri City Learning Activity Studio (SKB) is part of a life skills education program that aims to equip participants with practical skills that can be applied in the world of work. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the demonstration method is effective in helping participants understand make-up techniques systematically through direct observation, practice, and feedback from tutors. Participants showed positive responses in the form of enthusiasm, active participation, and significant skill improvement. Tutors are also able to provide more targeted guidance thanks to direct interaction during the training process. The demonstration method is considered to be in accordance with the characteristics of non-formal education which emphasizes flexibility, active involvement of participants, and orientation towards practice. Abstrak: Industri kecantikan mengalami perkembangan pesat, khususnya profesi Make Up Artist (MUA) yang kini menjadi salah satu keterampilan vokasional yang banyak diminati. Pelatihan tata rias di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kota Kediri merupakan bagian dari program pendidikan kecakapan hidup (life skills) yang bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis yang dapat diterapkan di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode demonstrasi efektif dalam membantu peserta memahami teknik make up secara sistematis melalui pengamatan langsung, praktik, dan umpan balik dari tutor. Peserta menunjukkan respon positif berupa antusiasme, partisipasi aktif, serta peningkatan keterampilan yang signifikan. Tutor juga mampu memberikan bimbingan yang lebih tepat sasaran berkat interaksi langsung selama proses pelatihan. Metode demonstrasi dinilai sesuai dengan karakteristik pendidikan nonformal yang menekankan fleksibilitas, keterlibatan aktif peserta, dan orientasi pada praktik.
