Abstract

Digitalization in the banking sector drives transformation to meet customers' needs for fast, easy, and secure services. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of the WONDR application at Bank BNI KCP Paiton using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the WONDR application offers innovative features such as QRIS payments, investments, and account opening, facilitating customer transactions. Customers provided positive feedback regarding the ease, speed, and security of the services. Despite challenges like limited network access, lack of education, and market competition, customer satisfaction remains high. This application plays a crucial role in enhancing transaction efficiency, customer experience, and loyalty to digital banking services. This study provides insights for BNI in formulating more effective strategies for digital service development in the future

Abstract

Identity politics and social polarization are growing challenges in Indonesian society, including at the village level. These phenomena can lead to social fragmentation and hinder community development. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to socialize Islamic values as a solution to prevent identity politics and social polarization in Cipancuh Village, Gantar District, Indramayu. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach with a community-based counseling model through lectures, group discussions, and educational media. The results indicate an increased understanding among community members regarding the dangers of identity politics and the importance of unity in Islam. Participants have also begun adopting the values of brotherhood (ukhuwah), justice, and tolerance in their social lives. This activity recommends follow-up programs involving village governments, educational institutions, and religious leaders to strengthen religious moderation and build a harmonious and inclusive society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dinamika harga cabai merah di Desa Alastengah, Kecamatan Paiton, Kabupaten Probolinggo, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor produksi, distribusi pasar, permintaan konsumen, dan perilaku masyarakat. Fluktuasi harga cabai merah sering terjadi akibat kondisi iklim, di mana musim hujan menyebabkan gagal panen dan lonjakan harga, sementara musim kemarau menghasilkan kelebihan pasokan yang menekan harga. Kenaikan biaya produksi, termasuk harga pupuk dan upah buruh, semakin memperburuk margin keuntungan petani. Rantai distribusi yang panjang dan praktik penimbunan oleh pengepul juga berkontribusi pada distorsi harga. Permintaan cabai merah bersifat elastis, terutama pada momen hari besar keagamaan, namun konsumen cenderung melakukan substitusi saat harga tinggi. Dinamika sosial, seperti perubahan gaya hidup dan tren makanan pedas, turut memengaruhi pola konsumsi. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya penguatan sistem distribusi, akses informasi harga yang akurat, serta dukungan teknologi dan kebijakan jangka panjang untuk menyeimbangkan kepentingan petani dan konsumen, demi kesejahteraan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the potential of creative marketing strategies to enhance sales in the ANURATU convection industry. The research aims to explore the deeper potential and future opportunities of this industry, contributing to the relatively under-researched area of creative marketing. By identifying and understanding the unique factors that drive consumer interest and engagement, this study seeks to provide valuable insights for businesses looking to innovate and grow in a competitive market. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive methods to gather and present data based on observations and interviews. ANURATU, a small-scale home-based business, produces high-quality vintage-themed apparel. Despite using manual production processes and simple equipment, ANURATU has successfully marketed its products both domestically and internationally, including in regions such as Sumatra, Bali, and Singapore. The research highlights the role of digital marketing as a powerful tool for increasing visibility and attracting a wider customer base. Additionally, product diversification has proven to be an effective strategy in appealing to different consumer segments, expanding the brand's reach. The findings suggest that creative marketing strategies, such as leveraging social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and limited-edition collections, are essential for boosting sales and fostering customer loyalty. With a focus on quality and trust, ANURATU has the potential for significant growth and sustainability. The study concludes that by continuing to embrace creative marketing techniques, ANURATU can establish itself as a leading brand in the vintage apparel industry.
