Technology cannot be regarded under its "neutrality" in relation to human life. It is always in close relation with ideology, politic, economy, culture and other aspect of history. It can can be used, both for human welfare and his "bad destiny". It will disturb and destruct their life unless it is held by a true ideology. Islam, as the true "ideology", guides it to the best world. Moslem, therefore, must be able to be the best co pilot for sains andtechnology.

This research aims to identify and analyze the strategies of teachers in the field of Islamic religious education in instilling character values in Al-Fauziah Private Madrasah Aliyah students, Talippuki sub-district. Mambi District. Mamasa. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and research instruments to collect information in order to reveal an empirical fact in an objectively scientific manner based on strong scientific logic in accordance with known scientific disciplines. The research results show that the students' character is basically good, but the influence of the external environment and also the lack of attention and support from their parents makes them experience obstacles in their enthusiasm for learning and school. So, to achieve school success, teachers in the learning process create strategies for appropriate learning methods and motivate students to stay in school until completion. In learning, teachers instill character values that are instilled in students, namely the character of self-confidence, the character of discipline in learning, the character of enthusiasm for learning, the character of focus in learning, the character of being active in creativity.

This study aims to analyze and understand the efforts made by BMT NU Besuki Branch in building Customer Loyalty through Qadhru Hasan. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out through the stages of data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that Qadhru Hasan in building customer loyalty at BMT NU Besuki Branch through a mature strategy and paying attention to technological advances to excel in the competition and increase customer loyalty, including present a gift for customers, customer service oriented to customer satisfaction, and visiting customers. This research has implications for the importance of building excellent service for an organization, both services and business heads of customers, to be able to provide satisfaction for them

Impedansi akustik inversi seismik merupakan salah satu metode yang biasa digunakan untuk mengkarakterisasi reservoir. Metode ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sebaran reservoir di lokasi penelitian. Formasi geologi Missisauga di lapangan Penobscot menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Lapangan Penobscot di cekungan Scotian terletak di Atlantik utara, tenggara provinsi Nova Scotia, Kanada. Diketahui bahwa formasi Geologi Missisauga dari lapangan menunjukkan adanya hidrokarbon. Hasil yang didapat adalah nilai impedansi akustik dari reservoir berkisar antara 6900 m/s*g/cc hingga 9000 m/s*g/cc. Berdasarkan peta inversi impedansi akustik, reservoir didominasi oleh reservoir batupasir.

Digitalization in the banking sector drives transformation to meet customers' needs for fast, easy, and secure services. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of the WONDR application at Bank BNI KCP Paiton using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the WONDR application offers innovative features such as QRIS payments, investments, and account opening, facilitating customer transactions. Customers provided positive feedback regarding the ease, speed, and security of the services. Despite challenges like limited network access, lack of education, and market competition, customer satisfaction remains high. This application plays a crucial role in enhancing transaction efficiency, customer experience, and loyalty to digital banking services. This study provides insights for BNI in formulating more effective strategies for digital service development in the future

This study investigates the influence of the marketing mix, which consists of product, price, place, and promotion, on consumer purchasing decisions at Toko Anik Grosir, a local wholesale store in Tamansari Village, Probolinggo Regency. The main problem addressed is the limited empirical research that examines how each element of the marketing mix affects consumer behavior in small-scale wholesale businesses, particularly in semi-urban or rural settings. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive-causal design. Data were collected through purposive sampling involving 96 respondents who had made at least two purchases. The instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that all four variables of the marketing mix simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, product, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect, while place does not have a significant influence. Among these, the product variable is the most dominant factor influencing consumer decisions. The R Square value of 0.692 indicates that 69.2 percent of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by the four marketing mix variables. These findings contribute to marketing theory in the retail context and offer practical implications for store owners to improve marketing strategies in competitive local markets.

Abstract:This research aims to analyze the efforts to modernize the Islamic education curriculum in the context of balancing the values of tradition and the demands of innovation. The research method in this study uses literature study. This research examines various literatures related to aspects of curriculum modernization, the importance of balancing tradition and innovation in Islamic education, the challenges faced, and the strategies that can be applied. The results showed that the modernization of the Islamic education curriculum is a necessity in facing the dynamics of the times. However, in the process of modernization, it is important to stick to the fundamental values of Islam and accommodate the diversity of interpretations. This study concludes that the key to successful curriculum modernization lies in the ability to integrate traditional values with the latest innovations, so as to produce graduates who are not only religious, but also competent and relevant to the demands of the times.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan urgensi pesantren sebagai wadah pembentukan kaderisasi umat tidak hanya di bidang agama, melainkan juga di bidang ekonomi. Pesantren tidak hanya mengajarkan santri ihwal ilmu keislaman, namun juga mengajarkan mereka melakukan enterpreneurship. Home industry hadir sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research di PP Nurul jadid wilayah Al-Mawaddah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren mampu memberikan peluang besar terhadap diri para santri untuk dapat berbakat entrepreneur dengan usaha home industri bakery di Wilayah Al-Mawaddah. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan berbasis transaksi lokal dan non-lokal. Dengan mematok harga berkisar Rp 2000-Rp 5000 per roti, home industry ini mampu meningkatkan omzet terhadap devisa pesantren. Hadirnya usaha bakery bagi santri Al-Mawaddah mampu menumbuhkan bekal usaha entrepreneur ketika terjun kedalam dunia masyarakat, sehingga pada saat mampu membentuk santri-santri berjiwa entrepreneur.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis trend, estimasi, dan kontribusi pajak serta retribusi daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Probolinggo selama periode 2018–2022. Pajak dan retribusi daerah merupakan komponen penting dalam struktur PAD dan menjadi indikator utama kemandirian fiskal daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis trend dan kontribusi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan BPPKAD Kabupaten Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren penerimaan pajak daerah mengalami fluktuasi namun cenderung meningkat, dengan rata-rata kontribusi sebesar 26–32% yang tergolong dalam kategori “sedang” hingga “cukup baik”. Retribusi daerah memiliki kontribusi yang lebih kecil dan bersifat fluktuatif, dengan rata-rata kontribusi di bawah 10%, masuk kategori “sangat kurang”. Estimasi trend hingga tahun 2027 menunjukkan prospek peningkatan yang signifikan pada penerimaan pajak daerah, sedangkan retribusi daerah menunjukkan tren yang relatif moderat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pajak daerah memiliki peran dominan dalam pembentukan PAD Kabupaten Probolinggo, sehingga optimalisasi kebijakan perpajakan daerah menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kemandirian fiskal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis kepada pemerintah daerah untuk memperkuat sistem pengelolaan pajak dan meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang berbasis retribusi guna meningkatkan PAD secara berkelanjutan.
