Abstract

Muslim migrants in Pangkoh society gain much success in education, work, and life as better in the third decade (2002-2011). In first decades (1982-1991), a small population of middle-level education, the primary school majority, started a new life. Migrant population who lives a mediocre gets better in term of theirself and children. Many of them send their children to learn. Education is consideredly urgent and important need for them. Childs success in education is a source of pride to the elderly (Tanya Basok). This study focused on issues of education and welfare ethos, which define: (1) how the ethos phenomenon of Muslim migrants toward education, and (2) how the image of success in educational and welfare ethos in Pangkoh. This research aims to describe and interpret ethos phenomena of education, success, and welfare through perspective of psychology and Islam. This study was descriptive qualitative research, especially related to culture. The approach used is ethnographic research in an effort to understand the ethos of education and achieve welfare of the migrant community of Pangkoh. Subjects were Muslim migrants living in Pangkoh. They are grouped in two sections of migrants namely migrant with secondary education by 12 families, and those with basic education, primary school or an equivalent amounting 11 families. Data collection techniques using primary techniques of in-depth interviews and observations related to the problem. In addition, participant observation is used as a supporting method to observe things that are related to the research objectives. Qualitative data analysis is performed by means of narrative and interpretive descriptions of the phenomenon and welfare ethos that has been found within Muslim migrant families. This study shows that, first, the Muslim migrants who arrived in early 1982 and educated middle or slightly higher in the second decade, increases in number. That is evidenced by number of migrants who took up undergraduate degree for himself and family. In the third decade, the settlers produce groups who graduate and work as civil servants. Main work of some Muslim migrants increased in the career ranks, and the task of leading school. The increase of revenue in the form of allowances and benefits lead to educator certification. Therefore they are able to improve service, including the conduct of worship umrah, hajj, and help the relatives education. Second, the early arrival of Muslim migrants of basic education, primary school or its equivalent, have an indirect educational ethos, in three decades, when the decade I, their pioneering work faced many obstacles, unhappy experience. Ethos of the migrant children studying constrained, due to limited education, transportation, economic conditions are relatively difficult parents. Decade II is marked by increasing efforts have been initiated. They include some of the children helped odd jobs while studying. In the third decade (2002-2011) most of them have successful business. Some of them worked as farmers who are now aging. Their children finish high school, extending college graduate or work. Muslim migrant groups who have basic education are not directly educational ethos, but they produce graduates capable of working. Migrant children claimed their success in the struggle of parents are blessed by Allah SWT. The contribution of this research will develop the ethos of the Muslim migrants for valuable input for local governments Pulang Pisau, and as a true imaging.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena beberapa masalah. Masalah yang pokok adalah keraguan dan kekhawatiran terpendamnya idea-idea dasar, perjuangan, dan peristiwa-peristiwa penting disebabkan tidak terbukukan oleh penerus perjuangan. Orang bijak pernah menyatakan bahwa seseorang yang tidak menoleh ke belakang atau mempertimbangkan masa lampaunya tidak dapat mencapai tujuannya. Permasalahan yang dirumuskan adalah (1) Bagaimana asal-muasal munculnya pemikiran Fakultas Tarbiyah Al-Jami’ah, (2) Mengapa para tokoh masyarakat ketika itu menginginkan Fakultas Tarbiyah? Dan (3) Bagaimana perjuangan tokoh membuat institusi Fakultas Tarbiyah Al-Jami’ah, Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Antasari, dan STAIN.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan historic deskriptif, mencermati dokumen, cerita, artikel dan ungkapan tokoh-tokoh yang masih hidup. Ketika mengumpulkan data, memperhatikan pada empat yaitu klasifikasi sumber, tempat dimana bahan-bahan itu berada, penyusunan data yang dipandang sistematis, dan teknik wawancara.Hasil penelitian (1) Idea (pemikiran) tentang Fakultas Tarbiyah (Swasta) dulu berasal dari rasa keprihatinan mendalam para tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, pejabat dari latar belakang sipil dan militer. (2) Perguruan Tinggi dipandang mampu menyiapkan kader terbaik dan sumber daya insani umat yang membangun moral luhur (akhlakul karimah) setiap daerah pedalaman dan pedesaan Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah. (3) Tokoh berpikir, kerja keras, dan berjuang dengan penuh dedikasi merintis institusi Fakultas yayasan, dan Perguruan Tinggi Islam, dengan lobbi-lobbi yang cerdas sehingga terjadi tiga perubahan institusi, Fakultas Swasta, Fakultas Negeri, dan Sekolah Tinggi Negeri ( STAIN) ini, sebagai penerus perjuangan para tokoh, memiliki ciri khas kemajuan sendiri-sendiri, dari peningkatan sarana fisik, kuantitas dosen, pegawai, mahasiswa, sampai kualitas staf pengajar dan mahasiswa pada akhir 2005.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe and understand the educational ethos phenomena to the transmigrans perception in Pangkoh Village. The educational ethos is a fundamental to create good character, habit, and attitude. Understanding of the individual motivation of this study used Abraham Maslow theory, McClelland theory, and Imam Ghazaly theory.This study used phenomenologic and naturalictic theory. Its purpose is to understand and describe the psychological the phenomena. The findings showed that some transmigrans (father, mother, and their children) have big educational ethos. It seems that they have a plan to change their life getting better. The implication of ethos, they have got good motivation to get success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dan merancang Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berjudul "Pelatihan Optimalisasi Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Pelatihan Manajemen Terkini". PKM ini diadakan secara daring melalui Zoom Cloud Meeting dan melibatkan peserta berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Analisis situasi mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), terutama terkait keterbatasan akses pelatihan, kesenjangan keterampilan, dan konteks lokal yang beragam. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup strategi untuk meningkatkan akses pelatihan melalui teknologi daring, menyesuaikan materi dengan konteks lokal, dan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan dari berbagai wilayah. PKM akan difokuskan pada Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dengan harapan menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep kepemimpinan transformasional dan penerapannya dalam konteks kerja sehari-hari. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan keterampilan kepemimpinan, kemampuan inspirasional, dan implementasi nilai-nilai etika dalam pengelolaan SDM. Dengan merinci rencana tahapan kegiatan, analisis situasi, permasalahan mitra, solusi, dan metode pelaksanaan, PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan SDM di tingkat regional.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental pillar in the development and progress of a country, playing a crucial role in improving the quality of human resources and promoting sustainable economic growth. However, in many remote areas, access to and the quality of education often face significant challenges. This study aims to explore and analyze various educational management strategies that can be implemented to enhance access and quality of education in these areas. The research employs a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The primary data sources for this study were obtained from Google Scholar, focusing on articles published between 2008 and 2024. The findings reveal that improving access to and the quality of education in remote areas requires a comprehensive and integrated educational management approach. Limitations in infrastructure, lack of access to technology, and inadequate teacher skills are the main challenges that need to be addressed. The case studies discussed indicate that the use of technology, investment in infrastructure, teacher training, and collaboration among government, educational institutions, and local communities can provide effective solutions. Supportive policies and community-based development models have also proven to contribute to the improvement of educational quality. Therefore, effective educational management strategies must encompass these various aspects to achieve optimal outcomes.

Abstract

Self Regulated Learning has an important role to help students be more independent in learning, both in setting schedules, targets and strategies to achieve them. This training in using the Educandy game aims to make it easier for students to improve their Arabic language learning achievements due to a decrease in students' SRL. Therefore, learning Arabic using educational games is very necessary because it suits students' preferences. The method of implementing this service is the Service Learning method, namely investigation, preparation, training and mentoring and reflection. The results of the training showed that 69% of students were very satisfied and 22% of students were satisfied with the training activities and had provided benefits in improving students' achievements and SRL. which is indicated by their attitude of independence and self-confidence individually being able to complete all stages of the game. These results have an impact on the realization of one of the students' Pancasila profiles, namely the independent dimension with a form of self-regulation.

Abstract

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), disebabkan oleh Human Immunodefieciency Virus (HIV), melemahkan sistem kekebalan tubuh dengan gejala awal seperti flu dan penurunan berat badan. Diagnosis sering memicu ketakutan dan depresi, memengaruhi aspek biologis, sosial, dan psikologis. Dukungan emosional dan praktikal keluarga dapat memperbaiki konsep diri ODHIV, meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan motivasi terapi mereka. Menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan konsep diri pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS ODHIV di JCC+ Kabupaten Jombang.  Menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan konsep diri pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS ODHIV di JCC+ Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif bersifat analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling pada 31 sampel di KDS JCC+ Jombang. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner konsep diri dan dukungan keluarga. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu uji Somer’s D. Hasil penelitian dukungan keluarga pada penelitian ini dalam kategorik mendukung sebanyak 14 responden (45,2%). Konsep diri pada penelitian ini dalam kategorik sedang sebanyak 16 responden (51,6%). Dukungan keluarga dengan konsep diri diuji menggunakan uji Somer’s D mendapatkan nilai (p=0,001) r =0,483. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan  antara dukungan keluarga dengan konsep diri pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS ODHIV di Jombang Care Center (JCC+) kabupaten Jombang dengan kekuatan sedang nilai (p=0,001) r =0,483.

Abstract

Kepatuhan terhadap terapi diet adalah metode yang efektif untuk mengontrol kadar glukosa darah. Namun, sebagian besar pasien diabetes tidak mematuhi terapi baik farmakologis maupun non-farmakologis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki korelasi antara kepatuhan diet dan pengendalian glikemik pada individu dengan diabetes melitus tipe 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Alat yang digunakan adalah glikometer, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis dengan uji post hoc Mann-Whitney. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 33 responden (33%) menunjukkan kepatuhan yang rendah, dengan rata-rata kadar glukosa darah sebesar 275,85. Responden diklasifikasikan sebagai pematuhi sedang (n = 33, 33%) dengan rata-rata kadar glukosa darah 168,67 mg/dl atau pematuhi tinggi (n = 34, 34%) dengan rata-rata kadar glukosa darah 106,82 mg/dL. Uji Kruskal-Wallis menghasilkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p <0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kepatuhan diet dan kadar glukosa darah pada setidaknya dua kelompok pasien dengan diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Dinoyo. Hasil dari uji post hoc Mann-Whitney menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p <0,05), yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara setiap kelompok. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kepatuhan diet dan kadar glukosa darah di semua kelompok pada pasien dengan diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Dinoyo.
